@rogershelps I ordered a film tonight that advertised closed captions and guess what? There aren't any. Your customer service agent said 'oh, most of the time they don't work'. Awesome.

@RogersHelps I'm sorry if I came across as rude, but I'm just so frustrated. You're just doing your job and I thank you for that. Have a good weekend 👋

@RogersBiz Again, it's about the service network. Not an account. Been the same area for 15+ years. Multiple SMS over the year about service disruptions from Rogers. I'm now away from the area and I can make out waiting music. It's more of a suggestion to check with your network/techs.

@RogersBiz I'm actually a @fido subscriber. @Rogers was tagged because Fido is under the umbrella, Rogers I presume owns their signal. It's less to do with my account than it is with the service network at large.

@RogersHelps My disappointment came from dealing with your representative. However, I finally connected with someone who is helping me. Her name is Janice, maybe you could give her a shout out because she was the only reasons I didn't cancel my account #customersmatter

@RogersHelps A Rogers’ rep in Vancouver named Justin connected with me late this evening. He processed my Ignite order which will be installed on Dec 7. His genuine concern and response saved the Rogers’ brand in my eyes because it has been a lousy few months trying to resolve our issues.

@Rogers Three cable boxes in less than a month; technician visit for over an hour today without resolution; on hold with Rogers Customer Service for over 1 hr. and 50 min. this evening; cannot get a Live Agent on Chat. Not the Rogers customer service I'd expect...PLS Contact Me!
