    No internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @Rogers on my 2nd day of over 1 hr on hold to talk to tech service. My texting isn’t working and I’ve missed two important business meetings over them now getting text confirmation. Wtf
