@RogersHelps WHY would Rogers automatically sign me up for a service I didn't request or sign up to? I get my bill and it says I now have Rogers Roam, WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AT ALL, if I have to wait on hold cancelling something Rogers did I'm gonna be pissed big time

@Bell_Support So I have now been without internet since Jan 1st. 3 full days now. Talk to odynet in London ont for the ticket numbers opened. It is just some copper line Please fix this. I thought @Rogers was bad

@Rogers Might be one worst cellphone companies out there ,terrible customers service and terrible actually service. Had me on line for 5 hours last Thursdays without a resolution to my issues. I tried to send their phone, they sent me a bill for $300 .

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I spoke to your customer service representative requesting to pay off my device IPhone 14 pro. The rep I spoke with worked on my request and confirmed I’ve paid off my device as the the transaction was successful. Only for me to call again and I was told the payment

@GeorgeGhalayeni @RogersHelps You may need to follow up with their support directly. First time this happened to me I ended up having to call in and got bounced around until I ended up speaking to their return department directly.
