    @Rogers @RogersHelps has the shittiest customer service! No one knows what’s going on and their only answer everytime is “ticket has been created & it can take upto 24hrs to get an update” imagine I’ve been with them over 10years now…@Rogers do a better job!

    So, after calls with 10 difference customer service reps and 2 1/2 hours on Twitter with a online rep last night turning cartwheels, it turns out that *someone* @Rogers made a mistake. A simple problem that someone ****** up on, and only today was it discovered. Jaysus. 1/

    @Rogers An account was opened up in my name IN A DIFFERENT PROVINCE and this hasn't been resolved in over 3 weeks. I'm getting collections notices and legal notices for equipment I've never had! Your fraud department sucks at their jobs.

    @Rogers what gives with your Winnipeg Garden city store? I go in to pick up a Rogers Prepaid plan and they don't/won't sell one? Sales guy was only offering Chatr. Not helpful at all when a Rogers store won't sell a Rogers service.#frustrating
