  • ayyyyveee Andrea (Taylor’s Version) 🇨🇴🐍 (@ayyyyveee) reported

Hey @RogersHelps why is it that my internet constantly goes down during the day!? People work from home a lot these days this isn’t okay “a known service interruption” so why did I have to seek out that info, this is something you should be communicating when it’s identified!

  • theonlypwj Pierce White-Joncas (@theonlypwj) reported

@RogersHelps @dalybeauty Or, you can do the right thing from a customer service standpoint and let Jane and her daughter keep the device.

  • PCAMMALL Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported

@RogersHelps You aren't addressing my concern. I activated online a promo code for Crave earlier today, setting up an account name and password via Bell Media. Then I went to Ignite TV, thinking I could sign in to Crave. I pressed a button that I believe has added Crave to my Rogers plan.

  • JasonChapman78 Jason Chapman (@JasonChapman78) reported

@TennisCanada @Rogers Maybe use some of that money to hire customer service staff. 30 minutes to an hour if you're lucky average hold times means you have nothing but contempt for your customers.

  • orangetj1 orangetj (@orangetj1) reported

@_macadm @RogersHelps they're absolutely useless and implied I never set up my account. didnt even care enough to try and figure out why it no longer exists

  • bbladybee Beverly Brown-McKenna (@bbladybee) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • Tass2Olij Tass2Olij (@Tass2Olij) reported

@bell and @RogersBiz we need to demand that our cell phones work on the subway! Especially with what has been going on lately, having access to emergency services may deter bad behaviour.

  • dalybeauty Jane Daly (@dalybeauty) reported

@RogersHelps I've canceled my service with Rogers.

  • OGabernathy Avinash Persaud (@OGabernathy) reported

@RogersHelps Y'all just keep saying the service will be upgraded but provide absolutely no timeline as yo when.
