    @Rogers and store was closed. Nobody answered the phone this time and there was a sticker from FedEx that they arrived at 4:22pm today and no one was there Why is that? Why is it so hard to get service from Rogers at that particular location?

    @Rogers has the worst wait time if you want to get a hold of someone regarding your services. Trying a getting hold of these guys for my mom's account. 30min waiting on the phone. Good thing I canceled my cable with these guys. Time to hire more people!

    @RogersHelps wait times, wait times, wait times, it's laughable now..we need competiton from our neighbours from the south... Rogers has Insane prices, ****** service, no customer support, and outages and website errors..it's all people say about Rogers now...

    @RogersHelps over two weeks waiting for a replacement cable box to come by courier. ABSURD. Last time I had the same issue a repairman was there with a new box the next day installing it. #Rogers going down the tube? Time for a new TV provider!
