    @RogersHelps It’s not “some,” it’s thousands and I will not be paying for a service I do not currently have. Lost wireless services around 5am today and it is now almost 2pm but I still don’t have any service. I expect to see a partial credit on my next bill.

    Pretty horrible time for a prolonged service outage @RogersHelps Trying to coordinate COVID ICU transfers around southern Ontario and I can't reach receiving doctors, or families to tell them about pending transfers.

    @Rogers @aredlight1 People can't even call 9-1-1 for an emergency this more than just being connected. You better not charge people for this outage.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers My internet was down the whole morning and I was traveling. It's still down. Even the network is off. I couldn't connect with my family overseas because of the mobile internet being down. I connect with them through whatsapp and it was an emergency.
