@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo "Intermittent"? "Some customers"? It's a nation-wide outage that's been happening for the last twelve or whatever hours. Call it what it is. Nobody can use your system because your system is down, and it has been for some time.

@RogersHelps How are we supposed to work from home when we’ve had an outage all day? How are we supposed to pay out bills when we can’t work from home due to this outage?? How are we gonna get compensated for this?
