    @35Ayres @Rogers Having worked for the big 3 (Telus, Rogers and Bell) I can assure you I’ve never seen so many broken promises, customer service issues etc .... than what I’ve seen with Rogers. Telus stands out way on top.

    Where is my reimbursement I had so many issues back in 2013 so many cancellation fees charged extra ion my bills cancel went back to Rogers still have issues sometimes @RogersHelps

    @Rogers would’ve been nice to be told this info! No one said a word about back order til directly asked question! Rep@store says doesn’t come 256g?What is that about? I’d like to be contacted by customer recovery-idk if any info at this point is reliable. #poorcustomerservice @ShieldVoC

    @Rogers also I’ve had a phone canceled and shut off one time and they never billed me for 2 years to get a huge amount of money it’s disgusting that you have done this I will fight it. I will and would pay the first few months that are owed but I refuse to be robbed. #rogers

    @ellenroseman @RogersHelps Must advise that my specific problem has been resolve - completely & to my full satisfaction. I did make the suggestion that Rogers operational practices change so that clients can modifying basic services online, without employee intervention, regardless of the revenue impact.
