@RogersHelps your company keeps saying that you want to earn back trust, but your customer service is TERRIBLE. Hire more agents and make sure they are capable. That would be a start. Now, someone needs to contact me to remove the channels!!

@RogersHelps is beyond pathetic :( I've been trying to close my account for several days now and have been trying to get the outage credits applied to my existing bill but no!!! They ask if they can close my account in xyz street where I've never lived!

@RogersHelps I have been trying to cancel a channel pack since MAY. The phone agent screwed up and didn’t remove it, the website glitches when I try to remove it myself, and live chat never has anyone available. I’m done paying for a service I have cancelled multiple times!

@alpinetechguy @RogersHelps Bell goes down too, We had a car accident that took out out some bell property and took the net down for almost 1 day. Another time their tech tampered with the wrong switches also affecting our service. Bell goes down too.

I'm now getting #phishing e-mails with subject "@Rogers Outage Information for @RBC Clients" with actions for me to take. I know it's fake because it was sent to an e-mail address I don't use with @RBC. Also had a PDF attached, which I didn't open. #InTheBin
