    I’m thoroughly impressed. A @Rogers @RogersHelps customer off & on (mostly on) for over 20 yrs & apparently I’d be more successful flying to the moon than getting transferred to their retention department or offered any reasonable customer service thus far. #disappointed #loyal?

    @RogersHelps fix your issues. Cable and internet ignite have been dropping constantly for past few days. No it’s not my equipment, don’t even suggest. I’ve seen ppl in my area saying same. Oshawa/Courtice just fix it. Paying big $ to not have frustrated days and dropped meetings

    I would give 9/10 starts for Rogers and Fido customer services. But Bell customer service deserves 1/10 on social media. @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps @Bell_Support
