@Rogers why have a "live chat" if "live chat agent" can only recommend "you will have to contact customer support" answer obviously the "live chat agent" doesn't have access to your account they can only take "new orders" that generate money not help actual customers what a joke

@RogersHelps I am trying to add a package -instead you removed other packages and some channels and never added the sports package - every time I try to make a change I need to talk to at least 7 people - which I have now done and I still don't have anything resolved. Terrible.
