@RogersHelps I got an email apologizing for what happened Friday. I don’t know about anyone else but I didn’t have usable internet at home most of Saturday either! No apology or credit for that? It’s a shame that some companies forget how important customer service is.

@AboutRogers @Rogers How can you make a lying statement like that? We are on Day 3 of no wifi, and can’t get assistance either on Anna chat, nor any of your Twitter accounts, or on the phone. My data is being used up with no solution!!
