@TdotTrucker My biggest issues is that not many of the news stations are making much of a deal about people not having access to 911 all across Canada. @JustinTrudeau sir this needs to be addressed. @Rogers

Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

@RogersHelps Rogers home internet is still intermittent, with only a few sites working in Cambridge Ontario. 48+ hrs and the problem is not fixed.

What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

@RogersHelps I got an email saying I will be credited for Friday's service interruption. Will I also be reimbursed for Saturday considering I didn't have Cable, Internet and Home phone for most of Saturday too.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Yes, actually. Service interruptions are very much a first-world problem. It was one day. It does not benefit anyone to be terrible to people to get what you want.
