@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

If a customer’s call was truly important to them they would have more people empowered to solve issues vs a department to retain angry clients. Sorry you’ve had to deal with this & best with a new company.
