You don't really listen to your Deaf and hard of hearing customers eh. @Rogers After nearly a decade of experiencing audism, I guess it's time to change providers. Their customer service doesn't give a **** abut you especially when you're deaf.

@RogersHelps @RobinFails Service is horrible, again Brampton Service around Main and Williams Pwy is up and down, we can't do home schooling or work from home, that sucks

@RogersHelps @RJ_Brooks Hi Rogers Help. Would it be possible to tweet out when you believe the pod situation is fixed? We removed the pods not knowing the problem so now I have to re-set them up. It would be handy to know when is a good time to reattempt setup as setting these up is a pain. Thanks!

@RogersHelps Whyyyyyyyy. The wifi is so sucky and spotty. Whenever I search up Rogers Wifi it’s drowned by y’all’s site and not actual reviews that say it’s ****. Imma make my own assumptions with that one. Wtf are doing charging much more than anyone else and serving much less
