    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Since it's intermittent I would check all the connections, make sure the router is in a good position and not dusty. Do you have any clue based on when it goes down, my dog one time dug into the wire in the backyard, does rebooting make any difference .. good luck,

    Good ol @Rogers, send a 'free' Pro On the Go. Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. Nothing.

    @RogersHelps Since this was an issue on our end that we apparently needed a technician to sort out there's only one explanation: my dogs fixed it. They were the only ones home. Now I'm wondering how you plan on compensating them for their labor. You don't work for free, should they?
