    @RogersHelps rogers internet down 4th day in a row around the same time between 1-4 PM. What's going on? We were told the case was resolved and now the same thing again. It's becoming extremely unreliable. Location 410 and Bovaird, Brampton.

    Don’t know if I’ll be able to because I had to ******called @rogers 4 times 1 one got an appointment than I called 2nd time because situation wasn’t resolved than making promises for service I don’t have, 3rd time I was on hold and they hung up, 4th time now maintenance problem🤬

    @XboxKaneda @Rogers I wouldn't rely on your console/s to report anything close to gigabit. If a hardwired PC isn't, then you might be having issues.

    @RogersHelps What's with your service in the Fergus Ontario area this week? All my calls have dropped this week than I can't call the numbers back for 3-5 minutes? Never had an issue before.

    .@rogershelps the menu I had to use to get tech support over the phone is really bad. I had to answer the same questions more than once. I even had to enter my phone number more than once, even though at the beginning the system told me it knew my number! Please do better.
