@canadagraphs @BlackBerry @Rogers That's understandable I had a Samsung galaxy 4 many years ago and I updated the phone and I'm pretty sure that screwed up my phone and I have a SG7 and 9plus and I've never updated it bc it could wreck the phone and apparently that has happened to a lot of people before

@RogersHelps Internet still not working properly after 2 months of new modems and lines drilled into the side of my house. When I called for help tonight I was told the “wifi wasn’t getting through my house” and the answer was #rogersIgnite internet. An upsell that wouldn’t work

@Rogers Just when I thought y’all couldn’t SUCK any worse. Y’all proved me wrong. Ignite tv & internet down for 12hrs + after claiming to do maintenance & upgrades.
