    @RogersHelps hi the last two nights when we try to see and record jeopardy channel 25 or channel 9 ottawa it won’t show up on channel 9 and channel 25 won’t record. It’s almost like the service doesn’t switch to the signal at 730. I would be happy if we could record it help

    @RogersHelps This is still sounding too complex. Basic/simple status is what is needed. No complex logic about trying to detect outage and redirecting.

    @RogersHelps thanks I thought you would want to know. apparently a couple of people here in winnipeg got the same text. I will try and see if I can forward it. I am a genx and have tech skills but I might have trouble seeing the right button due to not wanting to wear my bifocals ;)

    @ShameenChris13 @Rogers I think you need to change phone companies. This is unacceptable that they continue to treat you like ****. You need to get them to refund your money ASAP. Don't let them get away with it.

    @RogersHelps Is there refund options for Sportsnet Now? I signed up as an NHL Live customer from last year but your service is horrendous compared to what we had last year. I’ve had the service for less than a week. I’ll look for other options for NHL games this season.

    @Rogers Canada based s in India, the researcher recommends that Rogers Communication should consider having a large customer base by charging market-friendly prices on its products. The reduced profitability per customer will be compensated by a high number of purchases of their products
