@RogersHelps I had a terrible experience with your rep. Wait on hold for me hour to let your customer walk away because your agent doesn’t give a damn. Hire people who care, they represent your company. Shamefully. She let me walk away because she knew I was being scammed!!

@RogersHelps myself and other ppl in my building are facing a weird internet issue were most internet access works fine but a few fail to load in the last day or 2. Using the 4G everything works fine. My upload speeds are pretty slow as well.

@Rogers you should be ashamed of taking advantage of seniors. Called customer service after Bell knocked on my door and brining to light I have been taken advantage of from Rogers. Your customer service agent was rude, careless, no empathy and let a 40 year customer walk away.

@Rogers what in the world is wrong with Rogers Ignite? I've had so many outages in the last month. Now I'm dealing with the TV and WiFi cutting out every couple of minutes. This is the most annoying service I've ever had. Now my cell data is almost maxed. I'm so sick of this!
