@Rogers VERY disappointed in your customer service. I have been disconnected after waiting on hold TWICE. The second time, waiting to speak with a supervisor. Having to explain my unfortunately crappy story 3 times over SUCKS! Just trying to pay my bill.. DO BETTER!!!

@Rogers customers, if you try and get sold on a protection plan for your MD with Likewize a.k.a @Brightstar, don't do it. It's a scam and these leeches won't help you. It adds up over the years. Save yourself the trouble and ditch these losers.
