Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

I called the team and no help while I am getting charged the wrong amount. i want to cancel the service & get refund of connection fees.

Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

All was done & then 2 months later you raise the price we mutually agreed to. Not Good & I don;t want a text book answer from you. Enough with you reading from your script.
