@HarshulPatel123 @Rogers @RogersHelps Horrific service. Internet out off and on all weekend in my Ottawa neighbourhood K1S area code. One text message received Sunday AM that service out and nothing since. Amateur hour. Bell was at the door two weeks ago with a 20% savings so might be calling them.

I’d be thrilled to have someone from either @RogersBiz or @Apple explain why my brand new iPhone 13 pro max drops service about a dozen times a day for 45-90 seconds. Often in the middle of business calls.
