    @RogersHelps Bowmanville , Ontario. Ignite TV in L1C postal, non stop freezing , and glitching on all TVs. I restarted the modem, factory reset the modem , system refreshed the ignite tv boxes twice. didn't fix the issue. Anything else I can do or just wait again?

    @RogersHelps I just spent over an hour on hold, spoke to a representative, who said she was transferring me to technical support. Got a message saying that due to high volume, call could not be answered, and it hung up. Still can't watch tv channels...can you please respond!!!

    @RogersHelps @Mose01 They don’t try to resolve anything . Tried to talk 4 agents from Toronto. Don’t know if they understand the issue. Are they hired from anywhere than Canada ?
