Another game of rugby streamed on @sportsnet, another bunch of problems. The game hadn't quite finished so I started watching from the beginning and it keeps jumping to the live stream. Three times in 20 minutes. You should be paying me to use your streaming service. @RogersHelps

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps for almost a day now I’ve been trying to get any of you to help with SN Now. You took my money immediately but refuse to give me access to the service or help. #cancelSNnow

@Bell I reluctantly welcomed Bell's services back into my home the other day. It was less than 4 hours before I decided to cancel and move to @Rogers when they bring FTTH. It's been 20 years since IPv6 was introduced, will it be another 20 before Bell supports it?

@Rogers don’t worry, the inconsistency service that I pay for doesn’t impact my job in any way, shape, or form. 1000+ ms just to hit your server from my modem… seriously!

@RogersHelps You’re there to help? @RogersHelps? Customer service rep hanging up on a call is not helping customers.

@RogersHelps The call dropped, nobody is replying so "continue to help" is a stretch. #rogers
