@RogersHelps @Rogers You say "valued customer", I think not. A few years ago I was given a great deal from a dept Rogers calls "outbound" to stay a customer.They said this deal would last as long as I remained a customer.That was a lie as I'm told deals are good for one year./1

@Rogers daily frustration with your tv equipment... the second another comparable service arrives to replace you, you'll be gone. System has to be refreshed EVERY time we want to use it. Horrible. And you wont come to fix it

@Rogers AGAIN??? I pay via your app, you acknowledge and thank me and a few days later you cut my service. Your inability to honour our contract has cost me enormously. I’m willing to lay odds the law permits me to seek a new provider without penalty.

@RogersHelps Not impressed. BAD timing. Started a live podcast and my upstream showed as UNDER 1Mbps. Awful A/V bandwidth for most of the evening. When you pay more for better up/down bandwidth, this is not expected. Especially after the major recent outage affecting all Canada.
