    @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

    For a "communications" company you are very bad at communications.I need to have my services moved to a new address.I have called 12 times this week and can't get through.I can't contact anyone through the web site and when I called the closest store he was very rude. @Rogers

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬
