@RogersHelps Finally Friday around 11pm got cell service yet still no internet. I should not be charged for data usage until my internet is restored.

@GeesPhilly @RogersHelps Can you go tell the people who lost loved ones who were having a heart attack or other medical emergency and could not reach 9-1-1 services that "it sucked not having service, but it's just the way it is"

@RogersHelps Sorry this isn’t good enough. Not this time. Getting credited for loss of internet and cellular service is one thing but this outage has caused Canadians a massive intrusion this time. Rogers needs to do better this time around.

@RogersHelps My solution: don't put all your eggs in one basket. Bell for wifi and tv, Rogers for phone. I have a picture of a friend sitting on my porch, hacking into my Bell. Can't let him in, not home at the moment.

@RogersHelps How about an actual reason why? One that isn't double talk. Many people lost a day of work, income for their stores, companies had to completely shut down. The people who pay hard earned money to your company deserve a real explanation!
