    @RogersHelps I have done everything you’re suggesting already received unfavourable results. My next steps will be to reach out to Tony Staffieri and every Executive member to alert them of the extremely poor customer experience and frustration. Live chat transcripts will be published as well

    Well... @Rogers promised me that my shanty temp line running over my front lawn would be buried in 4 - 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks, and still no sign that the line is going to be buried. I'm starting to regret being a Rogers customer

    @REWoman @Rogers They honestly don't care. They call me serveral times a week looking for somebody else (I'm not even a customer), and I keep telling them they have the wrong number. They have been telling me they'll take my number off the list for a over a year. Every call is an Indian jeet.

    @RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.
