Shout out heads up to @RogersHelps There is some internet weirdness happening. I'm in south #Guelph and plugged in my speed is great but wifi (off same modem) 8 down 5 up. On my cell phone that should kick in my cell plan data there is nothing.

@RogersHelps ‘Look like you have used data’ and actually being deducted data usage are different. If apps do not run on data, whether signal is weak or not, no data should be used. Regardless, just another made up (read hidden reason) Rogers uses to $ gouge their cx. Thanks for your time

@RogersHelps Ignite services (internet ,TV) down for 2 days. WORST CUST SERVICE experience ever. Spent 4+ hour with at least 5-6 "tier 2" managers and nothing. They claim this "back-end" office issue has been escalated..Case # is C163694835 Can this be fixed before 2021 is over??

@Rogers Nope, I stopped using your service after finding over 6 thousand in extra charges that no one in your billing department could explain, I despise anything with the ROGERS name you're a bunch of crooks and will NEVER touch anything that has to do with ROGERS
