    @RogersHelps is far from solving last Friday’s disaster. How about the frequent television freezing and audio disappearance? Wonder if customers - and we could soon be a former customer - get another cheap reimbursement. Why not fix the problem!

    @RogersHelps TV audio snd picture still stalls in Northeast Barrie. This is not acceptable. The credit for Friday’s outage on my bill is now at 4 days, not 1!

    @lisaverdon @RogersHelps Just on CHCH they are going to credit customers $4!! Meanwhile our service still isn't fully restored. Cable cutting in and out, freezing, sound in and out.

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV sure isn't functional in London. Every channel keeps cutting in and out, audio and video. When is the service going to be fully funtional??
