@RogersHelps Has the lower mainland been fixed yet. A greater concern is how is it possible that the whole country was affected. You have a major problem with your network and you have demonstrated how vulnerable your network is. If properly designed this should never happen.

@RogersHelps how much longer does this have to go on before we can cancel our contract, without penalty, with Roger's because they cannot provide the service we are paying for?? You are not upholding your end of the contract, so is this not a breech of contract?
