@RogersHelps @MattMcK2419 we have no phone service, TV or internet, we went in person to the Rogers store...the store we purchased Rogers ignite, internet and phone. Signs were on their windows stating they have nothing to do with Rogers Ignite. They could not tell us what was wrong or eta on service.

@RogersHelps Why does "Anna the Assistant" keep telling me there are no issues in my area? That's confusing. I know people less than a km from me that have no issues but I have confirmed with my close neighbours that their Rogers is also down. Wonder if this is even related to storm?

@RogersHelps I've called 5x in the past month regarding 3-5% packet loss all day long. I can't get any support by phone, because your support staffer has no grasp of what packet loss is. Apparently speaking to anyone above her is > 30 minute wait. What's actually going on here?
