@samak_mihir @RogersHelps 3rd time today I've lost internet in the home my phone has lost connectivity and now no television service. We pay a ctsp load of money for a CRAP service. Not like I can just change my cable provider either. Hey CRTC deregulate this open the competition survival of the fittest

Rogers internet again down since afternoon. Its past 22:00hrs and still no internet. Used almost 90% of my data. It’s so frustrating that I have no internet on a Sunday. An outage in our area ruined my weekend plans. I guess time to change my internet provider. @RogersHelps

@Rogers since your big outage your tv internet and home phone service sucks. 3 service calls in 4 days. Latest outage since 10 am and it’s 1:20 am and I’m still out. This is unacceptable. Estimated repair time was 1 am. I’m trying to be patient but I’ve had it.

I was supposed to watch HotD at 9 but @RogersHelps decided to just cancel my HBO without my consent and I just wasted the past 50 minutes with them on the phone instead of watching it so yeah that’s how my ******* evening is going

@starkinly @RogersHelps People choose different financing options based on which best suits their needs. Some prefer a lease-like option (ie Upfront Edge) while others choose to finance (total device cost or with a down payment). Sure, others might choose to purchase outright.
