    @Rogers is honestly the worst phone provider in Canada. Their CSR team does not listen to what is asked and I’ve had nothing but rude employees talk to me. It’s really upsetting given they’re 1/3 of Canada’s largest providers 😞 @RogersHelps #rogers

    @RogersHelps Hi there, do we not get a credit for wifi outage on our Ignite bills for television and internet? Couldn't get ignite for 5 days, and my bill is the same! Just got my bill dated July 31 - nada!

    . @Rogers home internet down again today starting around same time (4pm ET) as yesterday. Yesterday it didn't come back on fully until some time after midnight. Missed yet another work video-meeting no thanks to this "most reliable" service today.

    @Rogers why is your coverage literally the worst out of all major Canadian cellular providers? Just wondering if there's a legit reason before I switch carriers, or if youre just too cheap to give your customers good service.

    @cibc: Today I experienced very incompetent customer support: blamed me for a "glitch on YOUR side (which overdrew my account $2000) and then attempted to brush me off by telling me to just seat and wait for 5 business days while doing nothing to help. Don't be like @Rogers!

    @RogersBiz everything down again (phone, fax, internet), awful & unreliable services for business. Best part is customer service tries to upsell LTE backup for your services that don’t work. This should be included, you will lose all of your customers to @bellcanadahater @TELUS
