@Christinaprezz @Rogers We upgraded to the 1G Ignite package seeing as the other bundles and speeds couldn't handle a few devices using their service, but it doesn't matter when they have issues like this more frequently then before 😞

@RogersHelps I honestly don’t understand why it’s a weekly occurrence that I lose internet, tv and home phone. And not just a short time. What is going on? You seem to have no problems billing me for complete service yet I don’t receive it. What’s the excuse today?

Another @rogers service interruption, just in time after 'upgrading' to 1G Ignite because 500Mb Ignite wasn't enough to have a few devices connected and use your internet properly
