Day 4 of #Rogers Connection issues. Websites don't load. Apps aren't working. Speed ranges from dial-up to OK but not even half of what it should be. And no response from @RogersHelps at all. It has to be something with #Rogers because if I disconnect from WiFi it works OK.

@RogersHelps My internet is still down in Ottawa (K4A) it has not come back at all since Friday. I guess it's use my Bell cell phone data as a hot spot for work kind of day!

@RogersHelps network performance is so bad, still, that @Speedtest constantly presents Bell servers as the highest performing for tests. Still struggling to get much past 2Mbps most tests with some peaking just shy of 4Mbps.

@RogersHelps All the more reason, that when the elderly are behind with payments you should be understanding and not cut services that's what you did with my Mom the shoe is on the other foot now I will never ever have my Mom go through such hurt again as far as I am concerned crooks

@Rogers Lost all pvr recordings. All lost. Cannot watch anything on pvr or on demand. Paying for service not delivered. Also Lost full day pay Friday. Major issues. Customers need to reclaim their status. Rogers need to reimburse large amounts. 3 hrs wait 2 speak 2 human
