  @RogersHelps So I was told my service was fixed. It is not. And the first available time for someone to come is July 31. Fantastic service Rogers. But keep calling me several times per week to upsell for service you dont provide.

  @ighani4 @Canucks @Rogers The current system prevents tanking from guaranteeing the top pick. A system where the high end talent automatically goes to the last placed team, simply rewards failure after failure. That should never be the case. Failure should never be the goal.

  @RogersHelps Not true. When I called before I was told that it was not Roger's issue and I needed to go to a Samsung store. I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.

  @RogersHelps I have wasted my efforts my time for hours last night and including today trying to get help for your service. Another waste of time no real action to replace what is needed & exists -Bulk #ROGERSaccounts get service !!!! @crtc why not the buildings with rogers cell towers etc??

  @RogersHelps your service is very bad. On hold for 45min now and still waiting to get technical support. Not sure how you justify this.

  @GeesDubb @Rogers I have spent the last 5 days trying to get through!!! Over 7 hours of waiting on the phone with no one coming on! I just don't know what is going on. I need to talk to someone with an issue I'm having!! As soon as my plan is up I'm leaving Rogers! I've had enough!!

  @Rogers @RogersHelps Right now: 20% packet loss, RTT swinging 150ms→527ms on the same 5 pings. Not an outage you can point at somebody else, this is your transit flapping. Third occurrence in ~12 hours. Windows, PDT: 10:00-10:42, 19:23-20:20, 22:04-ongoing
