    @RogersHelps Except we did it not have power outage and the tv has to been down for least 10 hours. And that is happening almost every weekend. Finch Islington area

    @RogersHelps Honestly, @Rogers needs more transparency with what they are doing for work. Just telling us is not enough, You are unable to provide how many techs are working in my area or what their contract terms are. Withholding this information even though you have it is indecent service.

    @TekSavvyCSR Talk to your boss to see if it is acceptable for Rogers to sell a service with a verified problem by their own technicians. The Rogers technicians, each time they came out, filed a report to replace the junction box, because it is exposed to the elements. cc: @RogersBiz

    @Rogers is there any way to get a firm eta rather than being told my service will be restored woth 24-48 hours? Kinda feels like you didn't learn from that time you screwed over the country a few months back
