@RogersHelps Funny thing is it’s not about my phone. If you had a competent team they would know my issue. I have been trying to reach you in every possible channel. I can withhold my personal problems but you can’t hamper my business, especially in times like these.

  • DanielRWright Lord Daniel R. Wright (@DanielRWright) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps the fact you're literally willing to lose a customer because of you're stubbornness and unwillingness to meet a basic need of mine is ridiculous. I have my cell, internet and cable with you but if you can't just give me a paper bill, I'll take my business elsewhere.

  • waynelapasa Wayne Lapasa (@waynelapasa) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Thank you Russel and Anjali for responding to my inquiry, providing assistance and a resolution, all under a 24 hour window. I appreciate this customer service! @Rogers 👏👏👏

  • DanielRWright Lord Daniel R. Wright (@DanielRWright) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Does @Bell still offer paper billing? I'm done with @Rogers stopping paper billing. I was late again paying my bill because I never got their email notification! I honestly hate this so much!

  • WallStPete WallStPete (@WallStPete) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
