@MrPriceBC I spoke w/ a broker yesterday. He said Bell/Virgin have the best service in the lower mainland. I’ve been with @RogersHelps for >20 years but find their network to be crappy now.

Hi @RogersHelps - my home internet has been down for almost a week. I called and a technician was allegedly sent to my home. When the two hour window in which they were due to arrive passed without a sign of said technician, I called to see what was going on.

@Rogers we have been waiting a year for cable burial. Your tech was dispatched 4-6 weeks after the end of June which was this week. They came and then left without any follow-up so we are once again waiting... Can anyone help us?
