Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HarvestHillsYYC Harvest Hills Cares Calgary (@HarvestHillsYYC) reported

@j_screaming @springcanadian1 @Rogers Not when we called in to ask for help with some of the families, seniors and students we assisted over the past year. 😔

  • BarrhavenSpence Spencer Warren (@BarrhavenSpence) reported

I was going to rant about the horrible experience @Bell has provided us since switching to them, but what’s the point. @rogers looking like rockstars now - please take us back Rogers!!

  • vadsariazaheer Zaheerabbas (@vadsariazaheer) reported

@Rogers Your client services have gotten from worse to terrible. Been trying to reach customer service for past one month, logged into chat and no one responds for over an hour, same with helpline.

  • dan_audy Dan Audy (@dan_audy) reported

@Rogers I call bullshit. Mergers have never created new jobs, only increased prices and layoffs.

  • MMMMMMMMMMaaatt Matt (@MMMMMMMMMMaaatt) reported

@RogersBiz 5 minutes to update my corporate listing and email signature was much easier than spending hours on my personal phone with Rogers trying to fix my work SIM .... at least it's good practice for next time Rogers cancels my SIM without warning 😐

  • justmenatural Denise (@justmenatural) reported from Oakville, Ontario

Once again our home internet is down. This has been happening daily. You call and they tweak something in the background and say you are good to go. The cost of internet alone would make you think you could count on the service provided. @RogersHelps

  • imacyberguy Todd Arkell (@imacyberguy) reported

@RogersHelps I am always confused about your lack of client support. I have been dealing with an issue for over 6 mths and I keep getting pushed back to a store, when it is a corporate store. I guess it is time to cancel all three lines, oh and I’m not DMing you. Waste of time

  • fdprincessshaye Princesss Shaye (@fdprincessshaye) reported

@Rogers hey remember that time yall charged a 14 year old me 2500$ for texts from the USA & China, when my grandpa explained I've never been to either of those places, you suggested I might be an ****** and lying about my whereabouts? that was neat

  • AmeliaLeckey Amelia Leckey (@AmeliaLeckey) reported

@mikemooresold @beanfield Sadly not. Told it could be out 48 hours. Now hotspotting off my phone as is Kid2 Which means @RogersHelps is going to profit from their own outage. 😡

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

Hey @Rogers could you please start supporting Samsung Smart Watches? Many of us do not use Apple, and would like to be able to have a smartwatch on your network.
