    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

    @RogersHelps @mmabrey1 Bring back the ol’ reliable COAX receivers! Ever since Rogers switched to Ethernet/WIFI receivers it’s been nothing but endless issues. I asked for a COAX box but apparently they’re no longer provided. You’d think over time @Rogers service would improve & not get worse.🤔DM Sent!
