@Simon818 @Rogers I only have my phone. I switched to Bell as I wasn't able to find any smaller carriers that weren't affiliated with Rogers in some way that had more extensive data plans. I tend to use a lot. But I'm a hell of a lot happier here. Their phone service is much less painful.

Why has my mother tried to get an internet service provider for a whole week from @RogersBiz to come hook up her internet. She has called everyday and has been on hold for three hours only to keep getting transfers and disconnected

@Simon818 @Rogers Ugh. I broke away from Rogers a few months ago. I've had a strong dislike for them for as long as I could remember. The outage in July was the last straw and I told the family, I'm out. I don't care how cheap the plan we share is. I'm not doing it anymore.
