@RogersHelps I am very upset with your Live chat customer service. My home internet was down during midnight to 3 am, and my international meeting was interrupted. But Rogers refused to compensate me "I can credit only if you conacted during an outage..." How ridiculous!

@RogersHelps @Kirshenblatt @Kirshenblatt's brother. I live in the same house, and I can confirm this. I literally saw the town landscapers cut that tree down outside our window, and our Net connection went with it. Our parents did inform Rogers of this over a year ago, and we were in a queue for that long.
