    @TELUSsupport Multiple times babe. Was consistently told to just override the iPhone 12 Pro Max’s Auto 5G to LTE only. Imagine having a 5G phone on Canada’s “best” 5G network and not even being able to use it. Out! See u soon @Rogers

    @RogersHelps it’s been about 4 hours and Internet service has not been restored for M1J. Like what the heck are you guys even doing?. For the money we pay for this service I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a few hours; however, now we are at 5+ hours and people wfh now.

    @RogersHelps it's now been over 5 hrs since our whole network went down in Mississauga L5V region today. Yesterday it was down for a few hours too, and the week before etc... Why am I wasting all my money having bundles with rogers if I don't get service or answers to issues?
