@Bell_Support cannot provide an estimated time for Internet service restoration in postal code K1A in Ottawa after 2 days of service outage. Our power is on here but no internet. I would be totally isolated if it wasn't for my @Rogers cell phone. #shame

@RogersHelps It’s been almost 2 days! When are you going to provide your customers a real update with an ETA on service resuming? Also, we all have the right to NOT be charged for this amount of downtime in our services.
