@RogersHelps It’s no longer contradicting because it’s clear that what I was told was an area issue is in fact not. I was given wrong information yesterday and now have to wait until the end of day for the tech to arrive even though this should be treated as priority.

@RogersHelps Today I turn on the free preview channel Wildbrains. As soon as I turn it on there are two drag queens promoting the Kids Help Phone. This is unacceptable on a children's channel and I would like to make a complaint. How and where do I complain?

I would like to use whatever platform I have here to reiterate just how bad @Rogers is. Their service is worse than the Leafs in the playoffs and to talk to someone on the phone its an estimated 90 minute wait. Scum of the earth.

@RogersHelps The 5 reps that I’ve now spoken/chatted with over the past 24 hours have all said the same thing. The most recent one has now decided to end my chat without answering any questions or resolving the problem. What will you do different?

@RogersHelps Please advise the cause of outages in Brampton L6W - my parents have no service and can't call because their phone is also Rogers. Other streets in the neighborhood also reporting outages.

@RogersBiz please add a callback feature when reaching out for support. It's a waste of time to stay on hold while you a call back can easily be requested.

@RogersHelps I already did. 4 times since yesterday and again now. Was told 3 times it was an area issue. And twice now that it’s not. I’m unable to work but nobody at Rogers has any sense of urgency to resolve this or escalate.
