@RogersHelps supposedly has a Customer Retention Group. I say “SUPPOSEDLY”. Called Rogers Support three times and suffered through three reps who transferred me to “retention”. Call 1 dropped immediately Call 2 dropped after over 1 hour Call 3 to call back in 1 hour 5 hours later

@Rogers why am I losing packets in fifa23? I was told it's my ISP , I have the top internet package with you guys and this is still happening? I didn't have any issues with Bell when I was with them, so howcome with you guys???

Never in my life have I been disrespected like I was tonight by a so called manager working for @Rogers. And all I wanted to do was find out why a random person was authorized on our account and why a promotion we asked to get hasn't taken affect now. So disgusted right now!!
