@RogersHelps I am still having problems with my my internet and and my TV still freezes and cuts and blacks out, so your 5 day reimbursement is not going to make up for what a lot of people are still going through!

@RogersHelps As I rarely use a phone I cannot cost much. I would have fired any of support teams I trained for pretty much any interaction I have tried but I love that confidence a link will help, No nada nothing I have the world's most expensive Samsung 8 which itself made false claims..

@RogersHelps We’ve beeen doing this run around for the past two days & no solution was made in regards to my wifi called you guys 3 times in the past two days one of those times you guys hung up on me while I was patient waiting on hold…

@RogersHelps I am well aware of what the CRTC says phone providers are required to provide. I got 0 of those. If you have a communication disorder the energy to keep trying even though I did say that due to having to pay for a new phone I would be without a service that was fairly needed
