@rogers @rogershelps you guys are about to lose a customer due to over $1k in incorrect billing, that has been going on since November. I’ve called every month since then to have it corrected. I will be going to the news if this isn’t corrected. Shame how you treat a fire victim

@RogersHelps No, I like having a separate cable vs internet provider. That way when one of you goes out, (and you all do) the other one works. I already waste 200+/month on this, and I am about to cancel

@RogersHelps When my parents go to a retirement home soon my @rogers.com email address of 20+ years could be lost, because where I & my sister live, you don't have service. Is there a plan we can get to keep our emails? I thought there used to be years ago, can't find now. Thanks
