Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

(on a no call list) Dug up our front lawn 6 years in a row for our neighbour who Rogers can't seem to get proper service to. Do you really think this behaviour will get you more customers? Start all over again being told issue couldn’t be resolved unless we do efg. Call back, start over sorry we can’t help you.
