Going on 60+ hours and @Rogers still won’t help me or turn my internet back on. Now I’m going into data overage because they keep telling me to DM them but won’t reply to my DMs. They better fix this and give me a credit on my bill because this is ridiculous now.

@RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..

Bought a new home in Ottawa and was told @Rogers and @Bell_Support had special promotions. Rogers is the only one that called with an offer and so far have knocked it out of the park! Was always a loyal Bell customer.

@j0_mAmA @RogersHelps Wow. Maybe they are trained in pass-the-buck problem non-solving? Long story short, someone incorrectly killed my MIL's service (why would 77 y.o. who lives alone need reliable phone access?). Told we had to go to store to buy something to fix, they could do nothing. Lie.
