@TELUS I don't know which is worse. A company that has to go to court to determine which board of directors is the real one like @Rogers did or a company that sends promotional marketing mail to a deceased customer 2 months after they were told he was deceased like @TELUS did.

@RogersHelps Again a full blown home internet outage in Mississauga, L4Y3A2. Last 5 days were a nightmare with the service quality and today it has been down since 2-3:00 AM in the morning. We work from home guys, and its a MONDAY FFS.

@RogersBiz Fix your company man. I’ve gone 2 months with wifi that constantly disconnects after the day no one had anything. My JOB is online and I can’t work. What the hell am I supposed to do I can’t pay bills without internet. Switching to bell at this point is better.

What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

@Rogers Billed 12$ and tax for using data in VT for 3 minutes to submit ArriveCan data. Disappointed Rogers choses to profit off a Gov't requirement to re-enter the country. Been w/ Rogers for 6 years w/ auto-payments. You just motivated a customer to leave.

@RogersHelps I'm a cellular customer of yours and daily I get 3-5 calls from a female speaking English and Mandarin saying it's UPS. I'm not waiting for a delivery. I block the numbers and they call from a different number. Any way to make this stop?
