So, who actually believes the @Rogers explanation for their recent #outage as a maintenance/service upgrade & NOT a #cyberATTACK (planned or not) ?

  • T18121837 Tom Smith (@T18121837) reported

@RogersHelps It appears to be working today, but that would be the first clear day since the shutdown. I have all my tech through you. If you refund 5 days of what I pay for WiFi, then you shortchange me. We had no computer, no TV, limited everything else, even issues with home security.

  • ReneemlL Renee Ledwinka (@ReneemlL) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps we are still experiencing issues with our cable. Screen goes black...freezing. We pay for the Ignite service. DAY 6 ROGERS!

  • SarahM53454726 Sarah McLean (@SarahM53454726) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps “Last Friday”?!? Man what the hell is this guy’s problem. STOP ACTING LIKE ITS NOT STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!

  • Wjr64Bill Bill (@Wjr64Bill) reported

@RogersHelps The last time you were down for a day, you said it was because of maintenance issues. Same excuse this time. Why wouldn’t a huge company like yours have backup servers? Even private business takes precautions when they do updates to operational servers. Maintenance I don’t think.

  • TinyTyler26 Tyler S (@TinyTyler26) reported

@RogersHelps Does this also include customers that use other providers that work off of the Rogers network? Such as Fido, and Teksavvy?

  • BlackSheepMaars BlackSheepMaars (@BlackSheepMaars) reported

@rogers @Fidomobile your mass email about your sorry for the outage is pointless. I don't really care for your "sorry" when we had no way of buying groceries because your services that you still can't fully be transparent about caused problems for daily banking use.

  • Corndiva111 Danyelle Cordz (@Corndiva111) reported

@RogersHelps is there another issue with tv service again?????

  • imbolty1 bolty (@imbolty1) reported

@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I've been a Rogers customer for a while myself both the standard cable version ( equally as expensive as Bell ) and the ignite service is fine with me ( less expensive than Bell for the exact same services ), it's the outages I can do without.
