    @RogersHelps basically if there’s power failure covering the Montreal West Island you won’t have any cell service. Says a lot about you. Have had to tether to a Bell Mobility phone for the last 12 hours. No concept of emergency service. You guys are pathetic.

    @RogersHelps Why has 5G sht the bed now too? 10 years with this garbage service that doesn't ever work. I'm switching to Telus today.

    @RogersHelps hi. I’ve been kicked out of a chat three times while waiting in the queue since last night. Can you please provide an update as to the outage in Ottawa. I use rogers ignite. I work remotely and currently cannot work as a result of the outage.

    @RogersMobileCa @RogersHelps had issues with goup texts with my sisters regarding my Moms health she had stge 4 cancer called rogers and was told I needed a new phone but had the same issues with the new phone that @rogers sold me called again they investigated got a text saying
