@RogersHelps my son went into the Richmond centre store Friday asked if they would help put his SIM card from old phone into the new one ( purchased online) Rogers customer for 11 years. They said they are not doing it now, today he went to Fido they did it no problem WTH?

@RogersHelps I'm having issues getting my NHL Live to work ever since I've put it on my PS5 (~5days ago) won't let me log in, says my login is incorrect even though I can login on my phone with same credentials. When I try to watch on my phone it brings me to a purchase screen

@Rogers said they’ll cancel the NHL package but can’t take any of the money off of my bill. “Sorry, there’s a no refund policy” LOL I’m honestly so disgusted, in a pandemic too where people are losing their jobs going on lockdown and they do this
