    @RogersHelps i don't understand why you don't do regular updates. i.e we've identified the problem it'll take 4 hours to resolve... it's all Bob's fault & Bob's gonna have to fix it... the #Rogers #cat knocked an irreplaceable piece off the table & who knows...

    @RogersHelps I love how this link takes me to the Rogers app, yet when my internet is out so is the app. I tried to go onto your app to report an outage and it seriously said my message can’t go through because I’m in a place with no service. 🙄 I was on DATA!

    @LeafsLindsay There interruptions site basically says Toronto is down. Frustrating as I spent 30 minutes powering off and on as directed on my set before checking. @RogersHelps

    @HotPopples @RogersHelps @champagneniece They won’t even tell us the issue or how long. Just that there’s a problem and they working to fix it. They have a nice monopoly over Canada and there’s no reason for them to get better. It’s a disgrace.
