    @RogersHelps Currently an outage in Riverdale, Toronto, 100 Bain Ave, all of the Coop is out - both Internet and Cable... Lots of customers relying on Internet to work from home

    @RogersHelps are you folks ever going to call me back? I call the # and they ask me to leave my number in line but i never receive a call back. Guess rogers cust service is never going to get better

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I got a bill of $600, called customer service about incorrect charges and after wasting my time rep LAUGHED and said GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR CHARGES & Hung up!! What a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
