@Rogers @FP_Champagne @CRTCeng Rogers is one of the biggest companies in Canada and the way they treat their customers is just awful… …They make their customers wait more than an hour on an average to speak to them. As if time has no value and us poor customers have no choice

@Rogers @tickylongue Sorry to say rogers your upgrade from 1 to 1.5 GB is not resolved like many customers we still have not internet. For me it’s been 4.5 days. And when a customer says we thinking 🤔 of moving go Bell your rely seems to be ok. No such thing as customer service anymore

@RogersHelps I'm 40 minutes outside my install window, and have been left on hold with the support line for about 30 mins. Is there ANYONE that can tell me where my install guy is? Making it really easy to switch to @Bell services

Just as a heads up do not ever give in to anything @Rogers is offering it is now day 4 without any sort of resolution to my household’s issues with the internet. They are causing unnecessary stress that shouldn’t be given as they are a billion dollar company.
