@gregnine1963 @Rogers @NHL Customer service does not matter anymore! Want to be harassed over a broken phone that that you never made one payment on and you never lived at billing address! Harassing a sick elderly person is not good customer service! High blood pressure diabetes heart issues chronic pain!

@RogersHelps it's pretty crazy that in a pandemic when I need internet you can't come and fix it and I have to wait 48 hours. If there's ever been a time to switch it's because bell can have me set up in the morning and I need internet for work. Brutal.

@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Rogers Why is it fair for a new startup to be pushed off and bullied intolerable situations and wiped out! Do you like bullies? The days where network up keep excuses are mentioned are over! To allow a new guy to grow some times they have to be regulated! I smell vampires from a far!

@gregnine1963 @Rogers @NHL Bell has customer service training but management is stupid! Lol I know I worked there! But they did teach some form of customer service! I worked at Fido and bell ! Dell ! In 3 weeks 21 customers took time to write in to thank me! Offered to teach customer service to Fido!
