    If you live in Toronto, consider moving your internet service from @Rogers to @beanfield. Better service, cheaper, far superior customer service. Don't let @Rogers push you around another day. Move to a company that appreciates your business. Do it today.

    Been on the phone w @Rogers for 38 minutes & counting. They cannot explain charges on my account. Horrible customer service. Rep told me that very often when a credit is applied, their "back office" rejects the credit which is why you often never see it. This is fraud. @CRTCeng
