@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

@Rogers you seem to have inserted an unnumbered channel between 20 and 21. Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.

@RogersHelps Voice tech support is not 24/7. Apparently you’re too busy to even let me hold. What a slap in face…

@RogersHelps I spent 3 hours on the phone with Rogers tech-support only for nothing to be solved. They told me I have to wait until Monday for a work order to expire off my account. Ridiculous!

@alancross @Rogers Only dropped twice? Sounds like Rogers had improved - surely this year they will get a customer excellence away from an org.

@Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.

@RogersHelps I have a tech visit scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm not sure I understand the reason. It's a simple issue... Bury the damn cable. I've been waiting for over 2 months already.
