    @Rogers charging me $20 for going over my data limit by 17MB is awful. Your models likely say I’m a valuable customer, with several products for over a decade. You wouldn’t even work with me to cut the charge in half. See ya

    @RogersBiz Again, it's about the service network. Not an account. Been the same area for 15+ years. Multiple SMS over the year about service disruptions from Rogers. I'm now away from the area and I can make out waiting music. It's more of a suggestion to check with your network/techs.

    @Rogers you get billed excessively then the resolution free tablet but no... its all lies again with rogers.

    @RogersHelps Help! My internet has been down in Cambridge (N1R) for about an hour. Have reboot the modem several times..just flashing orange..

    @RogersHelps Quick question. Probably sounds stupid, but why would bell be calling me to say there’s something wrong if a)were with Rogers, and b) I’m not even on the account?

    @RogersHelps DM for what? I already know that this is gonna take 8 hours like last 2 times! If @rogers is not able to provide a full service, then don’t offer it! It’s been 3 times in less than two weeks with the same problem and with the same excuse.

    Over two hours trying to get a solution for Rogers not showing up to install internet. @RogersHelps or Rogers customer service isn’t helping very much.
