@anetmom @birgitomo @Rogers The Big 3 have open mobile networks and an agreement in place for full roaming. However, this wasn't a mobile network issue. It was a Rogers Internet network issue.

@RogersHelps You’d be crediting my landlord, as I live in a rental. My banking along with the entire country was also affected yesterday and my phone on the freedom network barely worked it was so slow.
