    Seriously @Rogers your service sucks. During a nail biting French open semi final you have an outage and no estimate . Time to switch

    I don't think I could be having a worse experience trying to upgrade my phone with @Rogers at the moment. Sold me a phone, made me do it online, refused to give me customer service during the process, purchase said phone, and now get an email telling me they don't have it. WTF?

    @RogersHelps Hello. Wightman cable is installing fibre optic on my street and the Rogers service has been disrupted. They’ve said all we can do is contact Rogers to back fix whatever Lines they’ve disrupted.

    @Rogers is there an issue in M6S area? I’ve been having Ignite WiFi drop out repeatedly throughout the day for several days now. Today I’m at over 20 times dropped out.

    @RogersHelps Today is one of the happiest days of my life. I cancelled my Rogers internet so I don’t have to waste hours of my time every month with your billing and technical teams and their pathetic service. Good riddance.

    @RogersHelps Last night I ordered Ignite service but didn’t receive confirmation. I contacted chat service this morning to follow up and after back and forth and waiting I was disconnected with no clear answer.
