🇺🇦 Kali C. 🇺🇦 (@therealkali) reported@CallMeRose40 @Rogers Yeah I was baffled because the BARS were there, but nothing loaded on my phone if I was away from WiFi. Oh and the *attempting* to find internet signal also drained my battery quite quickly! While waiting for a site to load (maybe 30-45secs) I watched my phone lose 8%.

Jill Simm (@Aacris812) reported@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Not a Rogers customer but 100km gas wasted to shop for groceries.
-
I’M Troubled!! (@Stigma_Hurts) reportedSo everyone must have heard by now that @Rogers is giving all their subscribers 2 days credit for the #outage? An outage they CLAIM was NOT a #CyberAttack but a “maintenance/upgrade” issue, something THEY caused - that could have COST lives DUE to 911 failure! #unacceptable

Gerrie Boulet (@GerrieBoulet) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Whilst internet has been « restored », I still can’t access many websites, including my work email and website. I start work at 8 am tomorrow. Will the issue be fixed by then? And you are giving your customers about $4 for losing 3+ days of service and 2 days of work in my case?

Lucien Levreault (@lulevreault) reported@CheriDiNovo @Rogers The Weeknd concert was cancelled. No biggie if you live in the 416 but some of our young folks came from out of town, like my daughter. Train fare, hotel stay, etc…. All because a network company didn’t have redundancy in place to scan tickets. Shameful.

BEVIH20 (@BEVIH201) reported@RogersHelps 60 hours and we’re finally up and running. 60 hours from now the Bell guy will be at my house, and you’ll be minus (yet another) long time customer with cell, tv, internet, home phone and home monitoring who pays his bill on time every single month.

Benjamin Borup (@BenjaminBorup) reported@CBCAlerts We need action and not words. Canada needs to increase competition amongst our wireless network companies, end the oligopoly, utilize the CRTC to better protect consumers, lower rates and penalize companies like @Rogers accordingly.

Gerrie Boulet (@GerrieBoulet) reported@Rogers I still cannot log in to my work email snd main website, and I start at 8 am tomorrow. I was unable to work from home on Friday, and you will credit me about $4? After years of outages, spotty service, and overcharging «errors», I have finally hit my limit. Bye, Rogers.

Chris (@eeebowlahhh) reported@RogersHelps We have been with @Rogers for 10 days now, going on day 4 with no internet and now I need to have a tech come to my house to resolve the issue after waiting on hold for 4 hours with two different reps did nothing. Bravo...

Angela Groome (@dialonline) reported@RogersHelps That link provided is useless 🙄You're the internet & you can't provide better more accurate info? Like who's area is still without service. If hydro can, so can you. Post the map of outage areas, please & I shouldn't have had to ask.
