@RogersHelps Then a different person changed this to it was not something that could be decided locally. How freaking dare your obnoxiously overpriced Big 3 monopoly too big for the law, ethics or customer service, I paid money towards and 8 when 9 was out Still I thought 4 more months.

@RogersHelps I am still having problems with my my internet and and my TV still freezes and cuts and blacks out, so your 5 day reimbursement is not going to make up for what a lot of people are still going through!
