@RogersHelps My wife will contact you soon, you’d rather deal with her. If you don’t want us to experience issues, fix your infrastructure so the service in the middle of a major city is better than some backwoods village or quit throttling our account if everything is “working properly.”

@RogersHelps your billing department always surprises me. Being billed for full month + suspension services. And for reasons unknown credit can’t be applied. Customer care rep just drops off without explanation. Can I get some help?
