@RogersHelps @Rogers Your fix hasn’t really fixed much. My ignite tv isn’t working again. Your deals aren’t such a good deal when you are without services on multiple occasions. Maybe now is a good time to look at switching providers

@RogersHelps Not good enough! All customers need it restored. I have young children in this house and kept a landline for that reason. In case of an emergency affecting my kids lives and I can't even use that!

@Rogers and now there is a problem with home internet service. Worst customer service. War zone has a better internet service than Rogers customers in Canada.
