  @georganneb @Rogers Oh, but when you’re no longer a customer they will call you endlessly with offers, sometimes I’ll get three calls in a hour. @rogers ignores CASL laws and refuses to take me off their unsolicited phone call lists. No matter how many times I ask to be taken off their list, they keep calling. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, their telemarketers, like Peter from Mumbai, just hang up.

  Just got annoyed by 2 @Rogers ******** who came to the door and put one of the dogs I'm housesitting into a frenzy. Like I give a **** that Rogers is doing work in the area. You couldn't have just quietly left a flyer for the homeowners to read when they return?

  Something is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

  Stop sending me pass due bill payments I am only paying @Rogers cause I have to and pay for my subscriptions but after that no one is getting a dime out of me keep these games up and I’m go to Somalia to rot away I will keep giving u sauce and watch u **** it up dummy

  @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.

  PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

  You have the worst customer service on the planet. Just bought MSLE and can't answer a phone..over an hour on hold and the ****** guys and gals at the top are raking it in..may the lord bless you with something incurable @Rogers

  @RogersHelps This is email from my phone. Works on browsers. All my other emails work. I just can’t send from Shaw says out going server repair. I even reset my password thinking it would help. I do not want to have to delete my account and re add I have a Shaw email - customer & mobile

  @Rogers @RogersHelps Tally of attempts to get this handled to date: 1) 8 calls to the customer service line, each with no help because you don’t get to talk to anyone. Rogers says there are too many calls and won’t let you hold, they kick you off. 1/x
