    Thanks @Rogers... I just love having to reboot my modem every few hours AGAIN to keep my service up and running. Is it too much to ask that my connection be stable and reliable? This is becoming a regular thing in my area. You are the most unreliable network in Canada.

    @RogersHelps so I’ve been waiting for a support specialist to greet me on live chat for about an hour. How long am I expected to wait in front of my computer for someone to respond? Bell at least tells you how many people are ahead of you.

    @Rogers is holding us hostage to the phone JUST to cancel our services as we are moving. We have a million things to do to move and yet we are stuck doing things that are quite and near the phone for hours upon hours a day. Should be illegal to make people go through this!
