izzy (@purgaytory_) reported@RogersHelps why is my phone giving me notifications that roaming is enabled due to losing connectivity to my home network? I'm at home and am not near the border. I've gone into my settings and turned roaming off, but its still enabled at the top of my screen.

Any plans to rectify this as I feel like I'm wasting money on programming I can't fully enjoy?

skiii (@SkiDaPrince) reported@RogersHelps It really is odd I tried this on my iPhone and my iPad as well as my laptop AND my pc. I’m starting to think this might be on my end. Just a couple months ago I had this issue, figured it out and it was okay. I tried myrogers, Shaw, both apps. I think im too old for this.

travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.
