@RogersHelps when will Rogers provide Poor quality wifi for the hole year? Last year we paid over $100 a month for 12 months. But, received very low quality wifi for about 6 months in total. We would be connected about 15-18 days/month & download speeds up to 30mps average 13mps.

@Rogers hey need help, i get 4 calls from Rogers a day regarding a cancelled account asking about unreturned equipment. I have explained to 3 agents and they said they can put notes but cannot stop calls even though equipment has been returned. i have a signed proof of delivery/1

@Rogers you suck. I have ignite and internet service goes down every 5-10 minutes when only 2 people are using zoom. People are trying to work, and go to class, from home. Fix your ****. Also, spend some of the ******* money you're robbing from your customers on the jays.
