    @RogersHelps Hi we know rogers is trying to resolve the issue, but can we know the reason why this has caused. Did you loose a satellite or so... ridiculous

    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I have been trying to contact the Rogers customer service since yesterday and no luck .Today my phone is not working ,I am not able to many any calls and plus this wifi now giving problem .I need credit for next month ,how conveniently you charg us for service not delivered ?

    @RogersHelps trying to book vaccine appointments with @ShopprsDrugMart but phone service is down? Can't get PIN verification and they don't offer email as an option to confirm my phone #. Fail.

    @RogersHelps My phone has been down since about 2am. And from what I am reading it’s all across Canada. If my phone was down for a few minutes then fine I get that, but 9 hours?!?! You can’t call or text. You can iMessage when your in wifi. You need to fix this ASAP!!!

    @kumquatkaylaa @Rogers @RogersHelps My texts and calls haven’t been working since midnight last night! The fact that we pay legit an arm and a leg for service in this country and still have to deal with this is beyond me.

    @jgamblin_ @RogersHelps I ordered a new phone last night, and this happened. What an absolute ******* joke. Although it’s been over 16 hours without service so I’m positive they’re all happily laughing with their billions.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I work in healthcare and provide service to sick and vulnerable people in my community. I have over 200 staff and all of them have work phones with rogers plans. At this point, we have hundreds of missed visits and missed safety checks. This is really quite sad. Thanks Rogers 👍
