  • HommerDH Dhommer (@HommerDH) reported

@globebusiness @globeandmail So @Rogers has plenty of money to reimburse their 10,000,000 clients who were out of service for a whole day. Glad they made money, while so many self employed could not conduct their business.

  • Shelly20202 Shelly Here (@Shelly20202) reported

@RogersHelps I am just grateful it was not a malicious attack. Sure it was a problem for many people and businesses, but luckily it wasn't worse than it was!

  • timcarrphoto tim is still rubbish at this (@timcarrphoto) reported

@RogersHelps Your apology and 1-day credit is a ******* joke, especially after you egregiously lie & downplay the “intermittent” issue that made our phones 100% useless for 24h. You think our biz lost no business/customers? A ONE DAY refund insults me #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • Tamara43906836 Tamara (@Tamara43906836) reported

@Rogers I wasn't asking for a credit lol. I was asking why phones were still going down 8 hours after it was first reported lol

  • brendonhyde Brendon Hyde (@brendonhyde) reported

@RogersHelps @matt0126matt @heathavoid So a whole $3 to compensate for the wages lost not being allowed to sign in to secure server because of the 2 step verification So I lost about 160 for service disruption males sens the 3 will be so helpful

  • PapiMood ♕Juniñho♛ (@PapiMood) reported

Imagine missing the birth of your son because of poor conduct in services. Horrible-> @Rogers

  • CityPartyChief Warren Shaw (@CityPartyChief) reported

@RogersHelps you may want to stop contracting your repairs to incompetent companies. Construction workers hit two lines, mine and my neighbours. We both call @RogersHelps. Service guy arrives and only fixes one, because he didn't get assigned the other. #rogersfail

  • ChadPerrin Chad Perrin (@ChadPerrin) reported

Hey @Rogers - what the frig is going on with #igniteinternet? Intermittently cutting in and out, and all the customer service rep could tell me is it’s an “issue in the area being worked on” with no ETA 🤨 Is this another national outage, just for internet now?
