@Rogers . Upside, because it IS a huge hassle to quit you, @Bell offered a deal with more service I wanted for about half the price for 2 years. They were VERY understanding. I felt valued, not talked down to.

Any other folks having issues with @RogersHelps since the big crash? I have consistent issues with the Playback of recordings & channels going black & silent for 10-15 Seconds then reappearing. #rogersoutage
