So all day Monday. Nothing. Getting prepared to go back to work on Tuesday I called again Mon eve and was told the tool @TekSavvyCSR uses to issue tickets to @RogersHelps had been down since 7:30 that morning. Wouldn't that have been nice to know when I called at 8:30 5/x

You should be able to watch tv, still have recordings, and change your channel. Shouldn’t have to choose in order to watch your cable! Why does the same problem happen over 2 yrs now? Get a box or book a technician. EVERYTIME? Find the root of the problem! @RogersHelps @Rogers

2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔
