Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account
