I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldn’t listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

Called 3x to cust service and get overseas people that cant speak English and hang up on you after waiting an hour on hold. Walked into a store and they said thats how it is - too bad
