    @RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk

    @Rogers 1) When I contacted Rogers to cancel my internet service, I was informed that because the contract had not yet reached two years, I would need to pay a penalty and the customer service recommended me it’s better to be suspended.

    @RogersHelps My bill jumped from ~$65 to $407 with ZERO explanation! Shared line has NO service for 2+ days, 2+ hour queues every call, and I tried your assistant Anna—no luck at all. This is ridiculous—fix the overcharge, restore service & explain NOW! #Rogers #CustomerService

    Rogers @RogersHelps your service is deplorable! Been on hold for 60 mins trying to get tech support. WTF! It seems this is the level of support for all. Going to poll other Rogers customers. Is anyone happy with Rogers service levels

    @RogersHelps You link brings you to support page which is a never ending get help faq which I’m not interested in. I spent over 4 hours of my time speaking to rogers which lead to my discovery that the agent put a neighbour address in and wrong package shipped. Canceling this is painful.
