@BornThisWay1966 @CTVToronto @Rogers lol all this government does is inquire about why it sucks so much ***

  • MrGroovy1991 Mhmet (@MrGroovy1991) reported

@RogersHelps It’s time to cancel all my plans with Rogers!

  • SitecoreChris SitecoreChris (@SitecoreChris) reported

@SherriG79273613 Well as we saw the vast majority use @Rogers so even if you change to a discount provider you still get them as the middle man. The issue is companies need to have a backup service but they cheap out.

  • sashaboersma Sasha Boersma (she/her) (@sashaboersma) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Oh, there is a push for CRTC inquiry on the 911 issue, as they would have broken a condition of license (or whatever it’s called for telecom). That part is likely a breach of the Telcom Act.

  • BrendaM41641614 Four More Years 🤷🏻‍♀️ (@BrendaM41641614) reported

@JBradshaw01 @RogersHelps A Doug Ford majority and the service will work as well as Doug! Right now it is cottage time… expect service back… August?

  • yonick86 Nick (@yonick86) reported

@RogersHelps 3G doesn’t really qualify as ‘service’ I hope our bill credit reflects this as well

  • DrkFaerieGfx Samm (@DrkFaerieGfx) reported

@RogersHelps Still no service at all for us here, all services are still down, phone, wifi and cable

  • Grant19820308 Grant (@Grant19820308) reported

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers **** happens I get it but what I don’t get is why you can’t give us Info of what the issue is.

  • stc2099 STC (@stc2099) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers outage reminded me that you are a "TV cable provider" (i.e. entertainment purpose only) at root and your communications & transparency yesterday demonstrated that you are still not mature to be a critical infrastructure provider. Root cause analysis report is due next, ok?

@RogersHelps @Rogers Imagine for a moment humans live in Mars, and suddenly Rogers is down, for a day, just like yesterday. First 2 hours all our oxigen machines are down, first 4 hours we all start to feel heated and suffocated. Earth has not realized anything but just noticed we are too quiet.
