@RogersHelps This is the 2nd day we don't have internet, TV & phone. I have called support many times with no resolution in sight. We desperately need to get connected today. The only option I have right now is to sign up with Bell. My neighbor is with Bell he has internet.

@Rogers I was checking online and the company STILL doesn’t support @Apple eSim quick transfer and the customer has to go to a STORE to scan a QR code if they get a new phone and just want to transfer the eSim!! Shameful! ESim has been around for years now.

@RogersHelps After closing my tickets without resolution, a new adapter (which sucks), trying another TV, I found out today there had been a problem in my area affecting Global. It was a Rogers issue all along. I spoke with someone at Corus who wants updates. Banged my head, cut my finger.

@rogers 1-844-239-6641 200-1490 Dennison St. Markham, Ont. Xxx9T7 Is this a scam? This company calls daily to help me resolve Rogers issues. No Rogers here. Told to ignore it but it’s annoying & the above info looks legit. Anybody know what’s going on?

@RogersHelps I just had my ignite service installed, but it isn’t showing up in MyRogers. I would like to make a few channel adjustments but I am unable to do so because of this issue.

@Rogers is down again in Newfoundland, rolling blackouts it seems, no customer service available. Time to switch to @Bell_Aliant. Should have done it last month. #rogersoutage
