@davidguitard @RogersHelps Yeah service agreement looks legit. The only bullshit is they pull credit checks these days when you start a service.

@Rogers why does your service suck every time we interact? Went to Rogers store, got new SIM, they activated it. Go home, didn't work. Call support to be told it's not activated and can't/won't fix it, so now I have to go back to the store. Bell here I come with all my biz.

@soberdetermined @RogersHelps Since I got the "new" internet box our wifi is spottier and the net cuts out a few times a week. The old rocket shaped box was actually way better. The new fiber lines alone basically guarantee stability. If Bell ***** around then we'll just dry loop off the fiber infrastructure.

@xUsagiTsukino @RogersHelps Bell gave me big problems for my business. I had a case with the CRTC and some VP at Bell had to email me to resolve it. I just have my fingers crossed the install and hardware is decent. I've liked Rogers but don't want to play this game with them. Just swap when economical.
