    @Rogers I have an internet service with you guys since 6 years and since last year I have been getting bad service - 6+ people visiting to fix the issue - still unresolved. On Cancelling why are you charging early cancellation fee for a service level not fulfilled? #disgrace

    @RogersHelps Can anybody help me? On hold for 40 mins got cut off now it says it is too busy nobody available call back later? What is going on? I changed my services last week and nothing was done, now I cant call and ask why? Reference call# 12588431856

    Just had time to digest the HNIC cancellation news. Seriously, **** @Rogers and their corporate greed. They effectively just cancelled a Canadian cultural tradition without even a goodbye.

    @RogersHelps Can’t get through on the telephone. I don’t have an hour or more to sit on hold. Rogers has the worst customer service in the business. In fact, there literally is no Customer Service.
