    @RogersHelps I have an esim & new S25. Your guides only serve Apple products. I set up my new phone on my own, however the eSim will not transfer. Closest Rogers store is a 2hr drive & sending physical sim, may take up to 11 days. Not great service any way you look at it

    @Rogers buyers remorse. After 48 hrs as a rogers customer. I'm begging @Bell to go back. Rogers keeps me on hold for 2 hours to speak to a live person in another continent. Absolutely brutal

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    @jordancicchelli @Rogers Ya, exact same. They kept sending people out and they couldn’t fix the issue. We had to reset our modem 3-4 times a day. Call @Bell

    @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

    @RogersHelps I tried Rogers with Shaw chat support but they no longer seem to have ability for us to add a screenshot for troubleshooting. I just posted 2 screenshots on @shawhelp messaging. Can I get help there or should I repost to your messaging? Thanks for still being here!!

    @RogersHelps That’s it? That’s the response? YOU make a mistake and I have to be patient because you have understaffed customer service support? Thank you for making my choice to cancel my Roger’s accounts of over 30 years so easy and I’ll be moving to @Bell today. @Rogers
