A few attempts of this later, Quebec finally decided they would fix it in the next 4-6 weeks. What? You incorrectly billed me ~$500 and you want to hold on to it for another 4-6 weeks? I paid penalty to cancel @Rogers, went with @Bell and never looked back.

@RogersHelps Realize that a portion of your customers are not able to have residential access to internet & rely on cellular. What people who rely on to call for help/911/to work? Im lucky that I have a different provider for my home internet. How r u going to compensate them? @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps It’s been hours now with absolutely no service. Is Rogers going to credit their customers accounts for this? We shouldn’t have to pay for a service that’s not provided.
