@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

@RogersHelps Good morning! Yes I have, a week or two ago. The person reset our modem on your end and said that should help. It did for a bit but I’m back to unplugging my modem to get things to work.

@tobi @Rogers have you tried switching the network to TSN4?

  • YouPulseX

@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.

@RogersHelps why do our services keep going completely down??? 3rd time in the last 6 days.

Recently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.
