    @RogersHelps hi, I'm having trouble with my internet cable signal. I've tried plugging out the modem for a bit and even factory resetting it, but no dice. nothing with my coax cables has changed or anything so I'm kinda stumped. pls help thx

    @RogersHelps It's been almost 2 months from the time I went to get my screen repaired and my issue still isn't resolved. Unusable phone is now interfering with work. Premium device protection is a scam. 2 kiosks in all of #yeg no parts, just runaround #shouldbeashamed

    @RogersHelps Your customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Waited on line to cancel my account for 20 minutes TWICE, and got hung up on, TWICE. You intentionally make it hard for people to cancel so they don't leave. Absolute trash service!
