@Rogers @FidoSolutions 10hrs and continuing - No mobile network. What exactly is happening? Where are your technical teams? If you say they are working from last 10hrs I gotta say I have doubts you are having a right team by your side. Don't you have any SLAs to meet?

@RogersHelps Can you provide exact timeline by when will the service be restored? Its almost been 12 hours in my area. And please stop asking customers to have their email updated on MyRogers... mine is up to date and didn't receive a single email. Things are getting more than ridiculous now.
