    @RogersHelps man our tvs are still not functioning properly even after a full reset of all ignite boxes. Is there seriously still issues? Tv keeps freezing, going black, or stuttering sound!

    @TorontoStar Their last statement was more than 7 hours ago. Those of us still without service have heard nothing else from @Rogers @RogersHelps and it’s impossible to get thru to contact them.

    @RogersHelps Like you have given us literally no information until AFTER something happens. You guys are USELESS. I can't even track myspeed because the connection is garbage. Fix it.

    I will not just accept an apology from @Rogers for the nationwide outage.I want answers,like 1.was there anyone's data breached? 2. Will this lead to further breaches of users data? 3.Why are so many of my apps not functioning at all now? 4.Will anyone seek the real truth for us?
