@Rogers I had an Incredible call with Ricardo in Brossard, Qc. to see if we could access a service here at home. Although we couldn't reach an agreement, the call lasted 44 mins, 43 seconds of pure EXCELLENT customer servive and future options. Just thought to mention it. 👍

Nothing up problems switching to @Rogers ignite TV. I contact @RogersHelps to switch Flex channels and they instead delete all my TSNs and a bunch of stuff I was supposed to have. 1 hour later they can't fix it.

@MichaelDolenko @BellMediaPR @Rogers Bragging about how he takes people down is not a sound minded business person. Sounds like a fool with a chip on his shoulder. Clearly, these execs misread the changing demographics on this one....again, bad for business. #LisaLaFlamme #debacle #BellMedia

The fact that @Rogers can’t get a technician out to service my internet for 5 days is absolutely ridiculous. I work from home like many others 😭 you would think their service would be better since the outage…

The outage affected millions of #Canadians, and to make sure it doesn’t happen again, @Rogers is committing $10 billion over 3 years on network upgrades & will spend $150 million on customer credits. #Canada

@theFTSguy @Rogers @BellMediaPR As a former bell customer I would have advised against that. Fewer outages but I did once get triple charged on my bill and they denied all responsibility
