I've had over 15 workers from stores and over the phone who have told me you don't do loaners or courtesy phones. So you leave clients without anything after taking their phone from them? Ppl use their phones for everyday things. @Rogers fix this NOW! Do YOUR JOBS!

@Rogers the worst part about it is how much time your workers spend arguing with clients who are reading your website!!! The ignorance of the workers now is beyond insane. I've never had such bad customer service. They refuse to believe I'm reading the website. Argue argue argue

Is this a deliberate strategy by @Rogers to bill multiple service calls to 3rd party providers like @TekSavvyBuzz? No idea, but 3rd party customers are constantly and systematically treated like crap. Extremely frustrating! Maybe something for you to investigate @CRTCeng 2/2

Is it just me or is anybody else’s #Rogers #Ignite constantly disconnecting? It’s so annoying. I should journal when and how long and get my money back for the time it’s out. Cause it’s literally EVERYDAY. Fix it @RogersHelps.
