    @RogersHelps @rogers cable Internet problems in Kitchener? Cellular seems to work but cable modem won’t reconnect even after power cycle.

    Having problems with my phone so I contacted @Rogers. I'm told I need to be transferred to a specialist so I waited for 5 minutes. Specialist asked me if I restarted my phone. When I said I had they told me they needed to transfer me to a cell phone specialist. Seriously???

    @Rogers Reliable my ***! We have been having network problems last 2 weeks, several tickets have been opened and nothing has been done yet!

    @RogersHelps @mvannie My Rogers internet also went out in Kitchener. (Orange flashing light on modem) unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the issue.
