    2.5 hours on hold to find out that services in our area “seems to be restored” w @Rogers yet we have “lost connection” and they can’t get a tech out for another TWO DAYS… that’s going to be FIVE DAYS of service interruption. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! @Bell, you’re up!!

    @RogersHelps @RebellionSocks A lot of areas in Stouffville are still out with no internet service, and no ETA. Cell service is back for most since yesterday morning, so we are all on data. Please provide an ETA for service restoration.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers MyRogers account states there is no interruption registered in my area, yet my home internet is still down. Is the site inaccurate?

    @RogersHelps Are some services STILL down? Our Rogers Ignite still isn’t working properly (many channels in/out), our wifi is choppy (at best), and my moms landline still isn’t functioning. She’s elderly and has no other means of communication. When can we expect FULL SERVICE to be restored?

    @RogersHelps No you have not restored the vast majority. You have half assed the vast majority with intermittent, lagging connectivity. Honestly, you guys are bad.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Should slash your top execs pay and bonuses and redirect the funds to your tech resources. The techs are working hard to get things working. Pay your techs fairly instead of overpaying your execs for poor management.

    @RogersHelps your internet is still not functioning correctly days later...DNS issues..lagging internet seriously affecting me. I wonder what kind of insulting credit you're going to throw out way..think long and hard before you all decide how much we all deserve for the ******.
