@meghaanhollis @Rogers I'm lucky it's not phone service too this time because my home wifi AND my phone are Fido which uses Rogers , cell phone plan ends in November and imma be RUNNING to the nearest cell phone provider that doesn't use Rogers, what a joke

@RogersHelps Rubbish service with outages almost daily, pay for certain speeds yet never achieve such.. if only I had other options for internet providers, some monopoly you’ve got going

@Rogers Our Ignite has been down since 1:30 pm. My husband was told it would be back in a couple of hours. I called at 7:30 pm and was told it was a planned outage and they had no idea when it would be back. It’s now 8:30 ( 7 hours later) with no TV and no internet.
