Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

@RogersHelps this is getting ridiculous and very annoying. Every day at some point and usually a couple of times a day my Rogers Ignite service goes down. Everything. Black TV screen, no pc internet and no wifi. Time to give Bell Fiber a shot. Not kidding

@RogersHelps I had spoken to your human contact who gave me info that it might get fully up by 10PM. Till then it may keep getting connected and disconnected. Lol.. Wonder why you keep such BOTs who make fun of customer in trouble.

Why are @Rogers sending customers refurbished cable boxes as new ones? As a customer I'd expect a new cable box, not someone else's old one that you "fixed" #rogers

@Rogers Needed new phones so tested Rogers customer service after leaving internet service when we had 5day outage with no explanation in May. Have fun with your used dusty equipment. Never use Rogers. Rogers is the most awful company with the worst customer service.

Stream isn't happening tonight. I play for 30mb upload, and this is what @Rogers gives me, been like this for a week. All they will tell me is there's an issue in my area, and to wait until it is fixed and they'll credit me. Multiple times this year too.

Just got off the phone with @Rogers and they said they won't be reimbursing me the fees that I was charged as a result of the outage they caused!
