Can we talk about how I can't text android users because of the @Rogers service outage but can still text iPhone users through imessage because it's on data. They're contributing to the great divide!

@RogersHelps @Rogers You should be providing everyone who has downed services compensation. Dont wait for them to ask for it. Step up to the plate and offer something. I have been with Bell for decades and have never had an outage. I move to Rogers 1 month ago and already an outage.

@Rogers if "we are working quickly to resolve the issue" is to be accepted by us the customers as an update. I purpose that anyone who is late with payment should tell the Roger's employee that calls "I am working hard resolve my nonpayment issue" and Roger's should accept it
