    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone trying to add a package for my mom’s TV service. Total incompetence. So frustrating. How is Roger’s in business still with the garbage support? Im trying to make money for them. Clown show.

    @bordenone He is dogshit. An utter failure at the plate. One of the worst seasons ever versus expectations . An absolute pathetic display. Ofc, we are paying for it with @rogers increasing all fees…. #Bluejays50

    @RogersHelps I did an upgrade at the end of june and have not received the regular bill credit for it. it's impossible to get through to customer care and when inasked for a review online, i was declined.

    @RogersHelps For about half hr at home I had no service. Switched from 5G to LTE, still no service. Tried 5G, no service The only time ppl can hear me on a call is if I go outside. What am I paying for?
