I live in the Beach area of Toronto. For whatever reason, @Rogers service went down today. This is the seventh time this has happened in my neighbourhood in the last month. Absolutely ridiculous joke of a company. They offered to reimburse me a paltry $23.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I wanted a competitive bid from Rogers, you offered $120 more/yr than others. Me: Cancel You: Oh wait, I can offer $64.99/mth for 1Gbps. Me: why didn't you open with that. You: Customer must cancel first. Moral: Call and Cancel Service to get fair pricing.

@Rogers So around 8am traveling down Huron Street towards Adelaide, I watched one of your technicians throw out coffee cups and winter bottles out onto the street while he was driving. No one else around just me and him. I tried to get his attention to tell him that wasn't cool.

@RogersHelps Internet has been down here in Etobicoke for over a day. I’ve lost a day’s work and it looks like I won’t be getting caught up this weekend. Can you people PLEASE set up a redundancy plan when you issue an update?
