    @RogersHelps @Rogers So I ordered a phone that was on sale from Rogers a month ago, there was a mix-up on their end, the order was cancelled, contacted Rogers, they said they will fix it and apply the credit to my bill, I received the bill today, no credit applied!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I contacted Rogers 3 times over the past month for this issue, and they say the credit is still being processed! If I do not hear back from Rogers in the next 2 days, I am returning the phone and cancelling my Rogers service, one less customer to disappoint for you @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps which kind of service you guys offer? You guys are here just to make money even with others inconvenience? They keep charging me even after cancelling the service. And when i called them they are just arguing. @Consumer2Court I'm going to file an official complaint.
