Leafs Fan (@1967leafs1967) reportedHey @Rogers, I get a call from your people almost literally every day. Without fail. I’ve tried asking them to take me off their list but they don’t care. I can tell you that you can offer me free services and I wouldn’t sign up with you ******* just for the way you harass me.

Jasen Marks 🇨🇦 (@JasenMarks) reported@RogersHelps road construction has cut service to multiple houses on our street including my elderly neighbours. What is the fastest way to get multiple houses serviced? There is a technician onsite right now for my house but he indicates there is no way to service anyone else.

Jamie L. (@xPISTOLx_cdn) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Money... The average minimum wage in Canada is $17.06/hr Ca. Morocco - $2.68/hr Ca. It isn't about "Quality of Service"... It's about "Quantity of Shareholder Dividends" and "Quantity of Executive Bonuses"

MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company

🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps Well I had no interest all day yesterday. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels.

NoTimeToWaste (@NotMuchTime2Go) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hmmm, what happened to all the "we're CANADIAN" patriotic bullshit? Oh, I guess 100% Canadian just means 'we're not using American products ' You do realize we live in a very very sick country. Oh, and "diversity is out strength " one of the absolutely stupidest slogans stupid people ever fell for. Utterly absolutely stupid.

Klutz Ottawa🇨🇦 (@klutz47) reportedSo @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.

Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
