@RogersHelps Been a week with patchy connection with Rogers Ignite internet at home. It's impacting my work from home. I was told by customer service that your team was working on an outage yesterday but the same issues still persist today. What's happening? Need this fixed ASAP.

@CletusCanuck @brittlestar @Rogers I moved from Rogers to Bell a number of years ago and, although I'm no fan of Bell, they aren't as shady overall as Rogers. I had nothing but grief and frustration as a Rogers customer.
