@BarryColson @Rogers I was a Roger’s customer for 25 years (2 lines). I called C/S and asked if there was any good deals as I was looking to cut my costs and that I was looking at moving to Shaw and I was told no… They called me several times after I moved with great offers, I told them no thanks!

My latest @Rogers bill is over $700. They charged me over $200 within 8 minutes for data overage I wasn’t using, because it wasn’t functioning. Almost 2 hours of being on the phone with support and I still have yet to be given an explanation on how this occurred. I’m furious.

@RogersHelps frustrated! Service was cut yesterday when it wasn't to be canceled until May 27 for move. 2 calls yesterday & 1today.4 hrs on phone. Told your mistake but no one can come till 4pm tomorrow and may not bring a modem because depts don't talk. no TV, phone,internet
