    @RogersHelps Trying to upgrade 2 Ignite/TV. Many online chats: 1-my husband is told he has 3 accounts! 2-we can/cant access TV via a computer monitor (depending on which rep). Not sure what package we have anymore! Isn’t there one person (Supervisor?) who can help? Thanks

    @RogersHelps I just received my new gen 2 ignite modem today and they have not connected it. Is there a way I can get a time frame when this might happen? We have been out of internet service all day.

    @Rogers Hell no- I was forced to switch to Rogers because they bought out Compton. I was told everything would remain status quo with my bill- not- my bill is now over $200 a month and I’ve lost a lot of channels AND your customer service is terrible- Always wait minimum 1 hour

    @RogersHelps I am going on 3 weeks of issues with NHL live. I am able to watch games on my iPad or phone. But the are showing up as blacked out on my Apple and roku tv. All of the devices are on the same Rogers Wifi network.

    @RogersHelps Your wait times today are frustratingly long. I was put on a ”priority” list and eventually the call disconnected. You just gave me another reason to cancel my plan.
