    Two-factor authentication is difficult when your phone carrier is down for 12+ hours ..... I would not want to be working at @RogersHelps @Rogers right now. This is a warning regarding personal and corporate preparedness. #emergency #preparedness

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am a daily wage earner doing food delivery. I need data to work. There is no help whatsoever from rogers customer service. I will loose my daily earnings today. Thanks to rogers.

    @PeelPolice @Rogers Now this is a scary thought!! It’s one thing that we can call if there is an emergency, however #Rogershelp you need to understand how vital it is that this problem is fixed in case a 911 call is disconnected and the person is in distress

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Please share the cause of the issue and action to solve it as well as the turn around time. Due to your downtime, people with back up providers have started using their services and due to such major shift of providers other networks are facing lags.
