    @SandyHi2244 @gmbutts @Rogers I think Rogers pushed out a firmware update that messed up our Nextboxes. We have two of them and we suddenly began having problems with both of them. Lately the PVR does not respond to the remote functions.

    @Sandi_Mc @gmbutts @Rogers Oh wow, sorry! Our Nextbox just got better yesterday after complaining for over a week about sound and picture issues. They kept telling us it was our problem but we kept saying it is all the neighbours, it cannot be just our problem. They did send a crew up and voila no issues!

    @RogersHelps WTF !I was on the phone yesterday for 2hrs so you could correct your errors and was assured it was done with.And today I get another call demanding money THAT IS NOT OWED !! You are defining yourselves as a company who just wants to get paid and not own your mistakes
