@RogersHelps I now need to spend time with customer service again to look for the recording to prove that the agent was the one quoted the lower price. Rogers, we are so done with you. Not only can you not provide a stable network, you mislead / cheat on your customer.

Well, not sorry to say @RogersHelps @Rogers that we are moving on with our home internet to another supplier. No credit for the outage on our recent invoice, our yearly rebate ending August. Just too much $$/month goodbye after 20+ years. @StephenHladysh

@RogersHelps SCAM ALERT: Rogers customer service suggested an upgrade of our service to improve the network stability at a cost which is supposed to be lower than what we were paying / month. The new agreement came in the mail today and it's $40 more expensive.

@Rogers once again Rogers’ network has gone down and the agents on the phone have no idea what the hell is going on. You clowns charge people an arm and a leg for your services but cant get your act together. I think it’s time to cut ties with this joke of a company.

@mgeist There was a time when I would pay @Rogers $7/day for roaming. Now they want $15/day, which led me to the world of virtual SIM cards. Rogers still managed to ding me when I accidentally activated the wrong feature on my phone. Contempt as a philosophy of customer service.

What is it about Canadian companies that makes them treat existing customers like ****. Canadians are so accustomed to buckling under they assume their customers will rather than complain about poor treatment. @TD_Insurance @rogers
