@Rogers my iPhone 13 Pro Max order was cancelled after 3 weeks by someone inside your company without my consent or letting me know, and your customer service staff wouldn't fix the order or investigate what happened. The wait times are very long for that phone.

Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

@RogersBiz Seems like nothing can fix the delayed remote, it seems the product was rushed to the public and not properly tested, As for the connection issue, the burden was fixed at one of the many costumer support groups made by dissatisfied costumers
