@Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Rogers. Our mobile phones are not able to make calls or do SMS. I'm in the M6G area of Toronto. Obviously can't call for support, either. To make matters worse, in order to get a covid shot, I need to be able to receive an SMS confirmation!!!!!!!

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous with no updates. Is there even any progress on finding the cause & resolution? As a former Rogers employee who dealt with corp. accts I know your internal teams are getting updates, why not the public? I fully expect some form of compensation.

@Rogers @RogersHelps What live updates? Issue started occuring in the early early morning. @RogersHelps is silent until 8AM. Even now the only "update" that's been provided is that you'll be providing updates. Stop lying to people.

@RogersHelps I expect a credit on my next bill Rogers! Your rates are already high enough and now an unreliable network. Please reach out to me as I do expect some kind of credit for this on my next bill as this has caused a mass inconvenience

No texts or phone calls due to @Rogers being down is honestly quite nice. Ahh so peaceful
