@RogersHelps Probably shut down purposely to install some kind of sinister government tracking or surveillance

This @Rogers @RogersHelps outage (still not back up properly...funny how I can only use Twitter & Reddit via cellular data, but YouTube is fully functional) further emphasizes we cannot have two companies monopolizing our telecommunications (yes, calling you out too @Bell)

@Scottish_Vixen @Rogers So, I would and will call and tell them you are considering switching. Get sent to customer retention and you may get more.

@AboutRogers @Rogers It sucked, but critical infrastructure is what matters most! 911 should never go down! I don’t care about not being able to tweet for a day but bleeding out on the kitchen floor because you couldn’t access 911 is about as bad as it gets. That is what I want Roger’s to explain!

@jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps Out here in BC, still no text messaging. But I can send this tweet, so I guess Rogers considers that restored service.

@RogersHelps I was on the phone with customer retention, seeing what they can do with renewing me as I’m looking at options. They said they will give two days lol slap in face. I guess I’ll be speaking with bell since they don’t appreciate my business

@RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

@Davegg26801227 @RogersHelps @Rogers I'm smart enough to know to avoid Roger's...worst service ever in my experience

@RogersHelps 10:55am on July 9th in Rural NS… still no service. Guessing “vast majority” means Ontario
