    @RogersHelps fool me twice Rogers. Not cool! I’ve been waiting 2 hours for a tech who didn’t show or call. Now to get my problem fixed I have to waste another 30 minutes to talk with someone. Come on!!!

    @RogersHelps does NHL Live not stream in 1080 or 4K on PC? The quality is very poor. It's not my internet because I tried some 3rd party streams and they are crystal clear.

    @RogersHelps hi. we haven't had internet for most of this afternoon. we've tried rebooting & testing it out on different devices. we've had at least one outage every month since the start of the year. i'm trying to figure out if there is an outage in our area again. please help.

    Why is Roger's Pro on the Go such a mystery to everyone who works at Roger's Customer Service? No phone#...no email address... no answers to why my phone order has been delayed twice!! Why should I trust the next appointment will happen?? Come on Rogers!! @RogersHelps
