    @RogersHelps just got off the phone with one of your support staff. I had an issue with the roam like home charges as the service I had was terrible. For the first time you met my expectations and rebate that was provided was sufficient. Thanks. But $12 for roaming is still high

    @RogersHelps @BruceT425 I was told by rogers it woukd ve on THIS bill, specifically. Again, #notgoodenough I hope some sort of legislation helps fix this constant problem with lack of service.

    @RogersHelps My wife actually spoke to someone this morning. They insisted that the issue wasn't in our area and it must be an issue at our house. Neither one of us was home all morning and when I went home at lunch everything was magically working. Imagine that!

    @twieditz @airtransat @Rogers I'm having same nightmare with this airline. They selecting random titles for me its Mrs on actual ticket and on extra baggage and seat its Mr and to get hold of them its like calling Mars for 3 weeks. And I travel in 2 weeks. Worst experience.
