Two cycles through the rogers helps system with a totally incorrect bill followings service change resulted in nothing but wasted time. If you have an email with a human to review the matter pls share.

On hold again going back and forth from eastern tech support to west. For clarity, I live and have always lived (as a rogers customer) in BC. East sent me west, west tells me I'm east account. 6hrs

The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.
