John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps How can I? Most of the time you go through the verification and then it says that they are too busy and hangs up. I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

Cal Lindsay (@Cal495) reported@RogersHelps Reinstalled the printer drivers, rebooted printer. Rebooted modem again and it finally connected to internet again after about 15 minutes. But the printer issue has been ongoing for months now. I think the issue is the 2.4 band. Can I just get a new modem please?

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.

Steve (@SteveD29) reported@RogersHelps Oh I spent an hour on the phone and was told yes even though you didn’t use the service you could have so we will charge you 210 bucks still

Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@johnref59 @RogersHelps The government has let Bell and Rogers monopolize the market and these companies treat us like we are a bunch of donkeys.
