@RogersHelps Maybe be more transparent with your subscribers? I had to wait an hour to talk to a senior manager. He knew exactly what the problem is and the exactly radius. Meanwhile you have your reps telling people to reboot modems. Wasting everyone’s time. #rogers #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps Another nationwide outage. Yet we pay absurd amounts for mediocre internet service.

@RogersHelps Could someone please DM me with some help resolving this issue of no Ignite TV for 6 straight days. Please. My parents deserve a refund.

To anyone using Rogers internet and having issues, just switch to Bell or TekSavvy. Rogers is too big of a company to care about you. @RogersHelps @rogers

Surprise surprise, @Rogers internet is down again. Why am I paying insane amounts of money for a service that they aren’t providing?! Oh and I hafta jump thru hoops to get a credit back for the “at least 48 hours of outage and there’s nothing they can do about the timeframe”?! 🤬

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Am I the only facing surprising long distance charges issue without any prior notice. Roger’s say it’s valid but it’s a violation of consumer right to know. Companies are making millions from these overage charges. Why nobody talk about that?

@RogersBiz fix the internet in my area. Don’t make me have to switch to @Bell

@rogers @RogersHelps Can someone please explain why my parents have been without their Rogers Ignite TV for SIX DAYS? They pay WAY too much money to Rogers every month for this crap service. They called for a technician, you guys cancelled it. So when are you guys gonna fix this?
