@Rogers @RogersHelps Do you even have an explanation for why Ignite TV worked fine yesterday, and no issues until around 530pm EST today!?

@BittiegirlDonna @RogersHelps Actually I kinda lied, we use Telus for cell, have for over 10 years and never once had a major issue, a couple of minor ones but customer service really was excellent, and they're always helpful when we have questions. Now if we could just ditch Rogers I'd be happy!

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps you forced Ignite on me and since #rogersoutrage it hasn’t been working. What’s the ETA on getting service back?

@stevecarty @Bell_Support @Rogers You gotta be joking right? Is this just an outage for you or a wider net? Bell Fibe and mobile is working right now.

Currently paying full price to watch a slideshow on my TV. Are you planning to compensate all Ignite TV users for this garbage service? Because 2 days compensation isn't cutting it. This is ridiculous @RogersHelps. And don't tell me to unplug my modem. That's not the problem.
