    @RogersHelps #Toronto #customerservice still they send a technician who refuses to do rapid test at retirement home. They don't follow protocol. Ridiculous service. 2nd time...

    @RogersHelps Hi is there an outage in the Barrhaven. Ottawa Ont area? We lost internet and ignite tv around 2:30pm. Thanks
