@RogersHelps I am still not receiving texts, meaning I can’t complete 2-factor authentications with the bank, CRA, etc. Any word on when full service will be restored? Will texts/messages sent from non-Rogers customers that were sent during the day still be received at some point?

@RogersHelps I don’t need compensation. I need a company that know how to communicate with its customers. An organization that can be honest and say, “we don’t know everything yet but promise to keep you up-to-date” and then does it. Horrible communications job today, Rogers. Shame on you.

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is completely unacceptable. We Canadians PAY THE MOST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD FOR DATA AND CELLULAR SERVICE. Being offline for almost 20 hours is a slap to the face of your customers and highway robbery for what we pay. UNACCEPTABLE! You can bet I’ll be calling to get comp..
