@RogersHelps I'm using Google Chrome. It always seems to cut out at the most opportune moments, say the channel isn't available or ask you to refresh your browser. If I switch to another browser I get error 30101 "Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in. Please try again".

Incredibly frustrated our @Rogers technician went to make a phone call yesterday to set up a new appointment for someone to come back, and then left without coming back inside to discuss anything with us 🙃 pretty sure the switch to Ignite was the worst decision we've made.

@RogersHelps You can DM me directly the telephone number of your VP of Customer Service and I would be more than glad to share my documented issues. Otherwise I am not interested in speaking to your non-empowered front line staff who are just as frustrated as your customers.

@Rogers Ive called, again! For constant issues in our area. This time a "random" outage in Brampton at 2:30 am! So I'll keep tagging @CRTCeng as this issue keeps happening. & if it keeps happening, & nothing done, then I I'll just have to shine a light on that in social media & media,etc

@RogersHelps Walpole ISLAND HAS NO INTERNET AND ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF NORTH AMERICA i need to pay my child support and no bandwidth is stopping it fiber or cable could help

@RogersHelps @TopherMalkin71 Stop asking you to send us DMs and just figure out what the problem is. I'm in L5R. My internet also went out 15 minutes ago. Clearly it's not a problem with all of our modems.
