@rogers @RogersHelps 2/2 I asked for pricing information and before I agreed to it, I'm being upgraded and paying more for a service before I actually agreed to the upgrade. Is this how you do business? I would like to be contacted by customer service please.

@RogersHelps I’m still having that issue where I need to delete voicemails 3-4 times before they actually delete. Pressing 7 to delete seems to save them now.... 🤔

@LeahBoBeah6 @Rogers I've worried about this. What do you do if it goes down. Do you just post on Google classroom that your wifi is down and you will be back as soon as possible? I don't have enough data to do it from my phone and its too cold to sit outside a Timmies

@RogersHelps Right now. Im waiting to talk to a customer service rep supervisor. As it took current 20 minutes. Because of faulty equipment. Instead of retransfering me. He kept me waiting and making excuses. I’m told I have 1 thing by one Dept and another thing by different. I want an answer
