    @RogersHelps It is safe to say that Rogers is a failed company in terms of providing a reliable service ! Whole year problems....for last 10 days...in Hamilton, its up and down of Internet ...how can they NOT fix the issue in so many days.,? Now its gone for long time

    @cath22cath @Rogers Ahhh the advantages of the independent competition! Too bad we don't really have that in the major high pop. areas, again cuz all the 3rd party companies have only 2 options on infrastructure, Rogers or Bell.

  • Jim_Canuck Jim_Canuck (@Jim_Canuck) reported

    @RogersHelps in 2020 somebody took a Rogers Bank credit card in my name. After several calls to Rogers Bank they have yet to address the effects this still has on my Credit Rating. If this happens to you contact a lawyer ASAP as Rogers Bank will take forever to fix their mistake.

  • Rob16921 🇨🇦CanadaResists🇨🇦 (@Rob16921) reported

    @cath22cath @Rogers Unfortunately our house is one of only two on the street and Bell didn't bother to update us to fiber. There's other ISP's but they all just contract service through Bell and Rogers infrastructure anyway so that's not a viable option.

    @RogersHelps The app is working again, thank you. However 1) we've missed > 10% of the match and 2) this is yet another time that the app has gone down during Canada WC qualifying matches (at least). App is no good if we can't watch the priority games. Rogers has to improve this ASAP.

  • Danylo_3IKING D4N (@Danylo_3IKING) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Sportsnet FIX THE STREAM!

  • ryanphurley Ryan Hurley (@ryanphurley) reported

    @RogersHelps repeated crashes of the SNNOW app right now during the Canada/USA soccer game which is why many subscribers pay for the app. Fix please right now.

  • BeefDip2 Chris Thompson (@BeefDip2) reported

    @b02365725 @Rogers Instead of trying to stop the goals from getting in, they're trying to find ways to add more goals. That's not the problem. Hopefully yesterday was a sign they've figured it out but then again it was just Montreal

  • cath22cath stormy. End Inequality+poverty! Vaccinated x2! (@cath22cath) reported

    @Rob16921 @Rogers The company we have installed a land-line which has a huge battery on the wall...so we can call 911 anytime we need it. We never use it, except for the buzzer for getting into the building.

    @flobu1a @Sportsnet @RogersHelps Just terrible.
