@Rogers your company is trying to charge me for a service I haven’t had since 2018. Possibly the worst and in some cases rudest customer service I have received and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. Anyone else from your company that may actually help?

  • LockeKevin Kevin (@LockeKevin) reported

@RogersHelps @jonirwin I'm having the same problem. Contractor says it will be out 3-4 hrs. 2 people now can't work from home. Totally unacceptable

  • Riya_Lukose ri(be)y(once)a|BLACK LIVES MATTER (@Riya_Lukose) reported

@Rogers This is the worst company there is. Go to Bell instead. Rogers approved a refund 7 weeks ago - i’ve called multiple times and they keep saying that it’ll be solved in a few weeks but nothing is happening. Any one else has this issue?

  • TBAOsborne PuckingOpinionated (@TBAOsborne) reported

Actual text message from @Rogers re a few channels that haven't worked SINCE NOV! "The Rogers Cable Television Service issue you contacted us about on March 30, 2022 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. WTF

  • _Broadhead_ Broadhead (@_Broadhead_) reported

@RogersHelps No help at all! They keep postponing my refund and decline to send me the cheque! I cancelled my account in January!!! They made me pay for January after having no service. Then, I asked for the refund on feb when it was “approved”. See next post.

@RogersHelps @Centretowner Can you also remind every single driver in your employ that this is a commonly known bylaw infraction, and that they should never ever park on sidewalks? Not only I'd it illegal, it's disrespectful and rude.

  • dasblaw Dylan A.S Bal (@dasblaw) reported

@RogersHelps internet down in Richmond hill!? I have several meetings!!! What gives!

  • LockeKevin Kevin (@LockeKevin) reported

@RogersHelps why do you have a contractor doing "upgrades" in our neighborhood without notifying people? We just lost internet and were told it will be down for 3-4 hrs!! We have 2 ppl working from home who can't now!!! WTF??? THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!
