    @RogersHelps Just to add to the previous Tweet. Treat your call center employees well rather than your PR department. You will have happy employees and customers. Your business model exists because the average person is not a Tech literate.

    @Rogers just got my bill why are you STILL billing me for services at an address I moved from the beginning of April? Returned equipment, called SEVERAL times as you billed me last month too. Why can't you get it together? You didn't show up TWICE 4 the move of service.
