    @RogersHelps I already checked the website. There are no promotions available. Can you have someone from your customer care team call me? I can't invest another 2 to 3 hours being on hold over multiple calls in one day.

    Have been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour. This is for a business account. Not even an option for a call back, like Telus offers. As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

    @RogersHelps The problem that couldnt be found is back. Sign in and do chat & told I cant get help, hold for hours and get told to report online to speed things up.

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers I will look at the complaint route - but the issue is they are travelling and we need to contact the employee and we can’t. Horrible service - so disappointing.
