Thank you @Rogers @RogersHelps for ruining my day. Saw Rain and snow on forecast so decided to work from home. What a coincidence that Internet is not working just now. Most unreliable provider ever. I am cancelling your service after coming home.

@downdetectorca It's probably another of their unscheduled maintenance periods that they sometimes do in the middle of the night. My @Rogers service was offline for about 10 minutes and now it's working properly again after I manually power cycled my router after the outage was over.

@RogersHelps wait times and customer care is very low quality. I was on phone today for 45 min for billing issues..had picked up right option of billing and the agent said they can’t help as they are in customer care department so they will transfer to another department…
