. @RogersHelps there is something that Rogers executives need to realize. Old people use cable because it works. Your service is ****. If it doesn't work, no one is going to pay a fortune for this ****. Fix that service. Fix it.

Holy cow... I swear @rogers is trolling me. In the last two weeks I've had calls AND text messages asking me to sign up for Ignite Internet. I'd LOVE to... but they want $40,000 to run the cable 300m down the road that ALREADY HAS a Rogers conduit on it.

@RogersHelps A week In this situation 0.1- 0.4 Mbps .. internet speed Never in the 25 years with Rogers had this occurance ..!People are guessing about the cause of this - & not a single explaination fom a high ranking responsibe Rogers employee in any news ..Strange ..!

@RogersHelps have there been internet service outages daily for the last week in the Pickering, ON area? I’ve had to reboot my gig router at least daily but sometimes 2-3 times a day.
