@RogersHelps your website has been broken for 3 weeks trying to change a package. 2 hrs and I finally get a live chat person. Explain my issues and was told I have to pay more. Showed a live chat I had when I upgraded to Ignite that was a lie apparently and chat disconnects.

@Rogers hi. I reached out privately >25 hours ago to advise that we’re in Mexico on “roam like home” ($14/day) and our phones don’t work. Zero response. Not even an acknowledgment. Any chance we can get help? FYI - not this end. Wifi is just fine.

@RogersHelps I got forcefully upgraded as a result of signing a new contract for 12 months. Received the most pathetic customer service possible from 3 clueless technicians, 2 phone and 1 in-person customer rep. I have DM'd you but this needs to be posted for everyone to see😡

@Rogers It would be best if you guys wouldn’t play innocent. When there’s outages in various areas, and you’re responding to tweets like this, post the outage info. Shouldn’t have to go to a 3rd party source to let us know y’all ain’t got it together. Doesn’t look good at all.

@RogersHelps We are experiencing very slow internet.The speed in the last 1 week has been 280 mbps and none of the websites or VPN are connecting. This is applicable to all devices connected. Need quicker resolution
