Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • meehowsnow meehowsnow (@meehowsnow) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo Rogers and fido are about to loose a lot of customers today. Not intermittent at all what a lie, have had no signal since 6am

  • ItsAmandaMac Amanda Mac (@ItsAmandaMac) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers FYI since we can’t call customer service, I tried to live chat on the (non Rogers) wifi. Nothing happens. It times out over and over.

  • wmoxam wmoxam (@wmoxam) reported

@RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd Regular updates? Where? I'm seeing the same vague message from 6 hours ago reporting "an intermittent service interruption" for "some wireless customers" which isn't helpful (or accurate!) at all.

  • Brereton59J Janice Brereton (@Brereton59J) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps This is absolutly bullshit fix the system 😤 😒

  • Toirtis G. A. Christian Bilou 🇨🇦 🇮🇪🇩🇪 (@Toirtis) reported

Really pissed at @Rogers @RogersHelps ...no phone or text all morning has really caused me some serious issues.

  • NovaUniaoSauga ProudCanadian (@NovaUniaoSauga) reported

    @RogersHelps Wtf you crediting us?

  • king_green2020 Lone_Black_Wolf (@king_green2020) reported

@RogersHelps We request recompense!!!!!! Why we should pay for a service that is down for hours??? @Rogers @CRTCeng

  • gmeanwell George Meanwell (@gmeanwell) reported

Maybe @RogersHelps is having trouble with its cell service. What else could explain the complete absence of information about the thirteen hour outage? Certainly not its track record.

  • LEAH_PANA24 Leah Panagiotarakos (@LEAH_PANA24) reported

@RogersHelps Clearly not working fast enough. This is ridiculous. For the amount of money we pay for your service you'd think we wouldn't have these interruptions. We will definitely be expecting a refund for a days worth of lost service.

  • alpinetechguy Geoff Linn (@alpinetechguy) reported

@RogersHelps OK. You’ve been down for almost 12 hours and haven’t had an update since. You realize that the nation runs on cellular service, right? You better start getting your check books out. A simple one day credit onto an account isn’t going to be sufficient Get on it
