    @RogersHelps Central Mississauga near square one. While home internet is back, not able to connect to work related sites of my employer. Tried to call customer care for rechnical troubleshooting, but they are not responding.

    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers My dad is 81 yrs old lives alone and quite sick with COVID , up until 12:30 pm today he had no landline phone, no internet, no cable. What if he needed 911?@RogersHelps . I still do not have landline, etc. Using old cell phone I kept for emergency. This proves health/safety risk

    @vote4robgill @Rogers This is criminal. I had to take an entire day off work. Plus I pay the majority of my cable/internet via condo maintenance fees, so they're probably going to get the refund - not me? Oh, and it being included in the condo fees, if I cancel, I pay for it anyway.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps You guys should really team up with another ISP for cases when you have an outage so at least you'll be able to provide internet while you fix your problems. Service has still not been properly restored.

    @Sara_Slade_ @TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Expect a canned response telling you to DM them after your service is restored. Seems they have no plans to proactively address compensation. I was willing to just wait out the outage quietly until I saw that nonsense. #CustomerService #nointernet
