    @RogersHelps just got my ignite modem, can’t connect it because the Wifi Hub app won’t let me sign in “due to technical issues”. Like come on man, why is NOTHING ever simple with Rogers?

    @Rogers @Govy09 What’s astounding is being told that even though I have had 5 months of issues with bi weekly calls which are still no resolved that all I can get is 30 days credit. My account drops daily but I’m told I have some service so credit won’t be applied.

    @RogersHelps 2 hour and 35 min hold time!!!!! Hire staff. Jesus. Or bypass to each department without having to repeat issue to each level. Wow and I came back to you why????
