    @RogersHelps why does my cable never work? Either volume disappears or my cable box will just not turn on with tv is turned on and won’t connect. Just signed up with you guys and it’s a real annoyance

    @RogersHelps Considering I’ve yet to get through to agent despite the multiple phone calls, I do still need help, thanks! My bill has gone up by $60+ and I’m ready to switch if I can’t find a more affordable option with Rogers.

    @Bell_MTS Day 13 without a landline for a 90 year old woman who lives alone..-50 today. A good customer for decades but it doesnt matter. Her safety is in the balance and you dont care. #MTS #Bell wonder if @RogersHelps would do the same to their customers. #Rogers

    @RogersHelps wait times, wait times, wait times, it's laughable now..we need competiton from our neighbours from the south... Rogers has Insane prices, ****** service, no customer support, and outages and website errors..it's all people say about Rogers now...
