    @RogersHelps Some customers is the understatement of the year. There does need to be better notification of issues. And active ETA for restoration of service. I'd rather be pissed upfront saying all morning update at noon vs checking every 15-20 mins

    @rogers is the most terrible phone/internet service I’ve EVER Had!!! I’m giving them a really bad review I hope they get shut down FOR GOOD!!!!

    @RogersHelps Have no service in Hamilton either. Can't work without my phone. I've lost 2 hours work so far. Are they going to pay list revenue
