There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

Merhawi Yohannes (@Merhawi200) reported@RogersHelps I’ve spent over 130 minutes on calls across 3 days and spoke to 6 different agents about a $460 charge I never used. No resolution, just getting transferred and hung up on. Can someone actually fix this?
