    @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps If you have such important business to conduct and don't plan for redundancy, that's kind of on you as much as the service outage is on Rogers.

    @Rogers this is not an "intermittent" issue. This is a complete lack of service since 2am. Thankfully my wifi still works. I won't hold my breath for a rebate for the issue. #rogersdown

    @RogersHelps How come i can’t make important calls or message people through text message? When will this be fixed. I have very important phone calls to make and can’t because your service is always down. Disappointed.

    @Rogers do you know u have customers who rely on their phones for their jobs? I have not had service on my phone since 6:30 am EST. This is just unacceptable.
