@AboutRogers @Rogers $50 credit is not enough for ******* small business owners I loss of revenue. I called the service line saying they will add us calls for free one month and additional data... I don’t have any US calls and have unlimited data. You screwed my business out of 800-1200 in sales.

@ColetteGodfrey @CityNews @Rogers I’m sure they are and have a lot of their profit going to corporate giving. This is customer money so a different bucket.

  • d3signTO Three Design (@d3signTO) reported

@rogers my email was hacked and some people fell for the scam. Anyone else experience this? This all happened after the network went back up.

  • AvaJeromeStan Ava Forever! (@AvaJeromeStan) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, you might want to publicize that access to EXT was cut off during the outage, it will save ppl in spotty coverage areas time in support queues when we're trying to figure out why we have no EXT.

  • timstringer Tim Stringer (@timstringer) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps The compensation that Rogers is providing doesn’t acknowledge the seriousness of this outage. I strongly encourage Rogers to reconsider the offer of compensation and provide at least 14 days of free service (better yet, a month).

  • mkuwabee Melisa Kuwabara (@mkuwabee) reported

@Rogers Wi-fi not working in Hamilton? Is there an issue??

  • AvaJeromeStan Ava Forever! (@AvaJeromeStan) reported

@wesbos @RogersHelps It was apparently shut off yesterday because people were overloading the Bell towers. The support guy said it will be either 8 tonight or some time tomorrow.

  • nvjibvl n b (@nvjibvl) reported

@RogersHelps we get a service credit only for the equivalent time service was done. But we missed work calls, virtual doctors appointments, meetings, and no data

  • TempleSaloga Temple Saloga (@TempleSaloga) reported

@Rogers @meganistephens Mine is still out. And I tried turning the phone off. Still no service.

  • Mattbru1 Matt Brunet (@Mattbru1) reported

@RogersHelps Still no service for me. I use my service to tether and it is exam week for my gf and she can't access any of her school notes.... This obviously hasn't been resolved for everyone... any timeline?
