@RogersHelps Thanks. Just DM’d the details. The tech did wear a mask once it was supplied to them. The issue to me is, Rogers corp policy should have masks on the truck just like their tools and meters.

@RogersHelps We booked for 12-2 today. I could not answer phone much before 12. They called 3x starting at 11:24, 11;27 & 11:52. I called them back 4x after 11:52, starting from 12:02 & they did not answer. I then waited TWO HOURS for them to show up or call. NOTHING. Really bad CustServ.

@breakfasttv @Sid_Seixeiro note: @Rogers wifi is garbage.... We have the stupid pkg... And wifi can't reach the "cable" ignore box under the shelf.... (Had to plug it in) and 50ft away, on the patio, I use my koodo data....🙄🤬

@RogersHelps I pay forward, not backwards, since Rogers took over Shaw's service area here. I don't trust you to actually apply a credit, especially since technicians have said continuously "Ignite TV is working fine" even in the weeks after the initial outage and that not being the case.
