    @rogers all day ignite has been terrible in Port Stanley, Ontario. Channels are freezing and the system keeps re-booting!

    Another day, another endless set of problems with the new Sportsnet Now! And @RogersHelps is -- shockingly -- no help. I am very very close to cancelling my subscription. I do not recommend this product to anyone. #SNNow #BlueJays

    @RogersHelps wow problems continue. I was watching tv and when I went to change the channel got sorry, we’re having some trouble on ever channel but the one I had been watching. I unplugged the Rogers box on my tv and lost that channel too.
