@RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers you have no issue sending me a text reminding me to pay a bill, but to send a text about the outage or an update is very difficult. Disappointing, the amount of money we pay you monthly and keep us in the dark.

@RogersHelps When is the service going to be repaired? It’s been 8 hours and no phone service. During a pandemic when all you can do it use the phone to stay connected and there is now an outage. When is it going to be resolved?

@RogersHelps is it the Huawei equipment you installed? Check Loxcel and you will see all the Huawei equipment all over Canada that Rogers installed and now the outage? There is no excuse for poor risk management.

@RogersHelps Completely unacceptable. We do not even know how long this will last.. no ETA. Small business are struggling and this does not help. Rogers made accountable and pay heavy fines

@Canadian_mom73 @RogersHelps If they declare a chronic outage, does that start the clock on reimbursements/credits? Just speculating on why they are using this language...maybe they're buying time.
