@bell not sure how to get your attention. I cancelled my TV and suddenly my internet sucked. So I tried to get fibre internet yet 3 techs come and no service yet! Is it time for @RogersHelps ?

@RogersHelps #fckrogers Another epic fail by the industry leader Call ~740pm & opt for callback so ‘I wouldn’t lose my place in line’ The c/b wait time was 1h45m-2h15m Got call back 4+ hrs later 1150pm & kept calling until I answered at 12:05AM-then back on hold for 4m more 🤬🤬

@Rogers I have been using ignite home internet for long now but lately internet service have become so unpleasant. Internet is dropping for 5-10minutes and coming back and cycle continues. Complained about it 4 time still no fixed. Soo frustrating.
