@RogersHelps Sincerely aplogizing is fine and dandy, but for people that are at work and rely on their phone, what are you actually going to do? An apology doesn't cut it. My wife only had emergency service on her phone since before noon. That's insane.

@RogersHelps Shittiest service if you can’t find what is wrong after hours. What are we even paying for if it’s taking you this long to figure out what even is wrong. We better see credits in the next bill for no service. We aren’t paying these high bills for not have freaking services al day
