@PhDmyself @Rogers I know what u mean, I have been trying to speak with someone since 4:30pm this afternoon. It is now 6:50pm & I still can't get thru 2 speak with a cust service rep. This is terrible service. There has to be a better alternative than having 2 deal with this company.👎

@RogersHelps I was having issues with my tv box yesterday, seems to have been resolved this morning, but now I have no internet connection at home, so no WiFi, no tv and no telephone!

Seriously @RogersHelps brand new ignite modem doesn't work. It worked initially but has gone off line twice. Brand new equipment shouldn't need this much trouble shooting!

@Rogers your updated “my Rogers” app is complete garbage. No more Face ID option and every time I try to sign in it says session timed out.
