@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

Important to note that consumers should not bundle their internet service with @Rogers or any internet provider because you’ll be without all contact resources if the provider goes down.

@RogersHelps How does this help @Rogershelps? My sincere apologies for the delay in replying to your message. As an offline team we answer all messages sequentially so response time can vary depending on the volume of messages we get and from time to time there is a bit of a longer delay

@Rogers @RogersHelps when do you start issuing those outage credits. Just received an ebill today and not a single penny credited. Also my home internet is still inconsistent since the outage despite the modem replacement.

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile FYI although you said you are proactively crediting customers for the outage at a value of 3 days, my recent bill is not reflecting this. Am I surprised? No. Do I have to call in and waste over an hour on hold now? Yes. Another Fail? It never ends.

@airtransat @twieditz @Rogers There is no option for my problem on your messenger. All I need is my title to be changed to miss which is your error on the website. My ticket states Mrs and my baggage and seat says Mr. Its so frustrating how you treat your customers. And the error is not rocket science to fix.
