@goldalinger @RogersHelps Pretty obvious the string broke on their cans, and they didn’t have another can in their cupboard and spare string to fix it! I still got better service with my two cans and string yesterday though! Hi Ho, hi Ho, it’s off to Bell we go…..

Yesterday, staff who were sick had no way of notifying the hospital thanks to @Rogers mass network outage. They just did not show up. Patients suffered tremendously. So did the few staff who were present. Who else thinks it's time to end cellphone monopolies in Canada?

@RogersHelps Rogers conned my 80 yo mom into getting ignite & lied to me when I asked about home phone usage if the Internet went down when I explained that my parents need 911 access for health reasons. They are safe but I will be demanding you give them back their hard wired landline.

@RogersHelps Guess my household is of the remaining few. This outage was not fantastic as it impacted my online class. My Internet with Roger's was already rocky at best, with numerous complaints and phone calls to fix the issue. I truly hope this gets fixed soon.

If you can't deal with @INTERAC and @Rogers being down for 24 hours, THEY are NOT the problem! Your dependency is. Stuff happens. Get over it.

@j3ff_M @Rogers My guess is that it was a software issue in the main provisioning system. Perhaps a poorly executed software upgrade or a denial of service attack? I dont expect it to be an equipment issue given all the redundancy in the system. Nevertheless, why they are silent is astonishing.

@RogersHelps You overcharge and underserve. I have Rogers internet (Rocket Hub) as I have no other choice. Once I do, I'll move my service.
