@RogersHelps Freeze,s goes in and out and now Cable is out completely. When will it be fixed? Can't you find the problem yet? We can't get in touch by phone cuz we get disconnected. How do you intend to hang onto customers if we can't get an clarification or answers?

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still freezing/cutting out altogether, sound glitching. Are you ever going to fix this? Or even acknowledge it? #RogersIgnite #RogersOutage2022 #rogersoutage FOUR DAYS NOW. A couple days 'credit' is not the answer. FIX IT.

@RogersHelps @Rogers My TV connection is spotty. It keeps jumping among a frozen video, a lagged audio and a black screen. Is this the extent of our restored service on a go forward or are you still working on it?

@RogersHelps This is nearing the end of day 4 and my ignite TV is not watchable. I'm expecting a full refund for this month as this falls well outside the terms of service.
