    @RogersHelps The outage has been active since 1am my time. After 12 hours a statement is made. "Continue to provide updates"? Think of how many people can't even report their outages. "Canada's largest and most reliable 5g network" did you forget to pay the hydro bill?

    @Rogers My dad is a truck driver and is currently driving to the United States delivering essential products, yet he has no sell service and we are not able to contact him in any way. Absolutely heartbreaking.
