Heather Woodyard 🇨🇦 (@puffingrrl_h) reported from Parham, OntarioWhy on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

Kelly DeRidder, MP (@KellyDeRidderMP) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
-
Ben (@Canhistoryrules) reported@teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. It’s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. I’ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.
-
Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reported@DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.
-
Mike Brundage (@MikeBrundage3) reported@RogersHelps If you acknowledge you have a customer service issue, why don't you fix the problem? Your rates are high enough to support a few extra team members...
-
Said A Chams (@SaidricChams) reported@RogersHelps I do not want to chat with a computer that has no idea what the issue is.
-
Chris 🇨🇦 (@COBHC85) reportedSpent a whole day being hung up on by @Rogers trying to cancel my accounts, because they don't employ any humans anymore. I can't express how strongly I hate this company.
-
Birdy. (@thirtyspace) reported@day2day2day @seanlocations @Rogers ******** did the city do to you? Hate the corporates brother, not the entire city.
-
MissMaple🇨🇦🍁🇺🇸 (@MissMapleCda) reported@RogersHelps Never mind, we are looking at Bell or Starlink. I'm tired of the issues.
-
Tracy Durand 🦋🇨🇦 (@T_L_D) reported@Rogers how sad is it, you have destroyed 230 peoples lives by cutting jobs, then became the sole owner of Maple Leaf Sports & Ent. All while you farm out your technical support calls to the Philippines! You are nothing but big bullies. Maybe the CEO should have taken a pay cut!
-
James Seo (@james_seo03) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers Will never do business with Rogers. Ever again.
