    @RogersHelps Apology not good enough. Mondays are my busiest day for orders. What compensation are you offering? I have paid you without fail for 16 years. I have paid my bills despite the Covid disruptions. I expect more than an apology I expect no bill next month at least. #losses

    @RogersHelps inconvenience is an understatement??? Intermittent as well. How about all customers affected will get a voucher or some sort of compensation. An apology after having over 12 hours without a phone or data is unacceptable and I still have no service😡!

    @AboutRogers @Rogers You just a lost 2 customers. Going back to @TELUS ASAP. Had important work related calls and texts to make today. Have had no service all day! Still have no data or voice services! Completely unacceptable that this issue hasn't been solved. Can't even get an ETA.
