    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

    @RogersHelps I’ve Had nothing but problems and contradictions dealing with Roger’s. I’m done being told to call here call there print my own label … you do your jobs and serve us, the customers. And if my deceased dads account has a balance with equipment not returned that’s YOUR PROBLEM
