At $3500 a year for 2 phones line and 1 internet line and possibly the worst customer service on the planet, @Rogers needs to step up generously yo make this latest fiasco right.

I stupidly didn’t know that the landline we pay @Rogers for each month was VoIP and @Bell just told me they only offer VoIP too. I can’t get an old fashioned landline that won’t cut out with a power/system outage which is wild to me since we had one when we moved in.

@Kirsten_Hume @Rogers I've been with @Rogers 20 plus years moved to Yellowknife its considered roaming here even though it's Canada however can't pay roaming fees becuase they don't offer it. So I'm blocked now stuck in a contract at $100 month as well as paying another provider for service.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Wanna earn my trust? Compensate me for my lost wages for the day I couldn't work, and then maybe I will reconsider switching to Aliant as soon as it's available in my area. Because, as of right now I'm dropping you like a bad habit as soon as it is.
