@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, how about when you randomly up my TV service price by $60, you give me reasonable options to change it? I've spent over 4 hours on hold on the phone, and over 13 hours on hold for chat support, and I can't even get anyone who can answer a single question.

@dofu_mapo @RogersHelps Good luck with your bill!! I left 3 weeks ago & they have now added unjustified charges & I have still not received credit for June's outage for 2 phones,or 2 months of sudden charges for a device I haven't had for over 2 years!!
