@markrmcqueen @TELUS @Rogers One possibility that has been suggested to me is that there were a lot of people who had Rogers at home - and therefore off the air who had Bell / TELUS phones and were using them to hotspot and that might have added extra demand to the Bell network.

@thiccusmungus @Rogers @RogersHelps That's not outage, it's just a common practice for Rogers. On every single call to customer service, I was on hold for no less than 45mins.

@Rogers I do not see any disconnect for the July 8th outage on my bill. However, I see an increase in cost and a service noticed that BET will no longer be part of my package as of Sept 1st. That is not how to keep my trust in your service.

@RogersHelps Well I complained once again and see a free 6 month Disney Channel offer, Rogers seriously!!! come on tacky, lame and really bad PR. Shame on you Mr. Rogers.. shame on you.
