@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Blaming a vendor for your lack of testing and poor design (SPOF) is wrong, the buck stops with you. Also, this was not "intermittent" or "some" as everyone I know has been without service for nearly 12 hours now.

@Rogers very serious outage! Rogers needs to implement an auxiliary backup. Suppose the outage was a hack or something worse!
