    @Rogers I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times a day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.

    @RogersHelps why don’t you take some of the people who have time to call me a million times a day for home security (which I’ve declined a million times) and train them to do customer service - because I’ve been on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.

    Just had time to digest the HNIC cancellation news. Seriously, **** @Rogers and their corporate greed. They effectively just cancelled a Canadian cultural tradition without even a goodbye.

    @Jay_D_Rosehill Nothing to do with CBC and everything to do with Sportsnet and @Rogers desire for a monopoly. It’s disgusting and they need to be shut down.

    @Rogers I have an internet service with you guys since 6 years and since last year I have been getting bad service - 6+ people visiting to fix the issue - still unresolved. On Cancelling why are you charging early cancellation fee for a service level not fulfilled? #disgrace

    @RogersHelps No just sending and receiving doesn’t work. It’s affecting my business. I’ve done all the troubleshooting for my apple device. They said it’s a service provider issue

    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.
