Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps It keeps saying our account should show as part of the outage but it isnβt. From talking to neighbours sounds like our entire area is down.
-
CognitionMagician (@CMagician36811) reported@Rogers Client spent 2hrs on hold. Agent failed to help. Client is a Senior, can't use his MyRogers or Email. His life is in LIMBO as he cannot do Banking / Healthcare now. Tried to help him, after 2hrs on hold we could not go further. 4hrs of his day on hold, ZERO RESULTS.

chad rasa (@cv570957) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Even when I was with Rogers I never used their email address except of course if I had to send an email to them. Created a Gmail address with my real name a long time ago and use this as my legit email. Also have 4 others aliases emails that I use for different purposes.

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.
-
Miranda Loberto (@peaches71_00) reported@Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
-
Brad Morrison (@morrisonbrad73) reported@Rogers @shaw Put the damn Open Championship on in BC. This is completely unacceptable.
-
Kenzie Allen π΅ (@cerena) reported@Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
-
Randi Temple (@randers_14) reported@RogersHelps You do not service the area I am moving too. I tried cancelling and hit road block after road block. Really disappointed after being a customer for so long.
-
JJ (@JJimisen) reported@RogersHelps Your reply is very typical of the service level we have experienced since Rogers bought out Shaw. Your website shows inaccurate information. Your AI has no clue. Your fastest wifi is about as fast as a 1990s modem. Why is it so bad? @CRTCeng

Rob the π¨π¦ Cubs Fan (@CDN_Rob24) reported@Rogers I see my total bill is going up $14 + tax ($7 internet, $5 each phone) Before I switch to Bell what can you do to help bring my plan costs lower? Especially since I'm in disability. ( I already get the disability tax credit discount)
