    Rogers has left my family without any type of service for the last 5 days. Ppl handling the departments are no less than bully telemarketers. $8000 bill, no solution, no resolution. 12 years loyalty. @Rogers @theJagmeetSingh @EricAgius

    Day 24 with crappy @Rogers service. The issue is not from my home but... Wait.... Waiit for it.... UPLOAD SUCKS EVERYWHERE ON ROGERS!!! So if you pay for 15mbps upload and you live in NB, well sucks for ya cause @Rogers just don't care about streamers. See the usless reply below.

    @Rogers First day of school and NO INTERNET. The whole neighbourhood is down. What gives, Rogers? Calling @RogersHelps just gets us “yeah, could be down anywhere from 3 to 24 hours”. WORST SERVICE EVER.

    I hate @Rogers. So they got this new remote control you can talk to..whoopy but the problem is it sucks batteries like crazy and even when the batteries aren't dead cause it uses so much power that you can't use your remote and get stuck not being able to use your TV. Annoying!

    (Relevant only for Canadians): So much for @Rogers providing “excellent service” and a “personal move concierge”… wasted >3 hrs waiting for them to show up for a 2-hour window. No one showed up and @Rogers is doing nothing about it. @RogersHelps? Not really… Terrible service.

    @RogersHelps is there an internet outage in Cambridge, Ontario? My Rogers ignite has cut out 3 times this morning. It’s very frustrating.

    @datachick @Rogers Self serve is king. But they have patch work of provisioning systems, not integrated well with customer front ends.

    @RogersHelps are you guys having an issue with your cable boxes? Both sets of grandparents are having issues with there cable. They pay to be able to watch tv. What gives?
