@Rogers The worst part is, you try to get through to them to workout a payment plan and have to wait 3-4 hours to get through, just to be disconnected with no call back.

@Rogers Why do you ***holes throttle service?? Had 150 ignite yet got like 50mbps. Honestly can’t do **** with that speed. Upgrade and get 1 gig service (exactly what you guys want people to say and do by the way). Awesome for 2 weeks 600-900mbps...but Rogers doesn’t like that.

@RogersHelps We’ve been told the technical team is working on it and is a high priority. They don’t know what the issue is, but it will be resolved within 48hrs. I can’t work and now have to use my vacation days.

So it has to go back in my room. My dad went to set it up this morning and 5 mins later I went "What's that noise?" We realized the damn thing has a fan that emits this horrible, low-pitched hum 24/7. @Rogers why are your products trying to destroy my ability to sleep?

@RogersHelps why does my internet go down every day around 10am??? Getting tired of this issue when Iwork remote and have 3 kids doing online school. Ive had someone come out to the house and clearly have not fixed the issue.
