@Rogers after being wrongly charged for roaming while on holidays your live agents had me on hold trying to reach a manager and I still could not get one. Poor customer service to a 15+ year customer. Y’all need to make this right or I’m cancelling

@Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

I just love how the @Rogers network is so over congested that it simply CANNOT deliver the full internet speed that I pay for. I just LOVE being ripped off and screwed out of what I'm paying for! #CRTC
