@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps If you had an additional wireless connected modem, perhaps you may still have some connection rather than none at all. I have a desktop and wireless modem. They locked me into a 3-year contract. LTE- it may be a solution during problematic weather. Not sure though.

@ItsDeanBlundell @breakfasttv @Rogers Possibly the only person less qualified or able to run a business in Toronto than Doug is Ed. There's a reason Ted didn't want Ed anywhere near the Chair gig. He put him in charge of the Blue Jays cause that pretty much can't help but be profitable & he damn near screwed that up.

@InclusiveCa @Rogers @RogersHelps ? A three year contract would guarantee better service? Sorry I don’t understand what you mean

  • MissLady_Di Diana M (@MissLady_Di) reported

@RogersHelps Our Nextbox remote is barely working. We have tried new batteries, reprogramming etc…and continue to have the same issue. The down channel button no longer works and the volume buttons are on the verge of not working at all.

Hi @RogersHelps, my Ignite boxes won’t work even though my Rogers wifi is working. I’ve already tried resetting and system refreshing. Can you please provide some support? Is it a local outage? Scarborough M1R area. Thanks very much for your help.

  • InclusiveCa Diversity at Work Communications Training (@InclusiveCa) reported

@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps I'm sorry. Check out LTE - if you are desperate for a connection it might help if the system is down. Rogers offers it.

  • mlnadler Michael Nadler (@mlnadler) reported

@RogersHelps I have similar experience whenever I try to watch SN Now. No such issues with DAZN and TSN. Watched 9 hours of football this past weekend with no issues.

  • Sydelle0720 Sydelle1981 (@Sydelle0720) reported

@RogersHelps your forums say issue resolved but I still don't have internet. I haven't had internet since Monday morning. Still no announcement on what happened either.

  • kritish2007 Kriti Sharma (@kritish2007) reported

@RogersHelps You replied 9 hours ago and the ‘service’ is still not up asap! Really? What is soon? 35 plus hours of no internet.

@Billius27 Because the media is stupid and lazy and configured for celebritytainment. Think about all the new stations owners by @rogers and @bell. You think they’re worried about detailed analysis or ad clicks. The news reporting is pathetic. Social media killing critical thinking.
