Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I have reported this issue to tech-support many times. They change my equipment, then they tell me everything in my unit is fine and that there’s a problem with Service into the building. Then they say they fixed that but it’s still happening. Why?
