  @Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

  @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

  @RogersHelps Hi, I tried to do that however, Rogers wants to attach it to my home address and charge me $75 if I’m not home when they come around to fix a box that is in the laneway and I’m only notifying them as a courtesy. Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

  So I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.

  @RogersHelps how much more difficult and time wasting can you make it for a customer to reach a live person. Already explained issue to your bot and then a rep who cannot help me so has to transfer me to the person I asked to speak with 87 minutes ago! Still on hold
