@RogersHelps there is no internet pr TV at a seniors building at 801 Mt Pleasant Rd in Toronto since 4 am. We called multiple times and were given 5:11 pm and 5:30 pm service restore times... it’s much later.. can anyone let us know please when this will be fixed

@melaniesimoesre @Rogers I feel that pain. We've had techs out, and they always point to there being too much noise in the neighbourhood. They file the complaints with Rogers, but until they fix the main trunk in the neighbourhood, we get daily drops. Sometimes 8-10 times!

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I spent many, many hours researching how to bring my cell phone bill below $100/mo and still receive decent service in rural areas and a reasonable amount of data. That's the best combo I found, by far.
