@CognizantBeing @Rogers I will admit I received good service today, but it took over an hour of my time. The wait time to speak with someone was only 5mins. It was the amount of times I was put on hold while she “was checking” things. They must improve their service levels for call time as well as bring back more Canadian call centres. I haven’t even touched on privacy issues. @Rogers

@OShenMetaX @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hey retard. This is all big canadian companies. If you want to actually support big Canadian companies you have to give money to other nations who actually support the people who buy their products LMAO.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I’m officially cancelling my internet tomorrow. $100+ for mediocre service is not great. If you want to lower my plan, cool. If not we are changing.

I’m sorry, Marina. Welcome to Canada. @RogersHelps is the worst (except maybe next to @AirCanada)

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Your first mistake was being a Roger's customer
