@Rogers Might be one worst cellphone companies out there ,terrible customers service and terrible actually service. Had me on line for 5 hours last Thursdays without a resolution to my issues. I tried to send their phone, they sent me a bill for $300 .

@RogersHelps if you have an option DONT ever get this service. My account was opened in 15 min. But the agents are incompetent, Susan was on chat, Asnan on phone transferred incorrect and wasted an entire day.

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold with Rogers for over 4 hours over the last 3 business day. I get that people are very busy, but when you call me back through the call back service, I shouldn’t have to wait 55 more min. Very trusted. Transferred around too.

@Rogers my 87 yr old mother internet connection not working which means she has no tv, internet or phone for the past 5 days so we are unable to communicate with her. This is happening on a weekly basis technician have gone to fix this issue at least 6 times since March!!

@RogersHelps This is the 3 service interruption since December 20 in Fredericton. We have no cable, Wi-Fi or home phone. What gives, and what is the plan to find a permanent solution to this very unreliable service? And about giving affected customers credits as this reoccurs?

@RogersHelps Someone finally picked up, issue not resolved yet. Will wait to see if credit appears on my bill. I have also emailed. I would like to speak to a senior manager regarding this horrific treatment I have received today
