@Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps I'd also accept an explanation of the massive outage that didn't simply shift the blame onto a software vendor, what they'll do differently in future etc, but two bucks is fine i guess

@Rogers $2.00 compensation from Rogers for loss of business transactions, medical needs, travel on road no way to call for help. Hmm a company that's over charges their Canadian customers and makes big enough profits to give a better compensation then $2.00

@RogersHelps @Rogers did you unplug the network modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in? Let's try that first even though I know you just did it

@AboutRogers @Rogers if you care about your customers, you would issue a credit for at least the day fee and the disruptions caused to all of us who now work at home and rely 100% on our mobile phones to stay connected. Just saying....

Question the Govt.! ✋

@Mark_Goldberg @Rogers Data speed should not be a criterion anymore as everyone gets the same speed (within the fair usage). Costs can be reduced and thence the opcos can become more competitive! Problem is the aged IT infra. The sooner the big 3 transform and become agile, the better for the country!

@Heather47800927 @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Rogers claims having the best network in Canada. They lied about the severity of the problem with PR-speak then went silent. People are already struggling, financially and emotionally. Systems crash, but this was a big one at a very bad time.
