@RogersHelps I have been waiting for an Ignite Service specialist for well over 2 hours on this live chat function. The initial agent initiated the transfer at 2:48 and I have got no other response. This level of service is ridiculous.

.@RogersHelps internet is out #papevillage ,downloads & speed have been deadly slow for 4 years & interrupting streaming. Also you have been charging for service not ordered for months & supposed to be corrected but you didn’t and kept charging - so I cut payments OFF
