@Rogers if "we are working quickly to resolve the issue" is to be accepted by us the customers as an update. I purpose that anyone who is late with payment should tell the Roger's employee that calls "I am working hard resolve my nonpayment issue" and Roger's should accept it

@0hSheanBreeze @ChuttonTwitch @RogersHelps Whatever the reason for the extended outage, Rogers/Fido should compensate consumers with a significant Bill Credit as it has cost a lot of people money, being unable to use their cellphones for so long. If I don't see resonable credit on next bill, will change provider for sure.
