Hey @Rogers instead of sending so many letters of apologies, firing your CTO or other tacky games, drop the prices, improve services and support competition. Allow Canada's telecom progress, it's worse than most countries right now. Your greed is holding an entire country back.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the string of emails about how you know you **** the bed and are working on it. I would’ve appreciated the free five days of service that was promised if that actually appeared on my bill. But sure, I’ll keep paying $162 a month like that’s normal.

@TheRegister As a @RogersHelps customer, the amount of redactions in that document are disgusting.

@rogers are you serious about your business?! We have had numerous low signal and numerous internet disconnected in the last few days and at this moment! We are working from home people, and reply 100% on the internet quality, and you are playing hide and seek now with us?

@mgeist @BrianMasseMP Or Staffieri maybe on the hook for replacing all those dead batteries from @rogers Home Phone users older than 5 years ago. Absolutely not designed to survive an emergency of even a 3-4 hour power outage.

  • amandasbuTful Amanda L (@amandasbuTful) reported

All we get from the #rogersoutage is a letter saying well do better and invest money in A.I... Nothing about how they will repay for the damage they've done... thanks @Rogers

Wondering when the @Rogers credit for loss of service is supposed to show up. Cuz I just got billed and it’s the same amount as always. 🤔

  • filmryder Nicholas Mckenzie (@filmryder) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Now you want to fix it? If you have 10 billion spare cash, maybe you should have had a reliable network in the first place. #liar
