-
Kelly DeRidder, MP (@KellyDeRidderMP) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
-
Mack X (@Mack_7328) reported@RogersHelps @xxxDADDYCOOLxxx Oh please. I've spent over 8 hrs on hold in the last 3 days only to be disconnected BY YOU each time. Now I have to take more time to go to an actual Rogers physical store to cancel my account. Canada's tech oligarchy sucks.
-
Vandana Bhalla (@vandana_bhalla) reported@Rogers so frustrated with the ongoing issues I have experienced with your customer service and home monitoring system. For the third time I have spent an extended period on hold—this time for over an hour and a half—without being able to reach a representative.

Salty Cracker 🏴🇨🇦🤍 (@4lt4cOn) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers Ya thanks for the heads up on the news radio cancellation! How can you justify that when you are literally robbing us for tv and phone services. Canceling my cell service as soon as the contract expires. Heading over to @TELUS
-
Matt Keip (@CanuckTarheel) reported@provincesports In this column I hope Mr. Taylor is only criticizing Toronto & not all of SW Ontario. K-W is a top 12 media market in Canada & we're angry with @Rogers as they shut down our only local news talk station.

🐧 (@nawals25) reportedMsged @RogersHelps online to make a move order for my wifi and they cut it off right away. I was like “wait it’s the middle of the work day, can you do it tomorrow?” They said yes and then proceeded to cancel my internet entirely instead of giving me my wifi back?
-
MH (@mhthefoodie) reportedGot a telemarketing call from @Rogers they hung up on me when I ask them to address me in French #RUDE
-
Giant Blüe Ring 🍁 (@GiantBlueRing) reportedHey @Rogers, it sure would be nice to listen to the @BlueJays game on the radio in Calgary right now. But oh ya, you shut down the radio station and laid off a bunch of good people. You suck @Rogers...!
-
MarcJohn (@MarcJohnT) reported@RogersHelps #UFC329 Stream on the Xfinity sportsnet ppv is of such poor quality. Internet speeds are more than ideal. This is absolute garbage. Please fix it
-
Bob Pickard (@BobPickard) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.
