    @djlaela @RogersHelps That's disappointing. If they have a known issue or outage, they should turn off their AI agent and send a mass notification to users so they know without looping in the AI bot.

    Officially on hold with @Rogers for 1.5hours... for tech support.. because someone damaged a rogers line to a seniors residence. Good job Rogers!

    Gotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times

    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.
