@Rogers Dear @Rogers, on customer support call 3 hrs fri and now 2 hrs. cust. support ( Fatima, rahim, Vince) all have notes for credits to my account since Oct. notes, and recorded calls cannot be found? might be a training problem. Spoke with Naz tonight, ref number I7915928911,

@Rogers You can start by supplying a service that’s at least half *** , I pay a lot of money a month for crappy service and it wouldn’t be a bad idea having customer service people that can actually speak English
