    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    I live in the Beach area of Toronto. For whatever reason, @Rogers service went down today. This is the seventh time this has happened in my neighbourhood in the last month. Absolutely ridiculous joke of a company. They offered to reimburse me a paltry $23.

    Day 2 - #Rogers Internet, TV, and home phone are down (at my home). Is it time to call @RogersHelps again - aside to have someone to speak with -- they really can't tell you a) what is going on or b) when the expected "fixed" may be. Uncoordinated teams, etc.

    @Rogers Is the WORST TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY in Canada. @JustinTrudeau when will you actually do something and not be Influenced/paid by these companies and stop the MONOPOLY!!!! Prices and services are sooooo bad that these companies don’t care. They own it all. They own govt

    @RogersHelps :) Sorry -- I had chatted via "Anna" your bot, and then the 2nd time it went down, #Pascal the 15-year-old called and chatted with a human,... I doubt there is anything that you (@RogersSupport) can do that those first two interactions could not.
