@Rogers I've tried streaming on both Xbox and Apple TV... its been going on for days now ... I. Ready to cancel

  • Speed1665 James (@Speed1665) reported

@RogersHelps @natasha_ic What if I don’t have a tv. I only use my computer for watching my Rogers. Wow this is GREAT. THX you guys are the worst!!

  • ssinca13 Sami (@ssinca13) reported

@RogersHelps hi quick question Just out of curiosity if I live in a duplex and both of us have Rogers service (internet and TV) do we get an extra discount besides the bundle discount?

  • chrissinclairrr Chris Sinclair (@chrissinclairrr) reported

@dcmorrison @hockeyesque @Rogers I’m having the exact same problem since the update to the app!

  • JoshStorring Josh Storring (@JoshStorring) reported

@RogersHelps I have the latest version. It also doesn't work correctly on any of my devices. Should be compensation for your unusable app. Really thinking about cancelling if this keeps up. The old version wasn't the best but at least it worked most of the time.

  • PseudonymAlias4 Pseudonym Alias (@PseudonymAlias4) reported

@Rogers @dcmorrison I'm getting this too and I'm ready to cancel as well. The Rays-Red Sox game is unwatchable. "Playback Error" every 10 minutes.

  • JodyJames_ Jody James (@JodyJames_) reported

@RogersHelps so Rogers cancels their AnyplaceTV service. We don’t own a TV, so we cancel our cable package and they raise our Internet $40 more because we’re no longer bundled. This is criminal!

  • HealthyCityMaps Anthony Smith (@HealthyCityMaps) reported

@RogersHelps Hello my AnyPlaceTV stopped working, and I know the service is discontinued Oct. 10th. But this is a big loss for a paying TV subscriber. If I must use the IgniteTV, does that cost extra now? I dont have Ignite Internet so how to I watch cable shows remotely now?

  • hockeyesque @hockeyesque (@hockeyesque) reported

hey @rogers anyplacetv was literally the only reason to continue w your service, but you've axed it. im axing you.

  • thegarageguy_ca The Garage Guy (@thegarageguy_ca) reported

Seriously @RogersHelps your lack of service this weekend in Whitby has been beyond ******. Pre-ignite, at least the TV worked. Now, when the internet goes down....like half of this weekend, there is also no TV.
