@Rogers @RogersHelps I was on hold for 3 hrs. I spoke to 3 useless people about downgrading my cable. The last dummy tried to put me thru to a 4th Person. I DO not want Ignite! I want BASIC! Not that hard to understand? Tomorrow I will be calling to CANCEL.. Disgusting SERVICE

Why Rogers? Paid for internet through the winter so when I spend a few days at my cottage I'll be able to have a "work vacation". Got up there,no internet,spent 3 days on the phone, told some firmware problem.Months paying for internet but no internet.Go with Cogeco @RogersHelps

Hi @Rogers, called to cancel my wireless account yesterday & today a phone showed up at my door with a 2 year contract enclosed. Never ordered it & your help centre isn’t being helpful. I want the recording of the call, as someone needs to be accountable for the fraud.

I must say "Rogers sucks" at least once a week. And here again today, the @RogersHelps Ignite App is not working on any of my devices. Worked a few hours ago, no problem, but not working now. Why does Rogers suck? Because of things like this.

@Rogers literally has the most useless, idiotic customer service I’ve ever seen. 3 hours wasted and they caused me more problems because they didn’t know what ******** they were doing. What a joke.
