@Rogers Why is it that it's too much to ask when I ask for my internet to consistently function AT THE SPEED THAT I PAY FOR, instead of this watered down and heavily throttled speed you DELIBERATELY throttle me to? You're hands down the WORST provider IN THE WORLD!
