Tried to switch my phone to @rogers from Telus and they have ****** it up so badly. What is wrong with you people! Warning... stay away from @Rogers!!! Not worth it. Now I'm out of a phone and so is my partner for 5 days. We have to live the consequences of your **** up!

@RogersHelps why have I had bad internet since November? I have a bad modem and no one can help. The only answer I got was upgrade (to the same speed!) for more money and then will send me a new modem. What the hell????

How does @Rogers get away with offering every customer personalized rates. I pay $45 MORE than my SIL for a weaker service! This is like having different pricing for apples for every customer in line. Tried calling and was basically told sorry not sorry. Bye @Rogers !

After canceling one service and waiting to cancel others, they have had me calling repeatedly, kept me waiting as if in punishment. The amount of time wasted because of @RogersBiz is not even funny.

Just to clarify, @Rogers has the WORST customer service. I've spent three days trying to get a new phone and gotten little to no compensation for their systems messing everything up and wasting my time. 🙃

@Rogers sure check the dms. your internet has barely worked during this pandemic. i hope independent companies like Starlink make you go bankrupt or force you to actually sell a decent service to people instead of scamming Canadians. Love you :)
