Just so you know, @RogersHelps, our Internet has been going down daily over the last two weeks. Not acceptable. Who in head office can I speak with who might actually do something about this?

Just ported 2 lines from @TELUS and 1 line from @Bell over to @Rogers. The decision to leave both was based mostly on crappy customer service. We were with Telus for at least 15 years. #TreatYourCustomersRight

@RogersHelps I'm talking to yet another representative in chat and so far they haven't been able to help me. I've never in my life had so many issues getting a new phone!!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

@RogersHelps @Rogers the Rep refused to help me unless I stayed sitting on the phone listening to silence. So I waited just to get told she can't help me and I'm transferred to someone else and now sitting on hold. THIS IS SO STUPID.
