@RogersHelps Problem solved. I shutdown and restarted my iPhone and iPad and the app is working on both devices now. Apologies, I should have tried that first.

@RogersHelps Yes, I updated last Saturday. I tried to watch a recorded program this morning but received the error messages. I tried to reinstall the app but still received the errors. The app does work on my MacBook however which I update to MacOS 13.0 Ventura.

@RogersHelps It happens to both live and recorded programming. I have an iPod Touch running iOS 15.7.1 and the app functions properly so it seems to be an iOS 16.1 issue.

@Rogers my family has been with you for almost 25 years, how much will it cost to switch to bell, your phone plans suck, data sucks, wifi decides to take off days. I work remotely and I shouldn’t be getting kicked from meetings because my wifi decides to stop working.
