    @Rogers being a former Rogers employee, the level of customer service has dramatically dropped and needs to be fixed. I had made 3 simple questions and it took over 10 mins for the agent to get back to me. Not acceptable! #thinkingofleaving

    @the_manekin @Rogers I don’t know where he is located but I can confirm the internet is out here and down detector is showing a spike in outages as well, something is going on

    @RogersHelps I’m chatting with customer services. (While still on hold with support). And no, I did not see promotion ending in the multi page invoice. This is exhausting having to deal with this constantly

    @RogersHelps why is the internet in my area CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY disconnecting? How many more times are you going to say “someone is in your area working on it”? Like seriously…I am about ready to switch to providers as your internet service has been nothing but issues
