@RogersHelps Its outrageous. I'm paying an absurd amount. Not even sure a change would be an increase but I don't want a new contract because your programs are byzantine and it's a waste of my time. @Rogers gives its customers the current network ONLY is they change their contract? Pathetic.

@Rogers do you have a location online where I can find outage information? I had to authenticate, then deal with a bot, to eventually get a human, to tell me what I already know - My Internet is down. There must be a better way that doesn’t cost me 30 minutes.

@RogersHelps IPhone 12…yesterday I did change my Rogers password and setup my new laptop ..so now on the native mail app it’s asking for me to re-enter password & well it’s not working
