@RogersHelps Been there and done that. After my father paid his bill, it was cleared he was still blamed for it, and still had no service. So no thank you. He is tired of the run around. Check Reddit, or Google "Rogers Outage New Brunswick" you'll see how many people are updating it daily

@Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

@Rogers your service continues to be a joke. I cancelled my services, was told i would receive instructions on how to return the modem. Never received a single communication and now you charge me for an unreturned modem. Quick to take money, terrible on service.

@Rogers @AEBT95825217 I got my bill with the credit for the outage, I'm not sure how Rogers calculates 5 days of service but a $20 credit on a $240 bill is not the cost 5 days worth of service as we were promised.

@Rogers Lair Lair - Rogers is the worst communication company who charged so much for Internet and phone services- Canadian are paying the highest charges for Internet and cell phones. Thanks but not thanks to Trudeau and CRTC who can’t control Rogers !!
