    Seriously thinking of leaving @RogersHelps. Sick of the BS, loopholes, contracts, conditions, plan ect. Sure you offer Infinite plans now just as long as you qualify. Just offer it to all stop the bull shit.

    I’m ready to cancel all our services @RogersHelps I want answers as to why our internet drops throughout the day. I have a request into support. I’m watching my text for an answer. We’ve had a few too many street wide outages. It also drops intermittently.

    @RogersHelps seriously. Just let people know about the outage and stop with the dm us crap. Never any information about the outages. It's a horrible customer service company.

    @RogersHelps btw your recommendation to enable Wi-fi calling didn’t help me at home in my Vancouver apartment. Was already on.

    Husband works for @Rogers. Day off. He’s adding a number to his line and has to go to a store that’s not his own because contractually he can’t & all, so we go to the one close to home. HE JUST HELPED ANOTHER GUY WITH AN ISSUE STOP WORKING DAMMIT Rogers u got a keeper value him

    Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.
