@RogersHelps my house is near Dixie/countryside and our neighborhood is having very bad internet service for over a week now. It's almost always down .most recent case number is C167313186 . Not sure why it can't be fixed for good.

@RogersHelps To bad they will not take responsibility and actually provide any info about the outage. We recognize that systems will fail, but it is how you treat the customer that matters. Keep people informed.

A friendly PSA. If you are a @Rogers customer, don’t move to their #ignite service. Hang on to the @Cisco netbox. #rogersignite is beyond horrible!!! It’s not a simple install. More headaches than viewing time. It’s time for a switch.

@RogersHelps standard answers from Rogers, we don’t show any outages in your area, totally useless help desk support. Quick answer from them is it must be your router. Even when the modem will not sync up with the headend. Definite problem on the Rogers side
