    @Rogers My mother just called with a billing question. Your representative tried to sell her on a medical bracelet and hung up on her when she said she wasn’t interested and only wanted billing. Is this how you treat customers? Not to mention intermittent service recently.

    @RogersHelps I'm having problems sending and receiving picture messages by text in south Edmonton, it was working a few hours ago and now it's not. Please fix this, all these outages are frustrating

    @RogersHelps There's obviously problems with ignite tv as well-picture keeps freezing on different channels. When will it be fixed?
