    @4pix4pics @tcm @RogersHelps Are you still being shown the U.S. schedule? I still am at Shaw! They say they use the schedule TCM gives them. Stuff like this is why it matters that their website schedule has so many functional issues and errors, including that the Monthly Schedule for Canada is actually U.S.

    @RogersHelps no Internet, tv in Etobicoke. Rogers has been out most of the day. No help from customer service. A recorded messages recommends going online or waiting on phone for 1 hr.

    @RogersHelps hi there, is there currently an outage in M8V area? No devices work, I’ve reset the modem and the wireless, 2.5G and 5G lights keep flashing.

    Fabulous tech support @RogersHelps I call in and have to hold 1hr and 7 minute ( no offer of a callback) to try to fix my internet. I get through just after 11pm... and I’m told all tool to help fix the internet are down until noon tomorrow. This started at 11 pm
