    @RogersHelps this tactic of putting someone on hold when they ask to speak to a supervisor and then never actually having the call transfered is disgusting. It's been an hour now I've been waiting to speak to a supervisor. My company gives your over 1 Million a year. This is bs.

    @RogersHelps fyi this is still an issue on both my firecubes, only using the sportsnet now. Uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled rogers modem, restart cubes. Only app that hangs and buffers is the sportsnet now app.

    @RogersBiz Thank you for hanging up on me while waiting more than 45 minutes on the phone. Anytime someone needs to cancel something you put them on hold and then hang up on them. You will be losing my business for this. Shame on you!!

    I switched to @Rogers Wireless on Oct 6 and paid $56.50 setup fee at 1025 Lake Shore Blvd Toronto but it didn't apply to my account. I see transaction to "LIFESTYLE COMMU" in my bank. I don't know if I received a receipt. I called store but they didn't call me back. Can you help?

    @Rogers just so you know, I'm in charge of my companies million dollar a year contract with you guys and I'm currently sitting on hold for over an hour now waiting to speak to a supervisor. I'd really like to know if this is how you treat your highly valued customers?

    @Rogers your Ignite TV and Internet Service is a joke! The connection is often disconnected and TV picture freezes and sound cuts out every 30 seconds or so. Tried resolving the issue via live chat when Anna which is another challenge! Wtf? Going to @Bell

    @Rogers I shouldn't have to cancel my service in order to get offered a better rate. $40/m less. If you can offer lower prices, why not do so? You've lost a customer for life.
