@Rogers wasn’t an outage & was something else. Sent a technician this AM who said a cable outside the building was damaged, replaced it… still doesn’t work. Currently waiting on a 2nd technician said 12-2. It’s now 2:36 and no one showed up. Really feel like we’re out of options.

@rogershelps Thanks Rogers for ruining my NYE and long weekend. Had a house party but needed to cancel since my modem was deactivated after upgrading on Friday. My new modem hasn’t been shipped yet but is activated. Was told no interruption to service and now I’m out for 3 days

@Rogers who can I speak to fix this situation : service rep came to my door with a Rogers promotion, I signed a contract with Rogers but somehow ended up with a Fido account that no one can explain. This is a breach of my privacy as now my payments have been going to this Fido

@Rogers No worries. Thanks Paul. The tech is here now. He said some of the ?spigots? are faulty so they have to split customers. He said Rogers needs to send maintenance to fix it for this building. 155 Thomas Slee Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 0J8. Internets still down though.

Hey @Rogers , figure out how to work your new Ignite fiber op!! 2nd time in two months without tv, phone and internet. I call your Customer service rep with tv out of service then they disconnect my internet and phone trying to fix the issue.
