Toddske (@Toddske) reported@Rogers: “May we ask why you are cancelling your service after 15yrs?” Me: “I got no time for a company that announces a $4B purchase and not even 24hrs later, terminates 100s of employees and closes down numerous radio stations citing ‘budgetary reasons’….” #FuckRogers

Mark (@thesaleshole) reported@RogersHelps Actually almost 2 hours before I spoke with someone. It’s not professional for your customer service representative to say “yup” instead of “yes” or “correct.”
-
Gabriela Cecilia (@gabycecilia82) reported@RogersHelps I don’t even know any more. I have one ticket number and a bunch of interaction numbers. When I use Anna to check my ticket, it doesn’t recognize it. Yesterday when I called apparently that ticket had been resolved, but my issue had not.

IG:akinola_jane (@Janniedivahh) reportedPart 4 of 4 - At this point, I’m regretting choosing Rogers. Is this the level of service customers should expect, or have I just been extremely unlucky? Can someone from @Rogers please help resolve this?
-
RyanP (@TheRyanP74) reported@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL Can’t believe people pay that for Sportsnet. 5 or 6 different sports channels that show the same programming or blackout the games.

MaddietheCat🍁🇨🇦🇬🇱🇩🇰🇺🇦 (@foreverdjm) reported@RogersHelps @kate1woods I'm the OP. Waited for my call to tech support to be answered for 1 1/2 hrs, only for my call to be dropped. This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.
-
sd11 (@sd11vancouver) reported@RogersHelps I pick the Technical support option but keep getting your customer service team in Mania - I LIVE in Canada, I picked a Canadian co. - I DON'T WANT TO TAKE TO ANY1 OUTSIDE OF CANADA! I HAVE BEEN WAITING 24+ HOURS FOR A CALLBACK @CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng - SO IF I'M NOT BEING SERVED???
-
Gustavo Soto (@kutupla) reported@RogersHelps No call back option either? You’re not really trying to improve your customer service..
-
mikeburg (@mikeburg10) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yet theres no more CBC Saturday games and Amazon Prime is a crap shoot on what games you will see on Tuesday. What are my options if i dont want to stream games on a glitchy feed?
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I can watch the games on my TV, that’s not the issue. I’m just wondering why suddenly Blue Jays games are not on the Sportsnet app when they have been for the longest time. Who or what is Sportsnet+?
