@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers only Had their staff across Canada do customer service, but last year they laid off most of their staff and contracted out their jobs to 3rd world countries…. That’s why their customer service is horrible now

@Gork Instead of spending $500 million on a contract with Vladimir Guerrero Jr., how many additional call centre agents could @Rogers have hired to help reduce customer service backlogs and improve response times—both annually and over the full duration of the contract?

  • randfDoreen
These are the days (@randfDoreen) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers People who think the service will be better if it within our borders are delusional. The access to and for information won't be any different as everything is case by case. The fact that you are paying so much for internet, cable and cell phones is robbery.

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
