@Rogers I wasn’t home to test out on TV. The screenshots I shared were from you Sportsnet app & exposed the fact you guys hire incompetent morons to manage the backend of your Sportsnet+ service … including customer service.

@RogersHelps Can I do the chat while away from my home wifi (but on the rogers cellular network)? Or do I need to be home and on wifi when chatting with them?

@RogersHelps That comes up with nothing. The myRogers(Shaw) app tells me there is an outage but when more details are requested there is nothing.

@RogersHelps FYI, talked to a great Roger’s tech rep and it turns out that the outage resulted in a factory reset. We will now have to through all of our devices and change the name but at least it all works.

@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.

@RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?

@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.

@OllKorrect_eh @Rogers @CRTCeng EXACTLY!!! Didn’t Justin Trudeau a long time ago talk about internet costs??? We are a nation with one of the higher costs for this service. (I’m having a bad day today, lol)

Landed in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell
