@RogersHelps you have the worst service of any provider. I go through the same bs again and again. Working from home with Rogers internet means I need to make up time in the evening and weekends when the internet is back up and running. Thanks for nothing Rogers.

@RogersHelps after months of connection drops, Rogers has cancelled my service without notice in an attempt to fix my service. Been on the phone all day being passed between concierge, billing and technical support because it’s not their departments issue. I’m going to go insane

@RogersHelps We’ve been told the technical team is working on it and is a high priority. They don’t know what the issue is, but it will be resolved within 48hrs. I can’t work and now have to use my vacation days.
