Wow not the @RogersHelps I worked for. Zero communication hours after a critical outage.... we would have issued multiple updates by now. Not even executive comment... wow. After 20+ years I'm with Bell AND have service.

@RogersHelps What's the point of telling us that "wireline" services aren't impacted? Are you trying to low-key sell us wired services because you're so crap at the wireless? Will customers be getting any kind of credit for the entire workday they can't make a phone call?
