    I don’t think @rogers has customer service anymore. Waited 45 minutes on a call that disconnected. Waiting online - 2 hours at this point.

    @RogersHelps Hey - we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on the customer service phone line for a few hours now. Someone drove through a downed Internet wire severing service to my sister in-law’s house. Can’t get anyone to address it.
