@RogersHelps there is internet outage in l6y5g3 area and customer care is not able to tell when it will be resolved. We need to start work and school. Plz do the needful asap. Worst customer care no proper response.

@RogersHelps So... are the streaming quality issues in many devices at least being recognized by the technical team and are working on a fix? As a customer, at least knowing the issues have been recognized and that the tech team is working on a solution, would give us some peace

@RogersHelps tried to sign in to anyplace tv, apparently there's something new called ignite tv and even though we pay 300+ dollars a month for our services we can't use ignite tv even though we could use anyplace tv?

These clauses should not be allowed. Mobile service is not accessible to marginalized people as it is. I wanted to give an older phone to a senior but it's locked to @Rogers & they just wash their hands even tho I've paid thousands?! Shameful @CRTCeng
