    @Rogers absolutely pathetic service, cancelled with you and told by a CSR that my account would be closed and the bill I received would be adjusted. I hear nothing and then a month later you send me a collections notice for the full amount? Shame on you.

    @RogersHelps The response will probably be ‘working as designed’ but my point is if it interrupts the game, it is an awfully poor design.

    @matt0126matt @MarinaGlogovac @RogersHelps Unfortunately you will still get service interruptions with Ignite, but with legacy services if you call they will auto pitch it as the only solution.
