    @Rogers I’ve been on hold for over 3 hours to change my internet+tv plan. I tried to do it online and was unsuccessful and the live chat was not available. I have to leave now to go to the hospital to see my dad and I’ve wasted my day off. Not impressed with your ‘service’ 😒

    @RogersHelps I contacted customer support during past bill regarding waiver of setup charges in the bill. But it is still showing in my current bill. It is for the both lines 50+50=$100. I am fed with regard to contact because waiting line is more than 45 minutes. Can you contact

    @RogersHelps Believe or or not, cable is not available in every region. This means for some of us, in blackout means NO hockey at all for some Canadians. Why doesn't somebody mandate at least one game on regular tv each week?

    Called @RogersHelps about the fact that they’ve screwed up my billing for the second time, meaning I’m once again paying double the amount of my bill because of their screw-up. The person on the phone CLAIMS it was never fixed. I’m just so fed up and ready to cancel.

    I'm dreaming of a day when @Rogers will stop ripping off its customers and actually upgrades their network like they were told to by the #CRTC a year ago now, instead of selling customers service that their network cannot physically handle most of the time.
