@vote4robgill @Rogers More than 2 days still not working properly. What about all the people that could not work what a joke from a joke of a company. Time to let other companies into the country.

  • IAmTheHermit1 🛑IAmTheHermitTTV (@IAmTheHermit1) reported

@RogersHelps You’re service still sucks glad i moved to telus

  • TheKenKurz Ken Kurz (@TheKenKurz) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Hey Rogers - this sounds exactly like the cause of the April 2021 failure. Apparently nothing was learned from that outage. What reason do I have to believe that this time will be different? #DoBetterRogers

  • mayimsmom Melissa (@mayimsmom) reported

@bhaumik52 @vote4robgill @Rogers Okay, then once you have your services back, call and be polite to the underpaid Rogers rep you get on the phone and see what they can do for you. I guarantee kindness and patience will get you way further than the junk solution Rob is proposing.

  • AaronMT Aaron Train (@AaronMT) reported

@RogersHelps Hello, Ignite TV services seem to be problematic with channels black screened, no audio and other channels not available. This started happening since the service disruption. Resetting all units did not resolve anything.

  • egs_enthusiast EGS Enthusiast (@egs_enthusiast) reported

@DossierCom @MichelleS_68 @Rogers It's not just Rogers that needs to account for BCP, small businesses and large business also needs to have BCP set up, internet outages can happen. If a business fails due to a single day of outage, it means they kept no failsafes or even bothered to have back up plans.

  • alankcwong Alan Wong (@alankcwong) reported

@RogersHelps @anonurse1 PR advice, strike out the words "We have now restored services for the vast majority of our customers and". Unless you provide some clear visibility with an outage map of where folks are down and where things are being worked on, people are just gonna treat these statements as BS

  • Lamber35 Lamber35 🐑3️⃣5️⃣ (@Lamber35) reported

@RogersHelps my email has not been accessible since the outage Friday. Keeps saying invalid email/password. I’ve tried “Forgot Password” and it gives me a security question I never would have selected during setup (pet’s name - we don’t now and have never had pets)

  • Elenaaxoo Elena (@Elenaaxoo) reported

@Rogers day 3 without internet 🥲 please help

  • GenevieveCrabe Genevieve Crabe (@GenevieveCrabe) reported

Dear @RogersHelps Still no home Internet service, I’m in St. Thomas, Ontario. Guess I’m not part of the “vast majority”. 🫥
