    @Chilli_Momma @RogersHelps Change your phone's network setting to "GSM Only" for the time being. Worked for me. I think only the LTE network is down.

    @RogersHelps A few of us are trying to dial out on our cell phones and we keep getting call failed message. We are in London, Ontario. Is there a problem with the network? Thanks!
