Hey @RogersHelps Why must rogers customer service be so terrible? When I asked why my bill randomly increased I was told it was because the price went up. For both TV and internet service. At the same time. Customer for 10 painful years. Jokes on me I guess.

  • justindevans Justin Evans (@justindevans) reported

Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.

  • KerriJW Kerri Williamson (@KerriJW) reported

@RogersHelps I have sent you another DM. This billing issue is not resolved. I am still being charged for the internet and tv cancelled in June and am being called daily being asked to pay it. Equipment was returned in June. I have a receipt. Please stop the fraudulent billing.

  • alanbeemer B33M3R (@alanbeemer) reported

Did you know that @RogersHelps owns fifty five radio stations across the country? Don't feel bad if you didn't know. I don't think they do either. Their hold music library consists of three songs.

  • iancsinclair Ian Sinclair (@iancsinclair) reported

@Rogers Wow. I just received a bill for two iPhone 12's that I never ordered including set up fees and a bump in monthly costs including plan change. Phones I don't have. What's going on??? Who's phones am I paying for??

  • annatoth_jd Anna Toth (@annatoth_jd) reported

@RogersHelps On Tuesday, I was transferred to Customer Care. That rep said they would give me $7 being the prorated amount for 2 days of missed coverage. That amount is becoming more and more hilarious

  • jHYtse jACKEt (@jHYtse) reported

@RogersHelps I really hope you get the internet working for everyone. It's been extremely spotty since Nov 17th for all your customers in Southern Ontario. It's especially bad right now. I can't work from home like this.
