    It astounds me how horrible @Rogers on Demand is. It’s clunky, has no “VCR controls” (their words) so you can’t fast forward thru a show you’ve half watched, and the menu setup is garbage. Needs to be scrapped and reworked completely.

    @RogersHelps very disappointed with the service I got from the call center. They offered a discount but when they transferred me to a different call group, they said they can’t offer the discount. #baitandswitch
