@Rogers, beginning of a long weekend in lock down. Playoffs going on and of course no internet or TV. After over an hour in chat couldn't find a problem except weak signal. Thank goodness I changed to ignite so this could happen.

@RogersHelps My Ignite internet which controls EVERYTHING in my living space is just blinking at me. No service. On a Live Chat for help but now on hold. THIS is what I get with premium service??? Not happy.

@Rogers is a joke! On April 20th they announced they will be crediting customers for loss of service in April 19. Today on my bill it showed a credit for $2.83 #fuckoffrogers
