Jim Johannsson (@JimJohannsson) reported@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Dave, the company that sends you the bill for your service is responsible for your service. In this case it sounds like Teksavvy is the ‘throat to choke’. Yes, they are a reseller but it’s still their job to coordinate with Rogers on your behalf. You’re their customer.

Ian Sinclair (@yet_pithy) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps service continues to be slow-to-out in our east york place all day. We were told 8 hours ago service people would look into outages in our area but so far - no improvement. This needs to be fixed promptly or we should be compensated for the lack of access.
