@RogersHelps No. I called, the whole street went down and they sent a tech out. But I am done with you, I work from home, this is not acceptable. I’ll be changing internet providers asap

Due to unfair billing practices I will be switching away from @AboutRogers and @Rogers wireless effective immediately. It’s a shame that you have chosen to annoy a long time customer like me. Enough is enough with your lousy customer service and overcharging!

@AboutRogers @Rogers After having refused to provide me with a credit on my most recent bill due to a Roam Like Home dispute, I will be leaving Rogers effective immediately. Will soon be a former long time customer. I guess it’s worth it to annoy your customers and rigidly adhere to rules?

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps So the only help you can give me calling the customer care helpline that has no resolution. Last time i called, you guys kept me on hold for 2 hours and canceled my account while I was working. Already gave you my account number.

@jiangu @atoonk @Rogers In the grand scheme of things, no. Especially if you are critical infrastructure. Ending up on the front page of every newspaper, reputational damage, and spending the next two years getting a ****** exam by every regulator, and a flogging from every legislator - very expensive

@RogersBiz I’m disappointed in the customer service that I received today. Very little empathy from CS for a mistake, I guess Rogers doesn’t want to rebuild trust with its customers. I’m moving closer to a decision to leave Rogers as a service provider.
