@oneplus @Rogers 2 customer oriented brands doesn't seem to be agreeing on 5g bands. Next time you buy a phone, don't look at camera or tech, learn about the bands first. Such a bad taste buying oneplus and finding no 5g band for Rogers. #stoneage #badcustomerexperience

@RogersHelps @thebat88 Rogers was supposed to fix our internet issues today between 2 - 4pm, it’s now 5:45 and I’ve heard nothing from them. Oh & the problem started on Friday but Sunday was the earliest appt - I guess they forgot. Not good enough
