    @Rogers cust svc is abysmal. Had 4-line plan, and we were considering switching to a different service provider. Rogers cust svc agent told us we could port out our numbers and then return the Upfront Edge devices before end of bill cycle. Now they won't let us return the devices

    @RogersHelps Yes it works on my phone and laptop, but the app on my tv does not work. I can login and browse shows, but when I try to play one, nothing happens and it just stays on the browsing page.

    @Rogers 3 hrs. on hold on the phone, not normal. Finally hung up seeing as its almost midnight! please have your customer care team call us back.

    @RogersHelps Guess what Rogers? No tv again—it’s been a banner week. Problem remains the same. Screen freezes. Sign on TV saying Something has gone wrong. I’d like to not see that sign again for a long time please.

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, our internet speed has been absolutely terrible for a while now. We are supposed to have the fastest speed available. Why pay your overpriced prices? If I can't even use my phone in my bedroom, that's 10 feet away from my router?

    @RogersHelps Rogers Mobile Home Internet completely down near Orillia, ON. Tried multiple full resets. Mobile signal not returning.

    @Rogers The only thing worse than the picture quality of the NHL on Sportsnet now is the fact that it only works 50% of the time. NHL app never had these problems.

    @Rogers told my 80+ aunt she should upgrade to #Ignite without informing her that her devices will need #WIFI capacity, which they don't. Now she has no Internet and they want to charge her $50 to move the modem to another location, which maybe or may not solve the problem.

    @Rogers when you contact Rogers to work on a better deal (as prices keep climbing) and their solution is to offer you a higher price package...or alternatively lower your bill a whole $6 and reduce your package. So awesome...
