    @Rogers pathetic customer service. Created ticket on friday and was promised resolution in 24 hours only to call again today and be told to wait another 2 days. Have been on line for 2+ hours to get through to cancellation department. This is just ridiculous 🤯

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps you are aware the link in this thread doesn’t actually get you to an outage map at all right? Also serves down again in Toronto and Mississauga. Please get your damn act together given how many people are working remotely these days!
