    It's just absolutely infuriating to pay for a service to watch live events and have that "service" hardly ever work. If I was this bad at my job I'd be fired. Looking at you @RogersHelps & @Sportsnet

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldn’t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    @RogersHelps can someone please explain why I’m being reimbursed $50 instead of $325. You charged me for a phone I didn’t even have. I was on the phone with you for over an hour and you promised to fix it. I don’t want to be on the phone for another hour. You promised. Do better!

    @Rogers hey. I called to get help with my ever increasing bill, I was told I should get a call back in less than 2 hours and now it’s been 6+ hours. How do I get a hold of someone to cancel all my services cause I’m done with Rogers!
