Karl (@KennedyKreep) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps is the biggest rip off in Canadian history! Literally spent 2hrs on the phone waiting for an available service rep. to only suddenly be told "high call volume, call back later" I WAS IN LINE!!! Waiting for my turn. Cancelling is now my next move.

Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.

Yet sales, and other departments are open till 10 and tech support is 24/7. Sucks shaw got bought out. Shaw was awesome
