@RogersHelps experiencing super slow internet and disconnections again. I was ok chat with your reps and the internet worked for like 5 minutes and it’s disconnecting again! Is there a better internet than ignite? I need something more reliable

We have entered a post-service world. Tried to get customer service from @Rogers @Uber and @NRCan today and all I get is semi-canned responses that make it clear they can't/won't solve problems and are not even listening. How'd we get to this point? It's soooo frustrating.

Despite all the promises made by @RogersHelps it looks like I'm gonna loose another day at work. Shouldn't the ISPs be responsible for the loss incurred due to outage? What say @Rogers - with the exhorbitant subscription money you charge, shouldn't it be a 2-way street?

Hi @RogersHelps I fear you’ve charged me $14 for roam like home- except that this was unintended if that’s the case and had roaming and shortly thereafter cellular data off - can you help?!
