    @Rogers keeps calling me (automated) to threaten to interrupt my internet service, even though I paid my bill weeks early, and since it's impossible to just call and talk to somebody (2h15 wait time), I'll just yell at them and threaten to change providers on here!

    @FenderGuy69 @Rogers My feeling too. I answered his questions with obvious distrust and he never asked for personal info or money or anything like that. None of the usual signs of a scammer. But as far as I know, Rogers doesn't do door-to-door so it raised my hackles.

    @Rogers I had a new hardware and was told by agent that connection fee is waived off. When I called in again next day was told there are no notes to reflect waiver. What should customer do better next time instead of relying on what agent is supposed to do ?

    @RogersHelps Thanks, Eric. I have no problem with your assistance or the assistance that I got from the CS agent. I have a serious problem with the huge delay that I have experienced to get a service. I want to file a formal complaint about this issue and need to know why this happened?
