    @RogersHelps its not once its not twice..it has happened many times..representatives you employ..dont even care to note down details of calls..that have been wasting our time for 1.30hrs..i have all the eveidence..but just because your agent doesnt put notes..its damn waste of time..

    @RogersHelps @oheyitsjill_ It's a slow, painful process. Getting passed around from CSR to CSR - I've been at this a week already, so I know where @oheyitsjill_ is coming from.

    @RogersHelps If there is a service outage, why doesn't Rogers send out a notification? Alternatively, Rogers can also post an outage notification on their website. Either way, this saves clients from contacting Rogers which can be time consuming.

    @RogersHelps Or much more to discuss. It was down for another 30 minutes just now and o got a notification a tech is on the way. I wish you guys would just fix the larger problem. 2 months of this is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps hi, is there an outage in parkdale at the moment? My in-laws land line is not going through. Cell service is fine.
