At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.

Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reported@RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

It usually also escalates it beyond frontline support, so it gets assigned and tracked instead of being bounced around. #Rogers
