@RogersHelps switched to Rogers ignite sept 5th. Still haven’t received the promotional gift card. And no one knows how to fix it. Very frustrating that I have to hunt this “promo” down myself.

@Frenaris @Rogers @RogersHelps I've literally done everything they ask. Stupid **** like plug my modem into a wall and not into a power bar (??) and unplug everything except one PC, not use my router.. etc. It's never their problem though, always "looks good on their end".
