@RogersHelps @Centretowner Can you also remind every single driver in your employ that this is a commonly known bylaw infraction, and that they should never ever park on sidewalks? Not only I'd it illegal, it's disrespectful and rude.

@RogersHelps No you can't. Your back office have already enough employees who does not know how to do their work and duties. Your care team are helpless, escalating to useless supervisors and managers. Your engineers does not know how to fix provisioning issues. That's why it's the worst.

@RogersHelps Why is the quality of streaming and casting so bad? The stream is only smooth on my iPhone, every other device (Xbox, Apple TV, casting) is stuttering and low resolution. I have Gig fibre internet and all my devices are hardwired ethernet. It was fine 2 years ago.

@Rogers your company is trying to charge me for a service I haven’t had since 2018. Possibly the worst and in some cases rudest customer service I have received and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. Anyone else from your company that may actually help?

@Jinxxed4life83 @CRTCeng @RogersHelps It's not 'their' rules per se, it's a part of the roaming agreements between the providers. If you are using another providers' network most of the time, they would want you to pay them rather than their competition. That's fair, no?
