    @RogersHelps just wanted to thank you for such a LOW quality service during this long weekend. The services are down since noon, that’s 12 hours, and have chatted twice with the tech. No resolution yet. Not sure why you bump the price annually to invest in the infrastructure.

    @hughwburrill @Rogers Hard to get good help these days. Harder if @Rogers doesn't invest in any basic #CustomerService training. Not everyone come in with that skill set. #custserv #CX
