    @RogersHelps I was chatting with an agent named Michael Re: a refund for NHL Live. He ended the chat while I was still typing. I am owed a refund for this service and what I purchased is not what was delivered. He hung up on me while offering no useful information

    @RogersHelps we bought the eero + 2 extenders and since hooking it up this afternoon, it hasn’t blipped once ! Being told by the Rogers rep who was very nice a few nights ago that our signal going to our ignite boxes was not great…. didn’t give me a great feeling knowing how much $$ we pay!
