    So @RogersHelps why did your call back feature call me back 3 HOURS LATER when it said it was an 18 minute wait and then when I ask to speak to someone it told me you’re closed and hung up ? This is why I’m going to Telus. They would never !

    @Camer0ndraws @Rogers A month it took for you that's to tell me my plan was canceled when I moved providers. A MONTH of wasting my own time calling, emailing, visiting stores to ensure you don't ******* with an extra bill (you still did) and have the AUDACITY to continue to call MY NEW PLAN to ask 1/2

    Honestly I might switch over to Bell, I’m paying $112 every month for the highest speed yet today marks the 4th day the internet has gone out since the outage that happened in august lol @rogers
