@Rogers God help you if Roger’s takes over Shaw. Ignite Internet has been out for almost a day and cannot get any info from Rogers. No live people to talk to and their AVR system is overwhelmed

@RogersHelps we've had an internet outage in ottawa for a while now. Just called and waited over an hour so that I can get hung up on. No agent is answering my live chat. Completely unacceptable, internet outages are understood but the support has just been awful.Can anyone help?
