    Switching from @Bell_Aliant to @Rogers for a better deal but they won't cancel our service and to top it off there's an installation fee of 30$. It's Covid and we'll be installing it ourselves. Really not happy paying them 30$ for me to install the tech myself. What is that?

    So we finally figured out what happened with my internet. 4 years ago there was a car accident that damaged the rogers box in my area. They did a poor job repairing it. 4 years of plenty of calls, arguments, techs coming out and they didn't look until now. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I moved from Virgin to Rogers,and I got new device from Rogers and I cancelled service and I sent back the mobile as well,however I got the device bill.I have been chatting with support team from 20days till now I haven’t received any update CaseID:C163920844
