@amigone @Crackmacs @RogersHelps Switched 2 months ago, and it's great for us. We're on the $0 plan, as we are almost always on WiFi, plus $10/GB each for data, which is pay-as-you-go, and lasts us about 3 months. Unbelievable after 20+ years of paying high rates elsewhere. No issues with coverage in Calgary.

@RogersHelps No. I’ve sent you DMs. I’ve called you. Multiple times. I’ve gotten four or five automated calls telling me you’re working on it. Ten different people have told me this is a result of at least three different problems. I’m tired of wasting my time in DMs or on hold.

Now to find out if, for the third game in a row, the @nhl's streaming service, Rogers NHL Live, has incorrectly applied their blackout policy and blacked out the Senators game to watch from Toronto. Any thoughts, @RogersHelps?

@RogersHelps @mc62210343 @Madderlinee Rogers is asking me to pay $332.35CAD. For acc no: 89535404. An account I requested to be cancelled since October 2020 and the sim card linked to the account was never used. Absolutely pathetic and poor management!!!!

@RogersHelps Since late November, spotty internet, complete disconnect and abysmal speeds. We pay too much for something that does not work half the time! 5 techs came, 1 more tomorrow! I really hope you guys fix your ****. We have to work from home, this is unacceptable !
