    @RogersHelps Waited times should not be 45-60 mins! If you are THAT busy, hire more support people. Ridiculous! And you record even when on hold. Thankfully the phone mic can be muted though I was tempted to learn violin or drums while waiting.

    .@rogers 5 hours on hold for customer service seems rather extreme. Did you fire the whole team? Or is your service really this bad that so many people are on hold? I have no choice. I’ve been through all the other options.

    @snNOWsucks has anyone received any kind of helpful customer service from @RogersHelps. I have tried multiple times with nothing more than “reinstall”. I get zero correspondence from any of my complaint emails. I’m taking their ignoring as no chance of ever getting a refund
