    Don't do online payments on @rogers They charged me multiple times in a minute until it was blocked. And they all went through but they claimed they didn't get my payment. Disgusting. Horrible start of my day.

    @RogersHelps They said a tech was fixing the issue and then booked an appt when determined it wasn’t a service outage.
