    @RogersHelps I’ve tried resolving this through support multiple times but was refused a refund. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

    @RogersHelps I am using an iPhone 17 Pro Max. PLS read all my comments and Apple and Reddit posts. The issue with Apple iOS 26.4.2 and carrier version 69.1 is that the hotspot has problems, and devices connected to the hotspot cannot use any DNS.

    @RogersHelps I tried below steps but no luck: Reset Network Settings (iPhone + all devices) Reset hotspot/APN settings(change to mobile.apn) Toggled Maximize Compatibility ON/OFF Change manual IP, proxy, many other DNS Removed all VPN profiles All DNS can not work normally

    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.
