@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@Rogers - now that the ordeal is over with, I can calm down and watch the clock truck tick down the days until my phone contract with you is done - and then you'll never see me again.

Contact @Rogers 3 times today! Each over 1 hour wait time to move our internet to new location. Not only they couldn't move the service but they also disconnected our internet eventho they were told that we're still in old location until given date!! Hello @Bell .

@RogersHelps In Afghanistan, a cell phone carrier doesn't go out of service for more than 12hrs. But apparently, in Canada, they do. I would like to speak with a representative immediately. Rogers can't get away with holding their customers hostage.

@Rogers If you guys didn't spend so much money on advertising and rebranding constantly maybe you could lower your prices. We KNOW who you are. You can calm down.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @AboutRogers a$2 credit is not worth losing a whole day of service from your awful company. How about $10-$15 compensation? I’m leaving Rogers and going to bell.

@TOdiary @CBCNews @Rogers Ehhh...Just stay with Ericsson. Not defend on Rogers, but it is service provider not service equipment provider. BTW, you are hard to satisfied. You blame Huawei for no reason.

@hamburgluer @Rogers Ummmm I'm not a customer of Rogers. I WAS using a computer. When I contacted my bank (using my NON ROGERS PHONE) they informed me that the Rogers issues were affecting their systems. So.. yeah. Their fault.

@AboutRogers Because nothing compensates users for the inconvenience caused by 12 hours of outage better than a $2 credit. Yet another fine example of @Rogers outstanding customer service. What. A. Joke.
