@RogersHelps This is honestly ludacris. It's not the fact that we don't have service that's frustrating, it's the lack of updates past "we are fixing it as fast as possible" your hardworking employees (twitter team included) are hard working. The customers just want to know a cause...

@dapg2 @Chilli_Momma @RogersHelps For anyone who cares, I called my local police dept for the scoop. Yes, 911 still works on Rogers phones when Rogers network was down, however, numerous pieces do not work. Being able to geo locate the call was a big one. Being able to call back a dropped call another.

@RogersHelps @Rogers needs to issue a statement. Everyone needs to bombard Rogers with call, tweets messages until they answer. Contact the CRTC your MPP and MPs this should not be happening. This company has a responsibility to issue a statement to its paying customers. #rogersoutage

Is it really true that @Rogers @Rogershelps was hacked? Down for the whole day, and counting on my cellphone in case of medical emergency... glad I have @Teksavvy for my home network so I can call via Skype at least!

@RogersHelps hey everyone remember when we didn’t have internet or cell phones? Things go down sometimes just deal with it. It’s only one day! I love the morons who keep asking for a one day credit. Like come on! The people are working hard to fix it. #stopbeingkarens
