@aredlight1 @Rogers They communicate the outage through their app.... it was the first thing the popped up. It was the second thing I did after restarting my phone.

@Rogers Sounds like Rogers lost access to their SIM CARD database. •Cell is connecting to towers •911 works •Phones can Roam to another carrier, but not make or receive normal calls • Others can call the Roger's user but get directed to voicemail. 😥SIM database issue😥.

@RogersHelps My dad has been diagnosed with covid and spent his first night in the hospital last night with issues breathing. I've been trying to contact him to see how he's doing and an unable to. He's also with Rogers and can't let my family know how he's doing. This is insane.
