Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reported@RogersHelps Well, I tried again. I've been watching for the network operator but the option is never there. Both myself and my partner have the service and bought a plan with it specifically and are pretty disappointed.
-
Joelien Jose (@joelien) reported@RogersHelps Outage in L5W 1H5 area. This happened last month too. Seems like a neighborhood issue and more widespread
-
Manny Sforza (@MannySforza) reportedJust received my monthly bill from @Rogers and my billing issue is not resolved. Countless hours on hold over the last few months and numerous commitments from customer service reps were all a wast of time! Billions in profits and little or no investment in good customer service!
-
Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.
-
Dog Mom 🇨🇦☘️ (@buzz_because) reported@RogersHelps @faisal_ I waited an hour and a half on support and never did get an answer. Had to hang up because my phone’s battery was drained. Still have no resolution to my issue. You’re not the only one Faisal.

William Goddard 🍁 (@W_Goddard) reported@JeffreyBannon @Rogers I love the fact that they are offering employees buyouts and at the same time growing staffing in Morrocco because the average employee working in customer service gets paid about $1000 per month ...
-
Steph (@Stephy_72) reported@RogersHelps the amount of poor reps taking calls and lying with promos. Telling me the bill will be high and will balance the next month. It’s worth to payout the penalty and go to @Bell since they just came to my door!$85 internet & TV
-
Faisal (@faisal_) reportedRogers is down again for the 20th time in the last 3 months. What is going on with them? @Rogers get your act together. Around 1 hour wait on customer support lines. You sure you want to let 50% staff go?
-
Rochelle (@CreativeRo) reported@RogersHelps Your support page is down, I can’t log into the app and my home internet is down. North end of Toronto. What’s up??
-
starrgh (@Starrgh) reported@dhewlett @Rogers "Moving" Internet service is such a scam. It's much easier to disco and set up new! I hope you have him an earful. You know he blew up a solar system right?!
