    @Rogers I have an email from Rogers proving that I have an overpayment in my account when I terminated my contract in Dec. I called customer service to follow up and my refund balance just magically disappeared from your books. Will you be able to trace which pocket that went to?

    @Rogers It is frustrating to have so many Internet issues. They ALL have frequent outages. I had my Internet and cell go out for a day or more with Blue and switched to Red and the next year had the same thing. The smaller carriers depend on the big ones, so poof as well.

    @RogersHelps been on hold for over 2 hrs after having calls dropped and being bounced around from department to department. Can’t say this is giving me the warm and fuzzy feeling that you are going to resolve the issue

    @RogersHelps I dunno. It looks like this problem is more than 6 weeks old already. Pretty weak response to a critical issue. Hmm, I bet lots of Shaw customers want to hear that their email is about to become unusable too.

    @RogersHelps It's all good right now... It only drops for a couple of minutes and then comes back but it is only the #BlueJays feed. Thank's for your help. @Rogers @Sportsnet
