@RogersHelps That is the number I am on with. I just got off with a manager. They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers why does support get worse and worse but prices go up and up - on hold with tech support 55 MINS and counting! Frustrating

@RogersHelps Nope bell says thats on you and they took the proper numbers over. Rogers was the one to add 2 random phantom numbers and then started charging me month after month i called. Customer service never ended up even cancelling after 6-7 calls 4-5 months

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Those were voluntary buyouts, retard. Even if they weren’t, how does that make this figure okay?

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps I don't have the device because customer care can't seem to help or understand what I want.

@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.

@MaahirMomtaz12 @Garnet_2203 @Rogers Are you dense? An early retirement offer isn't a forced retirement. They did the same thing with the federal public service this year and barely anyone left. You must be young, you don't really understand how things work as you age.

@RogersHelps "You won't believe it, but I'm talking about my 5G+ mobile data. I have full bars, but the speed is abysmal; videos keep buffering and won't even play. The connection in the Stockyard area is just terrible."

@LeafsandJays97 @MapleLeafs @Rogers You just said they don’t give a **** about the fans. That means they hate em.
