    @RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

    @RogersHelps Since changing my plan, I’ve experienced intermittent delays receiving SMS messages on my line and other lines on my account. Please check for any provisioning issues related to the plan change and, if needed, escalate for further investigation.

    I have worked at and used services from @Rogers and @TELUS who have made me face issues in the past but it was never this pathetic. Please guys find a way to enter india and kill these companies for good. Telus your AI branch is here just invade with telecom.

    @RogersHelps Oh I spent an hour on the phone and was told yes even though you didn’t use the service you could have so we will charge you 210 bucks still

    @RogersHelps @JG_GizmoJones My husband has been on hold for several hours. This morning. This afternoon. And he’s on currently. We’ve had no service since 3:00am this morning, and we’ve only been back with @Rogers less than a month.
