    @RogersHelps It would be much more appreciated and build customer trust if you were more transparent about the issue. Just say every customer across Canada is down including sub brands.

    placed an @UberEats order and wanted to contact the restauraunt about something but then I realized I couldn't use my PHONE because all of @Rogers COMMUNICATIONS decided to go down, and ubereats doesn't allow me to start a chat with them until the order is delivered

    @RogersHelps SOME = Shame on @ROGERS for downplaying the severity of this outage. It's MILLIONS of paying customers without ANY service. And your updates are absolutely USELESS.

    @RogersHelps Outage happening in BC too!! Hopefully service will be restored soon been out since about 10:30 last night. I need to call my clients back who are waiting for answers regarding mortgage financing!!
