    @Rogers this is the worst thing ever. Service down since 1am this morning and it took them 6 hours to make any sort of announcement. What a disgrace! I'm moving to Bell. This is disgusting! Shame on them.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps when are you going to get your act together! The level of costs you burden with vs the level of service don’t equate! It’s time to ask why we don’t have real competition and being protected by the CRTC...

    @Rogers Am I going to be compensated for the service I pay for and is not working? You should credit everyone who uses Rogers. And possibly more, I have to miss two hours of work as well!

    @RogersHelps I'm going to assume with this outage that there will be some sort of compensation for your customers who are paying for a service they presently can't use, correct?
