@RogersHelps Bell just upgraded all their umderground fiber in my neighbourhood this last month. I've avoided bell most of my life but Canada's internet monopoly is a game "would you rather"....'Needle in the eyes or branding on the buttocks?' Brand me as a Bell customer please.. Sigh

Address this issue in a timely matter because it's an "IT" issue, does all of our money not pay for enough IT people? This is completely unacceptable service and you will never be getting my service again once I am able to switch to another company. @Rogers your a laughing stock

@RogersHelps You're putting me through hell and it's a Global TV problem. New adapter I waited around for all day doesn't change the sporadic distorted sound issue with channel 3. Spoke to 2 more reps. Sandra gave me a headache. Second guy said it was a Global TV issue.

@Rogers seriously…how long is it going to take to restore services in Hamilton? This is getting ridiculous. We better be getting some kind of refund. It’s been almost 2 days and on a weekend to boot. And to think I just switched back to you a couple weeks ago. Bad decision

@Priceman1975 @RogersHelps I think it's all the same....until Canada gets more competition we will have to deal with the monopoly of Rogers, bell etc. I welcome U.S. competition. We pay so much for subpar service here compared to other countries. Doesn't seem right
