@RogersHelps what’s the status of the internet outage in Richmond Hill? It’s been out for hours. Being self employed, it would be good to be updated with the current status with more information.

  • Wolf3ttv Wolf3 (@Wolf3ttv) reported

@rogers probably the worst internet support in the world right now.

@RogersHelps our internet has been down all day and the earliest service call isn’t until Sunday. Is there anything else that can be done? Are we able to get quicker help since we are currently paying for internet that we are unable to use.

  • DrewAllanBerman Drew Berman (@DrewAllanBerman) reported

@RogersHelps - service interruption. Again. Many people rely on their internet provider to, well, provide service. Not @Rogers apparently. Look forward to an explanation. And compensation.

  • SimchaB Barbara Mak (@SimchaB) reported

@Rogers Are your technicians supposed to wear gloves on customer service visits?

  • roylie1188 Tyler (@roylie1188) reported

@RogersHelps This did not help. There is ZERO data service in Kincardine for the majority of Rogers customers. Serious issue.

  • gadgetwizguy Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported

@Rogers we spend $400 a month with you guys and can’t even do a speed test to find out how slow it actually is. Service reps don’t care, what can we do?
