    @GeesPhilly @RogersHelps No that’s not just the way it is. What a stupid thing to say. When has an entire country lost critical communication infrastructure? Never. It impacted 911, ATM, debit, transfers and much more than your ability to make inane comments on the internet.

    @CRTC pls inquire from @Rogers why their different layers of redundancy did n't work ? Why their BCP failed so miserably ? why their DR did n't triggered automatically ???? Their outage caused billion dollars losses to both consumers/business's.

    @chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers No it doesn’t just happen. When has an entire country lost most of its communication infrastructure? Never. It impacted 911, debit, ATM, money transfer and many other things. It is not ok. Such systems always have redundancy as back up. That failed too.

    @RogersHelps Not being able to receive word on my very ill grandmother, for over 24 hours was a nightmare. I also couldn't even call to make a doctor's appointment. Or pay my sitter sending etrans because that was down and the banks were so packed after work. We should be compensated
