    ATTN: Were you affected by yesterday's massive outage caused by @Rogers negligence? Test your phone to make sure you can make outgoing calls. If you can't, restart your phone and try again. I just attempted to call my pharmacy and the call wasn't going through on a Rogers phone.

    @RogersHelps Now when internet is up I am having a problem with my tv. The sound disappears and the tv turns black for a minute before it goes back to the program. Is there something I can do?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your fix hasn’t really fixed much. My ignite tv isn’t working again. Your deals aren’t such a good deal when you are without services on multiple occasions. Maybe now is a good time to look at switching providers
