I have no idea how @Rogers managed to make their online services completely non-functional. Kicked out every 30 seconds, click on offers and get 404 errors, click on phone upgrades it kicks me out - what a terrible customer experience

I would like to personally thank @rogers for billing me 1160$ (on dec 18th a week before Christmas). @Rogers has insisted that since I did a “transfer of responsibility” (as a result of my moms death) *who was a 20 year customer* ..... that I owe the balance.

Hey @RogersHelps - ever since we upgraded to ignite, my wifi sucks. It’s literally awful. It dropped FOUR TIMES during my job interview today, and I feel like an idiot now. Honestly, I’m going to switch to Bell.

@RogersBiz I need a rep to connect with me today and please reverse my data overages and apply new plan as agreed to on Nov 30 2020 ( I am a customer for over 25 years) but perhaps I may need to move on to another provider.

@RogersHelps My internet has been going down every day, multiple times a day, for weeks now. Your "service crews" have been out there doing nothing as far as I can tell. There are two of us working from home and my bill just went up and this is ******* infuriating.

@Rogers We paid for fast wifi data speeds of 50mbps but ever since we paid for y’all services its like we on a 56k dial up modem kinda speed. Its really annoying and when we reach out to talk to you guys to fix it we get put on hold for hours just to talk to a representative.

@samanthadjb @RogersHelps We’re having this issue in Kitchener as well. Multiple times a day. Incredibly frustrating for Jen, like you guys, working from home.

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.
