    @RogersHelps I called Cust Serv at 6:56pm yesterday, I was on hold for 1hr & 52 min, & still did not get thru to speak with anyone. My cell phone was running out of power so I had to hang up. Don't you think this is ridiculous?

    @Rogers Naw... I expect it by now... I'm only with Rogers until @Bell gets their sh!t together and gets Fibe in my area... thanks though...I am actually impressed it took 11 weeks to have garbage service on a Sunday... y'all improving!!

    @RogersHelps travelling in the US and I have with no Cellular data. Tried your call centre 3x investing an hour on hold during each. Tried the virtual support through Anna, once again no help. Feels like you need to hit the lottery to get another live. Disappointed, nice service

    @RogersHelps Only took 3 hours, I got through! Safe to say Rogers could use some additional support in the call centre…

    @RogersHelps This is horrible for hockey fans and it’s a continued slap in the face following 2 seasons where without our continued support wouldn’t be as successful as it continues to be. I’m not looking for your assistance; who ever is answering this is likely an hourly employee ……

    @RogersHelps Well I tried your DM message proposal, you can't even get thru on that either. It says there is a high volume of messages to reply back to. I didn't get a reply. How is a customer supposed to connect with u guys.????
