@RogersHelps Again, it is a universal issue, it's not the internet, it's not a specific device, it's not a specific household, it's only the new sportsnet now app launched in early October, so the question remains: are you working on a fix? It's been almost 2 months now

@RogersHelps Yup its poor experince just because your customer service people dont pay attention to details or just dont want may be they are judged and paid bonus on amount of money they can sequeez from customer by providing incomplete information

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , it's been more than a week: have the "stability updates" been released? I ask because the issues have not been fixed yet. Constant buffering, not staying at 60fps, stuttering etc.

@RogersHelps Billing issues for the fifth month straight. Too many inconsistencies, reported 5 times already nothing is being done. Management office is still confused. I’m still being charged double. ***** business tactics by Rogers.
