    @rogers, called to fix issues with my account? Go through the hoops of getting to right department only to be told busy to accept my call??? Sounds good for communication company. It was to cancel a service so I understand why its so busy #poorservice

    On hold for more than 1 hour on customer care help line. How is this happening that you do not have enough customer care persons? @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I FINALLY got a hold of someone today - that even had English as a FIRST language. Unfortunately, I had to select options to indicate I was BUYING SOMETHING in order to speak with someone LIVE. My other FOUR attempts today were hung up on. Big “F” for Cx Service guys.
