@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers You know everyone has done this when players get traded for DECADES! There's still time to take this tweet down.

@Rogers if you only knew how incredibly vile some of your telemarketers are over the phone... You can't possibly think these call centres work, do you? It's the worst branding you could possibly put into the marketplace, honestly.

@Rogers - once Bell fibre becomes available in more places you’re going to have to up your customer service game or lose a ton of customers

@RogersHelps Yea.. I have already done that. New phone and I was asked to switch to physical sim card perhaps rogers should look at their network instead?

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

@Rogers I am keep getting charged fees even after I left Canada and closed my bank account. I don’t live in Canada but I still get charged $75 for returned fee on my supposedly automatic payment. I can’t even contact customer service! I just waited 2 hours in line! International!

@Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄

@RogersHelps The stores I visited have said to call. That they do not provide for exchanging broken or worn remotes. That they used to but no longer. I would never have called if walking into the store was an option
