    @RogersHelps I just checked my download speed and it’s at 84 Mbps… prior to the outage My download speed was close to 550 Mbps. When should we get the same speed back?

    @RogersHelps Yes I am. It’s actually getting worse. I did speak to a person at tech support today, finally, and they couldn’t fix it. A technician is scheduled to come to my house on SUNDAY! Big fail I need to change providers

    @RogersHelps Sorry but 5 days of service is a slap in the face and it's twice now. Like getting a terrible meal you can't eat and the waitress saying I'll take 10% off your meal. Joke. They are making millions and have surely flourished due to the pandemic as we the customer suffered.

    @Rogers is so **** it’s not even funny. 1.5 hours on the phone to activate a new phone and SIM and they hung up on me three times. Break up the monopoly. Complete trash. You can be damn sure I’ll be suing you for the outage last week now after this. 100k lost in business.

    @RogersHelps It's finally back to normal today with no glitches. That's 6 days you owe me. Nothing wrong with the equipment or lines inside my home. I work in IT, you guys wouldn't be able to fix it. It was related to your system outage. Get ready for the lawsuits.

    @Bianca_Millions @RogersHelps I also highly doubt the Rogers acquisition of Shaw will ever go thru, so Shaw should be safe given Rogers was already in deep water before this and now Rogers being the ONLY Canadian carrier to have had a nationwide outage in the past 5 years (and Rogers has had 3 😬)

    @tcg_livetoride @RogersHelps @Rogers This is why I had been changing service providers every few years. So frustrating. 3 weeks ago we had issues, decided to upgrade to Ignite as they promised it was far superior. Why did I believe them? Ohhh, I requested copy of chat from 3 calls..ZERO copies arrived
