    @RogersHelps The very least Rogers could do is waive the upgrade fee as Rogers once again knew there was an issue on their end and decided to not let stores know about it and have customers pay more to go to a different phone. Scam.

    When you try to be handy and accidentally cut the cable and take out your @Rogers internet! Definitely human error. Thankfully, there is a technician in the area, and service should be restored around 4PM. 🤯😳🤯

    @RogersHelps There are reports of the internet/service being down in the Barrie area. This is the second time in a month. What gives? Are you wanting to lose customers or do you actually have a plan to make things better?

    What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

    @RogersHelps Still not good...we stayed at this location years ago and service on phones and data was good...what has become of @rogers ?
