    @RogersHelps CMON...surely you guys can't be screwing up your OWN bonus offer. I was texted by @Rogers saying I would get 10Gb/month for 18 months free...but online the offer only says 5Gb. So i contacted customer service, and they said they can't do anything.

    @Rogers The "all Canadian staff" is screwing up accounts left right and center. Cause they're to stupid to understand basics. Are you guys ever going to do anything or just go another company and not pay Rogers for the troubles they've caused by selling out to India.

    took 30mins on hold, then agent took average of 5 minutes just to respond to anything i typed...& just kept repeating that they could change my plan/charge me...they keep saying NO @RogersHelps agent will ever be able to help with the offer that @rogers sent me!!

    @Rogers shame on you! Your rep Himanshu kept me on the line for 34 min! Hang up on me while I was trying to cancel an account with you which I NEVER used. It’s one thing to overcharge somebody, it’s another to charge for no use.

    @rogers your service sucks. My internet at home goes down once a month, for long periods of time. I have @bell at my cottage and I’ve not lost service once in 3 years. Huge incentive to switch services

    @RogersHelps When I dial out I get nothing. When I hang up it simply says Call Failed. We have a big wind tonight so perhaps that’s the problem.

    @RogersHelps are you having any service issues in Vancouver? My iPhone can receive phone calls but all data functions do not appear to be working
