    @Rogers worst worst worst experience! While I bought plan, sells guy offered connection in 3 day but then scheduled after 10 days, and again then they cancelled appointment and rescheduled after 4 more day. That’s how do you provide service? Don’t ever go with Rogers wifi

    @RogersHelps I got an offer in my mailbox about switching to Rogers and get 6 months of complimentary Disney+. I was feeding it at same prove as my existing connection so I switched, for trying new service and additionally to get Disney+ Connection came, late to start with.

    @RogersHelps Actually I can’t. I just spent the last 2 days getting the run around from instore and online customer service staff. I’ve literally been told you have nothing in the warehouse & my only option is maybe check back in a few weeks or I can purchase it directly from Apple

    @RogersHelps If you want to @RogersHelps then get someone to return my call! Someone who actually has the power to do something! This is a ridiculous lack of customer service. 21 customers in our community are leaving Rogers for this reason. I've DM'd my number.

    @RogersHelps I have been contemplating getting the Canada-US infinite plan as my wife and I are recent snowbirds and spend Nov to March in the USA. On another unrelated matter for my cell service I mentioned this in passing to agent. They advised that I'd be cut off (con'td)
