    @Rogers You say you care about network reliability, and Ignite wifi is backup by 100% satufaction guarantee. But your agents contradict themselves and passed me multiple times and I still can’t resolve my internet issue. You didnt keep your promise to a customer.

    @RogersHelps had an issue with a brand new rocket hub 50gb plan. Data drained to 20gb over on a Friday night and issue can’t be explained.

    On our second week of constant internet loss, day and night. @RogersHelps doesn't seem to be able to help at all. No improvement whatsoever. Extremely frustrating, to put it mildly. #rogersoutage
