    @RogersHelps Tried multiple devices, multiple reinstalls, still buffers often. I don't have this issue with TSN, Hayu, Disney, Crave, YouTube, Twitch, Discovery, Tubi, Prime, etc so I don't think you can help since others couldn't when they tried. Just gonna not watch hockey, I guess

    Hey @Rogers , I really don’t think it is okay to record me while I am on wait for “training purposes”. If I am not on a phone with a representative, how can any personal recordings help you? This is a huge deal. You should ask, not enforce.

    @RogersHelps I cannot imagine how what your call Centre performance metrics are given that one has the wait more than an hour to get help. Ridiculous! And I am paying for this.

    @Rogers Invest in your Internet and Ignite delivery infrastructure. Maybe do your own service calls instead of contracting others to waste our time not fixing anything.
