Hey @Bell and @TELUS how about you do the Canadian thing and not charge #mobile customers for going over data during the #outage ? You know you made millions from the customers that jumped from @Rogers don’t squeeze us for more $$$ during an emergency.

@RogersHelps I am in Hamilton ON and still have no home internet. Will you also be paying for the lost wages? My husband works from home and is unable to work. We are a single income household and we can't afford to have our internet down for a full day let alone multiple days.

@AboutRogers @Rogers It sucked, but critical infrastructure is what matters most! 911 should never go down! I don’t care about not being able to tweet for a day but bleeding out on the kitchen floor because you couldn’t access 911 is about as bad as it gets. That is what I want Roger’s to explain!
