@RogersBiz So, what caused your massive 19 hour collapse last month? I guess we’ll never know. Imagine if the CBC wasn’t financed by our taxes. We might hear the truth once in a while. Won’t happen while JT is vetting broadcasts.

@RogersBiz #SmartCity is more #China Tech. Rogers sucks up taxpayer money and sells us out to China. We don't want your 5G surveillance state.

@RogersHelps Forced off perfectly working "legacy" internet that barely had any issues over the last ten years to Ignite. Outages every other day. Tonight my internet dropped at 6pm, went back up just before 10pm for an hour and *poof*, it's down again. I'm switching to Bell.

@RogersHelps Why can't I call your self-serve number *611 from my phone any more? It want to authorize wi-fi calling but I only have paygo service! Also why is my online account blank? I can't even see my balance. Do you want me to leave?

  • LuckyOnSunday Lucky 🤞 (@LuckyOnSunday) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

@cibc: Today I experienced very incompetent customer support: blamed me for a "glitch on YOUR side (which overdrew my account $2000) and then attempted to brush me off by telling me to just seat and wait for 5 business days while doing nothing to help. Don't be like @Rogers!

  • ashrafcan Ashraf Khan (@ashrafcan) reported

@jeremywildeman @Rogers Sadly no - there is apparently a localized outage in my area 😞
