    @RogersHelps I have been facing intermittent internet issue for last 1 month. I have called help desk several times, few of the time technician visited my house but it was not resolved. Then help desk recommend to use Ignite Internet for higher package, I even took that as well

    @RogersBiz struggling to transfer my e-sim to the new iphone 13pro. Transfer from 12pro went smooth but esim never got transferred. Now my phone isn’t working at all. Call centre tried couldn’t help. Rogers store said they are having system difficulties activating new sim! Help!

    @RogersHelps Your Technical support is just pathetic. Help desk teak transferred to Technical support. But waiting for 25 minutes still not able to reach the Technical support team.

    @ATT all mobile calls from Canada (@rogers) are going straight to VM or dropped. 3rd day of trouble shooting and about to switch over to @Verizon

    @RogersHelps Provided the details in DM, can you please escalate and ensure that the issue is resolved ASAP. It's been more than a month, the issue was not resolved.

    Hey @Rogers is there any knowledgeable person in your support team? I want to cancel my pre ordered iPhone and I have waited 1 and half hour to connect with representative and when i said him that i want to cancel my order then he disconnected my call. Is this real rogers?
