    @Rogers The big outage was not enough. Your service could not be any worse. 4 outages in 3 days. Average at least 1 outage per week for the last 5 months. Hours each time. Glad technical support “understands my frustration” @Bell coming your way!

    It’s nearly a daily occurrence when our home internet with @rogers doesn’t work or hugely lags…like right now. It was increasingly bad prior to the recent outage but has been especially terrible ever since. Why doesn’t the federal govt offer satellite internet across Canada?

    @RogersHelps Is there an outage in my area? Nepean/ Barhaven. I work remotely and the lag is insane. It's not normally like this.

    @Rogers Canadian cell companies are ripping us off. In the absence of any effective competition, they all charge excessively high prices offer very limited choice. Very bad policy of the government not to allow competition

    @RogersHelps fix your trash internet… again down L8V area on the mountain Hamilton. This is why I’ll be calling other providers.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Received my service outage credit today $15.65 + tax $2.03 = $17.68 BUT $10 bundle credit gone yet states bundle ends 15 Nov 2022. Do you want to lose customers? INSULTING! c.c. @ErtlAnthony

    @RogersHelps It works if I use my data and not wifi. No issues with other websites. Just this one.
