    @RogersHelps Ignite been on the fritz for 48+ hrs - timing in & out; TV black screen 4 or 5 times an hour... (yes I am using twitter to document problems). Reboots tried. All the equipment is fine (we had a technician confirm two months back). Ignite is faulted and @rogershelp needs to fix?

    @Rogers Your service goes down once a year for hours & hours. That's unacceptable. It's going to take many years for customers to trust your service.

    @Rogers please stop the multiple daily calls. I don't want to upgrade my plan I've said this repeatedly. The people calling are rude. If I want to upgrade my plan, I will call you. I'm tired of saying the same thing & then the harassing phone calls resuming one month later.

    At this point, I may as well just cancel @Rogers and take my chances on whatever I can leech. I'd have more uptime. Our internet has been out again since 4.

    @RogersHelps My mom had chat w @rogers Where after poor service/talking renewal offered 6months free Disney+ (Already has)so no freebie & for bad service/no service for close to 10days. Offered only 5days credit. So she gets hustled. She been w @RogersHelps for 40yrs. great customer Service
