    @RogersHelps has to be the biggest joke of a company. 47 minutes on hold and we’re still going… ignite is the dumbest invention. Here we are having issues again, but now we need to add another useless ignite box to the line up. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

    @Rogers -it would be nice to know of maintenance work being done in my area. I rely on the internet to complete my job. I signed up for notice of when it’s over, but still haven’t received the all clear. This is pathetic. I’m a high speed ignite customer.

    @Rogers @amandazucaro I am unable to make or receive calls as well and I know people that are having the same issues. It’s not our phones, It’s an internal issue with you guys.

    @RogersHelps @jusdiso TEchnician who was sent does not seem to have the proper equipment to fix this. I made it clear to Rogers it was a wire which fell off of a pole.

    @RogersHelps Stop telling people that restarting your device will fix the problem the problem is not fixed I have restarted my device and still can't make or receive calls !!

    Hey @Rogers serious question...why does my phone internet not work properly when I don't have phone service? Full internet but 1 bar of signal for my cell service and my internet lags...wtf?
