@Rogers @RogersHelps w.r.t my interaction id. I1582032974 I have been double-billed for my ignite internet service. I have promised that the extra amount will be credited on my next bill which is generated on 22 Dec but, it is not credited yet.pls look into it.

@TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz @Rogers No. I tagged like you all publicly to warn others of the continued incompetence. I have been with TekSavvy for nearly 13 years and have moved 5 times. Each move appointment has been an issue with the vendor. This system of communication between you all HAS to change!

@AboutRogers @Rogers Do not buy anything from these guys. I’ve been having interruptions on my tv it’s been 12 hrs. And guess what? They told me everything is fine from their end. Bull fkn ****. Love how they wash their hands. I pay $750/month to these imbeciles. Stay away!!!!

Worst customer service ever for mobile, go to @rogers instead. Absolutely ridiculous after more than 2 hrs on chat w their Philippines agents. Terrible @Bell_Support. Now no service until can go see someone at local store during #lockdownontario wish me luck

@Rogers I have your 500mb ignite.... when it works its fast. But I've had problems for a year and a half with it dropping out or glitching for a few seconds, all the time. Nobody seems to know why. Have had Roger's out here probably 25 times in a year and have just given up now.
