@RogersHelps what terrible service......quick to sell something but can't support it. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Full outage and support tells me I am the only one having problems, the area is fine. Will send the first available tech in 4 days! what a joke

Another #Habs game & another nightmare w/ @RogersHelps @NHL Gamecentre. - PS4 app requires all login info & go through all the settings. Why? I did this already - iPad app crashes 2 times in 3 minutes - iPhone app won’t stream to TV. Why do you hate your customers? #GoHabsGo

@Rogers my customer service experience. Call rogers 8:30am get through to agent 10am. Working on solution got disconnected at 11am. Called back on hold for 3 hours and counting its 2:24pm. Excellent as always!

@RogersHelps My internet disconnects several times per day. The only support your team offered was for me to pay more to get fibre. Ridiculous how I'd be told to pay more for a service when my current one doesn't even work.
