    @Rogers . Upside, because it IS a huge hassle to quit you, @Bell offered a deal with more service I wanted for about half the price for 2 years. They were VERY understanding. I felt valued, not talked down to.

    @dave1agar @Rogers @RogersHelps Not surprised! They will make you phone into their call center and waste an hour of your life while pretending the outage never happened.

    Any other folks having issues with @RogersHelps since the big crash? I have consistent issues with the Playback of recordings & channels going black & silent for 10-15 Seconds then reappearing. #rogersoutage
