@Rogers @RogersHelps Logged in for the first time in years... Rogers better compensate customers a pro-rated amount proportional to the service downtime accumulated this month. You're a government funded monopoly charging the highest rates in the world for what is essentially a human right.

You know what's fantastic? There are two separate clauses in @RogersHelps ' TOS that explicitly state that you (customer) accept that their **** just make not work at all. 9. b. iii (Limitation of Liability) and 9 d. (home phone Services) ii.
