@Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps Because the state of this world is a mess as it is, if they were hacked (since a breach was said to have happened *again*) we have a right to know how far it went this time. This caused such a disaster, and if it happens again, I bet it will be longer and cause more issues.

One thing is completely clear. From a crisis and incident communication standpoint - @RogersHelps gets an F. Plain and simple. This is one of the most inconsiderate and frustrating handling of comms around a technology crisis I have ever seen. #rogersoutage #fail #rogers

@Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps It's always important to know why a problem happened so the ones responsible and able can devise a plan to prevent the problem from reoccurring. That's why we ask kids WHY they misbehaved and not just slam them down.

@douglas_furpaws @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps .... Okay but most jobs rely on the internet and phone for interviews. If it's remote work or the interviewer lives outside of your province you can't just make the drive down. Especially when the outage happened at like midnight. But have fun defending monopolization
