Thanks @Rogers for wasting my 1.5 hours of my day, Sal the agent and I got disconnected and he never called back! WTH your a telecommunications company, had access to my account & mobile, he should have called back!!! Customer service should do better! @RogersHelps

@Rogers I am trying to call the support centre no answer and not happy with the service and promises rogers agents do on phone have trouble with my bill. Have been waiting since last week Wednesday as they said will fix the issue and will call back to me but no one did so far
