@Rogers Hi there, it's been 6 months and no tech even attempted to fix this problem. The cable box is still uncovered with several cables hanging out and one cut cable. Hope no children will injure themselves on this box because Rogers is liable since it's been brought to your attention.

Just placed my third request today with @Rogers to cancel my Internet service on June 17th, 2022. They continue to refuse. I wonder if I have any legal options in such a situation. Anyone else experience this?

Spoke to a @RogersHelps service person with their vehicle blocking the sidewalk on our busy street (in a school zone). I asked if he could move his truck. He said, unfortunately, no, because he "can't restrict traffic flow."
