@natale_joe a few years ago when you joined @rogers you said you wanted to address the terrible customer service -looks like you gave up. 19 days with a severed cable and no internet and 4 no-show appointments! #RogersSucks @FP_Champagne Rogers behaves like a monopoly

  • neosarrin bran (@neosarrin) reported

@RogersHelps My mother is experiencing a problem with the ignite set-top box, we have 3 and only 2 of them are currently working. The one that is not working is stuck on updating and the welcome screen while constantly restarting. I have attempted a modem restart and box restart

  • laura_furry Laura Furry (@laura_furry) reported

@Rogers Hi Rogers! Can you explain how, "due to COVID", I can go and pick up a cable box in-store but not return a broken one at the same time? Why do I then have to make an additional trip to Canada Post to return when I'm already in your Store?

  • Lloydguy82 Rob (@Lloydguy82) reported

@RogersHelps I understand that. But it seems your network was the only one to send it out to the wrong area. So you might want to pass this along to your techs in Saskatchewan to check to see what happened. Plenty of Tweets from Rogers customers I saw saying they got it but other nets no.

  • jbrav029 Ryan (@jbrav029) reported

@RogersHelps outage in Ajax. When will serve be resumed?

  • Lloydguy82 Rob (@Lloydguy82) reported

@RogersHelps @SaskatoonPolice working properly on your towers. The alert was not received by my parents in the same household on Sasktel. On Twitter it seems like it only affected your network. Thanks for causing panic and minor police emergencies to be stuck in queue because people thought there was an issue

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

Why is it that @Rogers can get away with behaving like a monopoly and not show up to replace severed cable after 19 days? Hey @natale_joe how do you get away with treating customers like garbage? #RogersSucks #RogersIsNotaMonopoly

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

I will try sending a letter to the Rogers Ombudsman tomorrow. Yet another way for @Rogers to ignore customers. So much for that emphasis on customer service @natale_joe . Why not call HR and tell Moheni Singh to tell the techs to show up for appointments? #RogersSucks

@Bell can you make me an offer for TV and Internet so I can leave the worst service provider in all of Canada @Rogers

  • Versalytics Redge (@Versalytics) reported

@Rogers What’s really unbelievable is your lousy service!
