So. As some know, there was an issue between @RogersHelps and I last year. Rogers press department did bugger all to help with @TheRegister and I. I can finally call a victory …. The cyber team have have not only met me at where I’m at, but went beyond to fix things.

@RogersHelps I have been on the phone for 2.5 hours just to get an appt for your premium Ignite service. 3 team members later and my issues are still to be resolved when the technician comes onsite. Thank goodness for my meditation practice!!

@RogersHelps @hewieduck Same issue in Ottawa, Ontario. Rebooted modem, router, cable box. Volume cuts out, video freezes, streaming doesn't work at all. Internet is fine.
