  Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix.  Apparently it’s widely known as an issue.  Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.

  @jessieduenas @Rogers I’m in downtown Ottawa and my Rogers ignite internet is out. Been down for about 1 hour now.
