Matthamatic 🇨🇦 (@AimlessMatt) reported@RogersHelps Please read that entire thread and pass it along. There are people in there begging for a fix to this issue. One guy on there has gone into it and found that the API is failing. As users there is nothing we can do to fix this.

Goran (@odmasada) reported@rogers The joys of switching to Ignite TV. Unable to order it on your crap site. Wanted to take advantage of $30 savings on the "free set up" charge. Was told that I would have to call after the first bill to get those savings. Did call and I still have not seen those savings.
