So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.

@mikev527 @Rogers They've been to my house trying to fix the issue so many times. They've moved the modem. They've changed wiring outside. Nothing. I live on northern peel region

@lukeincanada @Rogers Would recommend escalating the issue with tech support as high as you can, and then make sure they compensate you with some credit. Keep taking pics of the error screens that appear

After more than 20vyears with @Rogers I'm switching to Bell. My Rogers bill is huge so tried FIVE times with five different reps to discuss. Reps were either rude, uninformed, uninterested, inept or really rude. Even called head office. I was disconnected.Sent an online complaint

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Based on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.
