  @Rogers You are no help at all! I have been waiting for 3hrs now just to setup a move. You keep on putting me to the wrong department even if I selected the correct prompt! 4 callbacks with the wrong department and now connecting me to the "right" department for FOREVER! 😡

  @Rogers day 5 after numerous promises to fix my phone, still no resolution, no call backs. I paid loyally for device protection package incl. apple care, but apple has no record of my warranty, Rogers blames warranty company and say it will be fixed, and warranty co blames Rogers

  @RogersBiz I will never recommend rogers for someone, I’m trying to cancel my account because I’m moving and you guys charged $600 just to cancel, and no one told me about this! I didn’t sign any contract, the customer service was so rude with me saying that was a verbal notice!

  @Rogers device protection: 2 weeks of calls requesting service with Likewize, hours spent on hold and still nothing has been resolved
