@RogersHelps it’s not enough that you record my calls and have a permanent record of my voice (as if some imposter is going to phone in to fix my cable). I was shocked that the tech asked me to do a video call in my home. CREEPY and unnecessary

@RogersHelps How about up holding yalls side of the contract? How many times does a technician have to come out and say “it’s fixed” only to have the connection go down again? I’m getting really fed up here might have to go back to bell

Just a reminder to my 40,000 subscribers on YouTube. If you live in Canada avoid @Rogers internet services. 3 times while trying to stream tonight it dropped comnection. Complete garabge service. Sick of this trash.

@Rogers Ya your company doesn't put your customers first. You claim to care but when offering a credit will turn around and make some payment up and add it to the customers bill and say it was to adjust why we gave you a credit. Worst customer service and company.

@mskatie647 @Rogers Yeah…I was approved for @Rogers #Connected for Success program because of my level of poverty & need video chats/calls with doctor/family. I was happy I had $50 credit before first bill even came - expected it to go down to $10 credit after first month but $200… there’s no way
