@Rogers @RogersHelps YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. Your Internet service sucks and you won’t do anything about it. We had a 3 day NO #Ignite service in January and now again ! You are unwilling to fix your infrastructure in the City of #Toronto then SAY IT. You constantly LIE.

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions A few years ago, when the problem started, I spent much time documenting the exact IP address and email servers used to send Fido bills were wrongly configured. Adding a single line in their zone files would cost them millions I was told. yep. telecom firm doesn’t know about DNS

My @Rogers is down; I'll take this as a sign to go to bed.

So im gonna Drop @Rogers service been with them 15 years but if they want to cut service to our freedom protest in Ottawa they don't get my money anymore. 👋 @Rogers #freedomconvoy2022 #TruckersConvoy2022 #TruckersForFreedom2020

Dear @rogers is there an issue with your internet, wifi service? cause when connected nothing is working for me.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Eventually, someone at Rogers clued in and fixed the problem. But then someone else got hired and misconfigured not only server used to send bills, but also the email server to send confirmations odes, so can’t use web site to see bills since don’t get confirmation codes.

@RogersHelps Thanks. Apparently an outage at my house. Just helped your service guy find the connection box near the curb buried under a couple feet of snow.

  • RibblePatricia Patricia Ribble (@RibblePatricia) reported

@Rogers So turns out there was a major outage on my whole block. No one at Tech support could put 2 and 2 together until all the Rogers technicians showed up all at the same time to multiple calls lol A communications company that doesn't communicate lol

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@RogersHelps one of my wifi pods isn't connecting - hasn't worked for weeks. I've unplugged and moved it but still doesn't work. What should I do?
