It will be 2 less years of Mark Shapiro and Ross Atkins continuing to FAIL at their jobs and SCAM the fans, sponsors and even @Rogers themselves.

Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

Service on my cell phone sucks , called about the same issue a couple of months back and was told issue was solved as the reset network settings , same BS is happening again… give me some guidance YC

Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.
