    @Rogers You have fired hundreds of employees and changed your agents with an ai unable to help with my issues, for 3 days i have called to resolve a phone number transfer issue and your ai system keeps hanging up. I would like help with your nonsensical service before I cancel.

    @Rogers has to be the worst to deal with or even talk to anyone!! Just had a credit operations agent end a conversation because i said today is technically 5 days from the 23rd, Because they wouldn’t honour an offer!!

    @RogersHelps Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors. They were perfect when put in their boxes. The initial report was that you never received one of the phones. But when I said I had proof of delivery & asked for a supervisor (part of whos conversation

    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)

    I love paying @rogers $150. Per month for “unlimited data” that becomes completely unusable after 4 fking days! Wtf is this horsesht @MarkJCarney ? These ******** fully outsourced to India in October too. Like what are we fking doing?!
