@RogersHelps I called 3x: June 15,18 & 21 to get my $290 credit applied to long distance bill. Each time I was assured the credit would be on my account within hours, yet here I am again with it not happening. Abysmal service & am very unhappy I have to reach out, YET AGAIN!

  • ErinStrickie Erin Strickland (@ErinStrickie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps fyi…when you are angry about a product you are paying for and not getting good quality product…trying to up sell the customer on more isn’t the way to go. Try helping to fix the problem for the customer that isn’t going to cost them more. We aren’t just $ signs

  • 11asifkhan11 Asif Khan (@11asifkhan11) reported

@RogersHelps service keeps going up and down all day in southeast Ajax. Very disruptive to my work day. When will it be fixed?

@Sportsnet This guy will be the reason I will never buy this service. His arrogance and entitlement represents who @rogers is and will always be. Not sincere no connection and being pompous! Well played @sportsnet

  • Whataloadofit Ryan Butchereit (@Whataloadofit) reported

@Rogers the solution to my technical issues and poor internet is not to add more data to my cell phone plan... Fix what I'm paying for

  • akash_p1989 Akash (@akash_p1989) reported

@RogersHelps this is 3rd time in 1 month, unplanned service outages during weekdays. This new Ignite box is really next generation. "Best is never going to come..."

  • mbouf Melissa B | Sports Nutritionist (@mbouf) reported

If @RogersHelps wants to keep me as a customer, they better have a better bundle deal for me than suddenly increasing my current Ignite bundle to $110 MORE PER MONTH and saying there are no promo offers right now. Live chat was absolutely useless.

  • TheKokiw Jamie Kokiw (@TheKokiw) reported
