    @thesaleshole @Rogers Drop them - go to freedom mobile. great rates - no hassles. I've been on them for 3 years. Roaming - no problem. Never had issues connecting.

    Hi @RogersHelps, I was charged a $70 “Transaction Fee” for a single declined pre-authorized payment. This seems disproportionate — can someone review and help waive/reduce this? Thanks.

    @Rogers customer service is absolutely awful. Been trying to speak to someone to move my internet. 3 days I been calling and haven’t been able to connect to anyone. After holding the line for 2+ hours it disconnects. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to renew with @Rogers again

    @Rogers Too many scam calls are getting through. Calls are being spoofed so they look like real calls with no spam warning from Rogers. Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng

    .@Rogers @RogersHelps third failure today on your Shaw transit out of Victoria BC. 20:20 PDT it "recovered" because upstream rerouted to Cogent. 22:04 it fell over again. You didn't fix anything. Something else routed around you, then stopped.

    @RogersHelps A small square box,,, "XiOne-SC (B)" unsure what it is (modem or repeater or TV?). Residential. Service is cancelled, resident/account holder has passed away.
