Rob (@screws1974) reported@RogersHelps we have no service in Aurora. Is this due to a downed line from the storm? Site only says Eta is 7pm. I have branches fall on my rogers line into a house. The line still seems connected. I removed the branches from the line

I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
