Sandy Grant (@dwsgrant) reported from Orillia, Ontario@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Oro-Medonte, OntarioInternet outage and @rogers claims they can't fix it until Friday! 3 work from home + 2 students unable to work!
-
Matt W (@walnut138) reported from Oro-Medonte, Ontario@Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!
-
Maya Goldenberg (tweets in Eng.&Hebrew (@goldi26) reported from Orillia, Ontario@Pjhvan @Rogers Agreed ! That’s the tip of the iceberg damage to the economy ! Small businesses , customers … #Rogers news release is embarrassing ! Class action is needed !
-
Gerald.Glavota (@G2Whisky) reported from Tay, Ontario🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!
-
Matt W (@walnut138) reported from Orillia, Ontario@Rogers fix this. Now. This is absurd for such huge mega Corp who makes billions. Fix. This. Now.
-
CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Oro-Medonte, Ontario@RogersHelps interestingly I have just spent the last 1/2 hour going back and forth with Kevin on DM and he literally came back to me with " I see you have an appt booked for Friday" which is what my original tweet said! unacceptable @RogersHelps which should be @rogers doesn't help!
-
Willy (@KidCarm09) reported from Orillia, Ontario@RogersHelps hi. Can you confirm Kawartha lakes has an internet service outage? Been down in Kirkfield area for last 2+ hours.

THE SHADOW KNOWS (@brianvi03340131) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not I was but your ****** service and overcharging seniors is ridiculous if Ted Was Alive you’d all be fired !
-
Ashley Banks💲L, for the love of Lola❣️ (@lola4president) reported@Rogers WE NEED OUR SERVICE RESTORED!
-
Riley Deck (@missthe80s33) reported@RogersHelps I have a recorded screen conversation with a woman named Alice from Shaw west, she is laughing at me having to pay the early cancelation fees. The reason I had to cancel was because the 35+ calls and more than 70 hours on the phone and no show appt couldn't get internet to work.
-
Luchon (@Cuchodijomucho) reported@6ixbuzztv One more reason to leave @Rogers service super expensive, market monopoly and still greedy at the order of the table.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
-
Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.
-
Clifford Mathew (@cliffmathew) reported@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@DenySully @Rogers They are the worst!
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

SGA~ 🇨🇦 (@SGA18445004084) reported@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Why can in the US a cell provider like Mint Mobile pop up with $15 plans from scratch While we in Canada allow moats around everything Legacy and settle for inferior overpriced service
