    @RogersHelps Some is not the right word , all your wireless customers are experiencing NO NETWRK signal at all . It’s almost 10 hours now , how can we run business? No communication at all !!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This is beyond absurd. No service since I woke up here in AB. Glad I have landline from a different company, and I can still call in to meetings. How are you compensating us? This is unacceptable. Can you imagine if there was an emergency? No back up plan!

    @RogersHelps Your apology is not accepted, I work as a delivery driver, you ruined my day pay, why the hell is taking you guys this long to fix? Why aren't you setting a time for us to know when it will be fixed? And are u going to pay us drivers for our lost day of work?

    Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.
