    Wow when did the staff for @rogers become so incompetent in #winnipeg #kpmall. Took 3 people to figure out selling and setting up a watch! No idea if they get less commission when ppl buy outright or wtf but it was pretty pitiful.

    @rogers submitted our $200 invoice to a collections agency, even though the invoice isn’t actually due until next week. That’s the price a company must pay for taking their business elsewhere? Down right spiteful.

    @RogersHelps @canuck_tom Reaching out hasn't been helpful. For me, a Rogers rep confirmed there was an outage (been so since at least 10am today). Couldn't offer any ETA of a fix or explanation of the outage.
