  @RogersHelps I said I need the new xfinity, as that was what i was told, not that I have to change all packages. Next round with customer care.

  @RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.
