    @RogersHelps hi. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone but your website has been glitching for over 24 hours. Little pop boxes come up with nothing in them and grey out the rest of the website. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve tried on my computer and my phone.

    @RogersHelps It's happening to internet and tv since yesterday. My girlfriend and I work from home and I have to tether off my phone. She reached out to Roger's chat support and they told her nothing they can do and offered us to cancel services. Great WFH day 👍

    hey @RogersHelps why did your agent keep me on hold for like 10 minutes to "make notes on my account" before transferring me over to the person who could actually cancel my account? Person who actually cancelled it was super helpful.
