    @PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers Yeah **** happens I agree. But due to the massive scale and extraordinarily long timeframe of this one, the company needs to put a face out there to address this. They are the largest mobile operator in Canada and the lack of updates and information is alarming.

    @RogersHelps Plus, some people are having trouble booking medical appointments for those four vaccines. Not to mention certain EMS services are also competitors extremely problematic. Any updates as to the cause of the outage and updates one it'll be restored?

    @RogersHelps Still no service, no updates and no transparency on what exactly happened, this is reason why people go to other providers.

    @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps better be reimbursing all customers for loss of service, not just for today, but the past week where there’s been sporadic loss as well. This is ridiculous!

    Econ 302: My response to your assignments questions will be slow because I cannot access UBC Canvas due to needing two-factor authentication, which requires having access to text message on @Rogers network; and @Rogers network is down! Thanks.
