Gerald.Glavota (@G2Whisky) reported from Tay, Ontario🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Oro-Medonte, Ontario@RogersHelps interestingly I have just spent the last 1/2 hour going back and forth with Kevin on DM and he literally came back to me with " I see you have an appt booked for Friday" which is what my original tweet said! unacceptable @RogersHelps which should be @rogers doesn't help!
-
Matt W (@walnut138) reported from Oro-Medonte, Ontario@Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

-
Everyman/woman (@1fallandallf1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
-
Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
-
Kanav Mehta (@KanavMehta7) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Time to involve CRTC again! Internet down since midnight. No outage alert. Phone call not going through. Outage map down. LOL What a joke of a company!!
-
MAPLE SYRUP BADDIE (@dabiggbaee) reported@Rogers you guys are starting to piss me off. My wifi isn’t working and my help chat is only being offered in French when I’ve never selected French. Fix my wifi before I get upset fr.

TJF (@terryjf140) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Was switching # over last week. 2 days 25x. Only once was I put on hold...40 minutes later had to gomto work. All other times message said... too busy, call back later & disconnected. 1 x on hold, 25.min in told me to go to store for faster service!
-
Mark (@MarkxTrader) reported@RogersHelps @mmabrey1 Bring back the ol’ reliable COAX receivers! Ever since Rogers switched to Ethernet/WIFI receivers it’s been nothing but endless issues. I asked for a COAX box but apparently they’re no longer provided. You’d think over time @Rogers service would improve & not get worse.🤔DM Sent!
-
BB (@bbbrazil__) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.
-
Lady Centrist (@ladycentrist) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.
