@RogersHelps I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I missed a day of pay yesterday and a call that my grandmother had a serious medical emergency. I hope you actually compensate people instead of just taking a day off the bill.

  • teever OlllllllO (@teever) reported

@towhey @Rogers Core router issue. But was it change related or hardware? Who initiates major changes on a Friday?

  • knuckle_munkey Munkey Knuckle (@knuckle_munkey) reported

@AmeyNo @RogersHelps @Rogers So I guess since you have fully restored service I should be happy and rogers job is done? Myopic point of view eh. Not sure what you thought your little response was worth but now I will turn my ire towards the ridiculous comment by you

  • HockeyBusiness HockeyBusiness (@HockeyBusiness) reported

@ConsumerSOS Really, @RogersHelps? Haven't received a single update directly, by text, email, DM or carrier pigeon. Yet you don't seem to have any difficulty contacting us when you're pushing a new product or service... 🤨

  • Amanda_Parsons Amanda Parsons (M.ED) (@Amanda_Parsons) reported

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.

  • sodagirl2point0 Campari Sodagirl (@sodagirl2point0) reported

@CTVMontreal weak cell signal I have here in Mtl. Before the Rogers error of shutting us all down. I always had full signal at 5 bars, now I have 1 bar or 2 at best. I do not want a small ‘credit’applied to my next bill, I want the whole month of August free. #rogershelps #rogersdown

  • sanjayc_13 Sanjay (@sanjayc_13) reported

@RogersHelps There is no LTE available yet, calling with 3G/HSPA is available. This is not full service restoration.

  • SCDeerAssassin Tony Falcioni (@SCDeerAssassin) reported

@RogersHelps Well we did have everything restored last night but today our internet is out. I guess this is a new outage! Time to switch to bell!!!

  • LoadingLess LoadingLess (@LoadingLess) reported

@Rogers hurry and fix everyone’s wifi and phone services so we can switch to @Bell

  • killeentom Tom Killeen (@killeentom) reported

@RogersHelps This is pretty useless, not to say misleading. There is no “outage map” at least not accessible via your tweet. What is the status of internet service at postal code M8V 3X2 (south Etobicoke)? We have cellular service only at this time.
