@RogersHelps You are a horrible company. You should never be allowed to buy up Shaw. I am moving to bell for all my home services. 🖕

  • livewire898 Bob's your Uncle (@livewire898) reported

@RogersHelps When you say vast majority just tell the truth and say "our high priority customers" now have service. The rest of you will get it whenever we fix the issues.

  • Ti_mCook Tim Cooke (@Ti_mCook) reported

@INTERAC Will you now consider changing network providers as @Rogers seems to be prone to #Outages and are #undependable.

  • sanl S Loughead (@sanl) reported

@StephenPunwasi @Rogers explanation of new software glitch does not make sense, these up-dates are in test mode for eons before going into production, plus where was emergency disaster plan? Not to promote conspiracy, it sounds more like a cyberattack.

Hi @Rogers I’m a business account holder and yesterday’s outage was costly. @Bell hasn’t had this issue and the switch is awfully tempting. Do I need to call in to tell you I expect something for yesterday or are you just going to do the right thing and make a standard offer?

@RogersHelps @Rogers The way you will give credit is , you check how much a customer paid monthly and divide by 30, then give the credit for 1 day. But this is not accurate i lost a LOT of money!!! and you will give me 2$ of credit ..

  • stewartlyons Stewart Lyons (@stewartlyons) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have partial connectivity. Many sites still down and speeds very slow. You need to provide updates. People understand outages but your lack of communication is ridiculous

@RogersHelps I'm just glad it's fixed. No word on what went wrong yet and how to prevent it from happening again. Need some sort of backup in place. These things can and will happen again. People seemed shock that even technically can fail.

  • JT_Springer Jordan Springer (@JT_Springer) reported

@RogersHelps Still not working in Ottawa.
