@Rogers Have waited on the phone for over 1 hour two days in a row. My new plan is missing a few features. Yesterday the support person had to transfer me to a manager to resolve. This resulted in another 1 hour and 6 minutes wait until I just gave up. This is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps is there another outage? I am in the middle of taking my test online and suddenly I don’t have a connection. This is so unacceptable, it’s been like this for three weeks. And it’s just so upsetting like I can fail my test because of this, no teachers will do retake-

@RogersHelps 3 months waiting for a credit balance on my closed account to be refunded to me - PLUS, the balance owing to me has been depleted by charges AFTER the account was closed!! UNACCEPTABLE - FIX THIS NOW please.

@RogersHelps I live in Pickering and our internet/tv services have been down for 2 hours now. We've been unable to get any help through online chat or through telephone services. Our internet drops pretty regularly, but it's been a few months it had been down this long. It sucks
