@Rogers no internet and intermittent 4G LTE. The best part is when you login to the support and the chat bot says, "no operators online". HELP!!!

How long is one supposed to wait for a ignite specialist at @Rogers - I've tried almost 4 days and minimum 40 mins each and have to continue on with my day so not getting to solve this problem...
