@RogersHelps I want a $150 credit. $50 for each of the phones I pay for that have been down. I lost a day's work, so nothing less. I have a fourth phone with Bell that is fine and will switch my phones and internet to them if I don't get it.

@RogersHelps What about the millions of non-Rogers customers who can't get anything done because of point of sale issues, etc? The millions of vendors and small businesses incurring huge credit card service fees from @Visa and @Mastercard because their customers may not have cash?

@RogersHelps Unannounced price changes, continuously messing with the bill , the highest cell phone service in the world ..wtf, this is entirely un acceptable. This service has become essential to the way our society operates and should be operated and maintained as such Total incompetence
