    Thanks @Rogers for wasting my 1.5 hours of my day, Sal the agent and I got disconnected and he never called back! WTH your a telecommunications company, had access to my account & mobile, he should have called back!!! Customer service should do better! @RogersHelps

    @Rogers literally has the WORST customer service reps I’ve ever come across. It’s always such an UNPLEASANT experience almost every time I call. How this company has managed to monopolize so much of the market is beyond me. Time to switch to @Bell

    @Rogers I am trying to call the support centre no answer and not happy with the service and promises rogers agents do on phone have trouble with my bill. Have been waiting since last week Wednesday as they said will fix the issue and will call back to me but no one did so far

    @RogersHelps @Rogers: Is there something we Rogers Customers should be made aware of, such as live #RogersCustomerService being down? I've never had to wait over 75 minutes (And STILL no response!) for a live #RogersAgent before!!
