    @RogersHelps Internet not working in Nepean. Service is intermittent, is there an ETA on when it will be resolved? I've tried resetting my modem.

    @RogersHelps @KongoSpeaks Why don't you have an outage map? afraid it will worry your other paying customers? plan on refunding us? Do you plan on sharing what the cause of the outage is? I pay > than $100 a month for internet alone, and the best you can do is be selective about who recieves updates?

    @RogersHelps I’m another customer of Kanata North - no internet for the last 2h and I have rebooted the modem at least 3 times - no connection yet, WAN IP is not assigned. If you have an outage please just acknowledge it and provide status.
