@Anne_M_Hope @RogersHelps We are stuck with Bell because it is what is in our building. Probably why the service is so bad. No choices. I hate Bell.

@Rogers Roger’s phone support is so messed up, on the line for 1.2 hrs and counting on try to transfer a wireless number from one Roger’s account to another. I don’t believe it’s the agents, it’s clearly a bad customer information system and process!!!!

@RogersHelps when i signed up for my account i was told i was given a free tablet (that i didn't want, i already have an ipad). looking at my bill I've since been charged over $100. When I called for a refund I was told I couldn't get support. How do I cancel my account?
