@RogersHelps we have had ignite for 2 weeks. It has gone down multiple times and now it's been down 12 hours! We've been told it could be an issue with the modem and that nobody can come till Monday. My husband and I both work from home. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

@RogersHelps @Rogers That indicates our services are running as usual. Clearly something is wrong if I have to contact support multiple times a month sometimes within days of each other. But please, tell me for the 100th time to DM you to resolve my neverending issues with your service...
