    Really getting to the point where I'm willing to work at @Rogers for a couple of weeks to add Picture-in-Picture video mode support for their Android app and then immediately quit.

    @RogersHelps @ryanlindley @ryanlindley I suggest you never call on a Sunday (but if you must it’s best to btw 12-4 ). Also, if it’s a one off tech issue with your account that isn’t resolved on the call the rep should be able to provide you with a case #, and get ID# for the call for easy follow up.

    @RogersHelps The internet is dropping frequently for a week. Had a techinician came, he did some testing and replaced the modem, but the issue still exists. Talked to agents for 3 or 4 times, they only tell me to unplug and replug the modem again and again. But it doesn't work!

    @RogersHelps Rogers has been having daily problems for a month now. Wtf is going on, and why arent people being compensated for bad service? This is not the service advertised, or what I pay for. Fix it, or clear my bill.

    @RogersHelps I have decided this is the last straw with Rogers. I have never been able to complete anything online and I always wondered if it is due to bad website design or simply “by design”. Either way, it reflects poorly on Rogers in my opinion and I don’t want keep having endure this.

    ROGERS is the worst Canadian carriers you can use with the over priced costs and spotty service, non stop problems from them and there system. If I payed the amount I do with the exchange in the USA I could get a way better iPhone and Unlimited data with extras. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @Colin_D_Mac is already talking to CS and has been told there IS ANOTHER OUTAGE in our area. Our experience the past six weeks has been horrendous. We will be canceling as soon as possible.
