    @Rogers Internet has been out all day. Get an automated message that it is fixed. It isn't. Wait for hours to get help & then ... I'm asked if I want a transcript of my call emailed to me ... I DON'T HAVE EMAIL BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS DOWN. Really, really, really bad service.

    @brutal83 @RogersHelps 100% it isn't just you. It's the app usually. It's hot garbage. Illegal streams are immeasurably more reliable than SN Now.
