@Rogers phones been down for 12 hours now. Have missed 2 Dr’s appointments over the phone today. Both are charging me late fees. #rogers can’t fix the problem in a reasonable time. Cell phone providers in Canada are atrocious, but you guys take the crown for king dogshit

@RogersHelps no updates yet. And we were told you’d be updating regularly. Any reason as to why it’s almost been 12 hours of outages ?? Usually it’s fixed in 2-3. This is complete BS. I’m probably gonna switch to Bell. No issues there.

@RogersHelps @chiragpadhiyar8 The way you put the word "some" instead of most is the worst type of gaslighting. Your company screwed up and it is having a major impact on a large number of people. Fully admit your mistake and then fix it. Enough of this "it's not that bad" or it's "only affecting some people"
