@AllanJohn2019 @PeelPolice @Rogers I just found it kinda silly to post something online, when Rogers customers can't see it. My phone including 911 doesn't work

@RogersHelps I have been without service all day. Please advise on how much longer this is going to take. Working from home and trying to run a small business this is another challenge we don’t need.

@RogersHelps @MrsRBains Again—not “intermittent”, and by the comments perhaps not even “some” customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: * Don’t lie to the people paying you. * Give paying customers useful info re: a problem & how you’re fixing it. * Prove that you value & appreciate your customers.

@RogersHelps can you please provide some kind of timeline or let us know what the issue is? It has been 4 hours since I have been able to use your service and my business suffers without the ability to make or receive calls. I understand this stuff happens, but communicate pls.

@RogersHelps It’s been FOREVER since I’ve had ANY sort of cell reception. I believe we at least deserve to know how severe this issue is and get some kind of timeframe around this?
