@Rogers @RogersHelps #Rogers is a monopoly that profits billions off hard working Canadians & they even charge us the HIGHEST data prices in the world but they can’t help their loyal customers in their time of need. I honestly wish I never be in a customer of theirs.

Hey @Rogers $10.73 credit is less than one day of roam at home fee. That one day I had no coverage happened to be the day I needed to be able to contact emergency services and couldn't. Thanks for not much of anything.

Companies should help their customers in their time of need, especially during these times but @rogers @RogersHelps don’t care if you’ve been a loyal customer, I’ve been having money problems lately as are A LOT of Canadians & have been behind on my bills.

@RogersHelps / @Rogers Your customer service is horrible. Your agents are robots who follow a script and have zero customer service skills. I’ve been a long time mobile customer but that may be changing soon. Unreal

@RogersHelps how do you get attention to cellular issues in an area. Been to @BonnecherePP many times in the past and have had excellent service. This year it seems non functional on LTE and a crawl on 3G. Three bars on signal strength. Anybody else having issues?
