@RogersHelps @tim_brecht Same here. We generally only watch TV at night. My wife has gone to bed for the past 5 nights and put on tv…after 10-20 minutes it starts glitching and freezing. She just shuts it off and uses her Bell cell service to watch YouTube instead. As I type this it just happened again.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps We’re still having major issues. The credit needs to be more than 5 days. This is unacceptable

  • woodwarddotCA séafra (@woodwarddotCA) reported

Dear Tony Staffieri. **** off with the emails already. 2 emails in one week from you is enough to make me wish for another Rogers outage. Give me my refund then crawl back into whatever ceo hole you came out of. Thanks in advance. cc: @RogersHelps

  • AbidHimani Abid Himani (@AbidHimani) reported

@RogersHelps I have been waiting for a credit since last month and it never arrived and now i am owing for 2 months .. you were not able to credit one approved refund on my account how are you going to credit millions of ppl. #rogersoutage #ccts @CCTS_CPRST please help as its too much now

  • shannoncrane7 shannon crane (@shannoncrane7) reported

Hey @Rogers our stuff is still not working how it should…. Is it going to be 6 days worth of credits now…. And counting….?

  • CarloRPaqueo Carlo Ronaldo Paqueo (@CarloRPaqueo) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers 20+ yrs Rogers customer here. If I see a $5.50 / one day credit on my next bill, I’ll simply assume that you don’t appreciate my customer loyalty, and search for someone else who will.

  • ta2eddork Diane (@ta2eddork) reported

These people who are screaming about @RogersHelps & @FidoSolutions "5 days credit is not good enough! wE dEsErVe AlL tHe MoNeY!" need to relax. Christ, your network was done for 15 hours, they did not throw you down a flight of stairs and eat your puppy. Take the credit & STFU

  • m1chelle Michelle Campbell (@m1chelle) reported

The CEO of @rogers sends an email promising to invest in the network to avoid future outages and all I can think is “great, can’t wait for the new network improvement fee to show up on my bill”

  • elusiveodyssey Daniel Jonathan Heden (@elusiveodyssey) reported

@Rogers a 5 day credit isn’t sufficient. I was one of those people who had a medical emergency. This is the second time. If it’s unacceptable as your CEO states then why aren’t you giving everyone a free month? 5 days isn’t even a dent in profits and doesn’t say sorry at all.

  • 1964brasil Fatima Cardoso (@1964brasil) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why are your plans do expensive? You basically run a monopoly. The least you can do is offer better packages. This downtime messed me up as i was out of town with no access to another network. I am upgrading my phone and shopped around for a better plan, and it’s not you…
