@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, after you cut off my cable by mistake and promised a tech would be here a mere 3 days later between 8 & 10 am, no one showed up. to add insult to injury for 3 days your techs kept telling me it was a problem in the area. it was ME who figured it out!!!

@RogersHelps @Ali, I have sent you another DM. This billing issue is not resolved. I am still being charged for the internet and tv cancelled in June and am being called often being asked to pay it. Equipment was returned in June. I have a receipt. Please stop the fraudulent billing.

@RogersHelps I really hope you get the internet working for everyone. It's been extremely spotty since Nov 17th for all your customers in Southern Ontario. It's especially bad right now. I can't work from home like this.
