    @Rogers When people call me from Rogers to sell me plans and I tell them I already have a Rogers bundle, they hang up without saying Thank you. Especially the men, they just rudely hang up. Does Rogers know this?

    @RogersHelps Boosting of the biggest network but i guess the network of employees is not enough. Get enough people on board to help your "growing" customers. Been waiting for 1 hour, 24 minutes to get through to a live agent. The last time I gave up after waiting 1 and half hour!

    Discovering how bad @Rogers customer service is. A whole big telecomms company like you, you don't have call back option🤮 Been waiting for over 1hr to be told 'let me transfer you to another agent' 🙄

    What the hell is wrong with the wifi and Rogers bullshit?! Why cant i connect to any wifi or use my data?! Why do you hate us so much?! I am going crazy without any wifi or data!?!?!? @Rogers @RogersBiz You guys need to fix the servers.

    @RogersHelps Well thats the experience I got. Really reall bad customer service. I have been rogers customer since last 10 years. Maybe time to move on. Anyhow I did send a DM. This is my 5th attempt of contact. lets see how this goes.

    @Rogers I’m a new cable/ ignite customer. On hold for over 2hrs now!!!! All my handsets died waiting to speak to someone. Called back on my cell and “Anna” your AI chat agent can’t help me. Waiting for a live agent. Why you don’t have a call back service? NOT IMPRESSED!!
