    @PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers They are even ignoring media requests for comment. Every article - every single one - says they contacted Rogers media relations and STILL haven’t heard back. That is bad. We’re coming up on 24 hours.

    Cellphone service has been down all day, and 10 million Canadians in a pandemic are about to *LOSE* it. Idea: Next time @Rogers goes down for more than 1 hour, the government should allow access to the other two while Rogers pays.

    @RogersHelps This company gouges us and 24 hours later the system is still down, the incompetence is astronomical and even after what they've done they refuse to give any credit on people's bills even if they use their phone for work
