    @MichaelFarrace @RogersHelps Emergency services work even without a SIM card in the phone. Your phone will always route through the nearest cell tower when you call 911

    Get your act together @Rogers Having to pay for phone service and not being able to make a call is not right! I pay for service and when I need to make a call, I can’t? How can this last all morning?? I need service!!!!

    @RogersHelps I'm glad I have a Bell land-line in case there's an emergency because I can't call out on my Rogers cell at all.
