    @RogersHelps ahhh yes, another outage. Emergency calls only. Good thing I pay 3 times what I used to for my landline. Can just imagine the excuse you have this time for no service..

  • paulzedrich Paul Zedrich (@paulzedrich) reported

    @Rogers your customer service isn’t the greatest…I just can’t 🙄

  • shutuplauraa all too well (jaskier’s version) (@shutuplauraa) reported

    @raymitheminx @Rogers I want the anti-vax chuds who have been protesting for “our right to privacy” for the last two years to say ONE WORD about Canadians having to deal with this spam call **** every day.

  • nicolek1989 Nicole Kearsey (@nicolek1989) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

    Since the upgrade to Ignite @RogersHelps has seriously **** the bed. Either no service at all or having to reset things multiple times on the tv. For the record, not speaking to the customer service.. just the connection.

  • Pranay80822749 Pranay (@Pranay80822749) reported

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply, I have been in touch with them for the past 4 days now, but still they are unable to resolve the issue. The wait times are 3 hours for the calls and I have been waiting for the internet to be installed now 4 days in a row.

  • CampbellCoal The House Super HiFi podcast (@CampbellCoal) reported

    @DeyoungGigi @Rogers Constant problems and big prices. America has a culture of customer appreciation. NOT here.

  • lynngr Lynn Greiner (@lynngr) reported

    @RogersHelps The service is fine, thanks - I was just bemused (and amused) by the "monthly savings" in the offer I got. Which, BTW, was an offer costing more money for less service. The computer system needs work! Stay well!

  • Jay_fromBC Jay (@Jay_fromBC) reported

    @Rogers who on earth came up with that silly “rocket red event” TV ad. Simply awful.

  • bookwormchick99 steph wanamaker (@bookwormchick99) reported

    @YulBBudy @RogersBiz Never been a decent Rogers commercial yet

  • cosmo8806 XP (@cosmo8806) reported

    @Rogers I feel compelled to say your Xmas TV ad is an agression to every sense, the laziest Fr translation, and so stupid and bad that it's unbelievable a non-brain damaged manager authorized it. It makes me want to volunteer, going door to door and make people transfer to Telus.
