  @RogersHelps You should not need my account information to tell me if there is an issues in the N3H2N3 area or the Walter Street Cambeidge area , or prestom ontario area.. its a simple yes there is issues and we are working on it, or no there isn't and you have to wait till Monday.

  @Rogers Mine is old but trying to figure out what to do as I don't use internet on it just wifi. I can't really do the over $60/$75 plans🤔🙄. Also last time I had concerns on something w/my network so went in 1 of those times someone that looks like a family of a criminal that hurt me.

  @RogersHelps my home internet has been on & off since morning & now it is completely down. I don't understand why I have to pay so much & @Rogers internet always lets me down. Customer care/ Tech. Support is too busy & customers like me suffer.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers I contacted Rogers 3 times over the past month for this issue, and they say the credit is still being processed! If I do not hear back from Rogers in the next 2 days, I am returning the phone and cancelling my Rogers service, one less customer to disappoint for you @RogersHelps
