I switched to @RogersHelps ignite 3 months ago and I regret that decision. Basic cable was so much better, never had issues.

Hey @Rogers , I’ve been trying to get ahold of credit operations since 10am, the time it says you open on your website, and you’re still closed. Wtf??!

@RogersHelps @Debba1c Rogers needs to drop the script reading and give out the CEOs email and have him respond to customers and tell how he make it right ( giving free month to everyone in Canada who lost service on each device at a minimum)

@AboutRogers @Rogers I appreciate the letter, but a day’s fees is not compensation, that’s just a refund for services not provided. Compensation is something of value to “compensate” for the inconvenience caused, and we all deserve something! Your outage was unacceptable, as is your response.

@RogersHelps @anonurse1 PR advice, strike out the words "We have now restored services for the vast majority of our customers and". Unless you provide some clear visibility with an outage map of where folks are down and where things are being worked on, people are just gonna treat these statements as BS

@AboutRogers @Rogers CEO do the honorable thing and step down, we need someone more competent. You have caused massive collateral damages. It's wake up call to get more competitors in so I can move to a more competent company and say farewell to Rogers

@RogersHelps do you really think a credit for 2 days worth of service is proportionate to the level is disruption this had on everyones lives? Ppl were with without phone, internet, access to emergency services, couldn't use debit/credit, couldn't take out cash, lost a days wage

@DossierCom @Rogers It was an outage. We live in a digital world where one should prepare for outages. They will happen again and again. Stop being dramatic, resume your life and maybe go donate to a good cause, like to the Ukraine where moms are hoping thier babies don't get blown up today.
