Why is @Rogers phone support so incredibly awful? My boyfriend JUST wanted to get and use an eSIM. He can’t bug one online but the website says you can call to buy one. So we did that. One agent says sure and transfers him. Gets stuck on hold for over an hour. (1/6)

@RogersHelps I don’t understand why we can’t just submit a move request online and have a move specialist call us back. Moving is already stressful and the added frustration/wait doesn’t help.

Hey @Rogers, that customer box at the @BlueJays game looks pretty sweet. I’d love to see it in person! Signed a loyal Rogers customer / Jays fan.

@RogersHelps Hydro, natural gas, driver’s licence, health card, banks etc - literally took < 5 minutes each to change my address/move my service. I must have called Rogers 3-4 times trying to set up this move … last phone call was over an hour wait. It’s the ONLY company that was a hassle.

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps @NHL Can someone help me watch the Leafs? I live in Ottawa region and should be able to watch all the regional leafs games using Sportsnet now premium. Was I misled that Premium would work the same as NHL live?

@Rogers @BlueJays Playing backyard ball with my uncles and poppa. Nothing better and they made me (a 7 year kid in a broken home) feel like I was a superstar

Then he thinks he know what’s wrong with the online activation so he tries using the online chat. They him up and running with the eSIM in less than 5 minutes. What. The. Hell. TLDR; @Rogers phone support gave my bf the run around for no ******* reason. Rant over. (6/6)

@rogers and @RogersHelps yet another tv and internet outage without any notification to customers. Great ads during the #bluejays game on your network reliability

@RogersHelps "we'll be happy to help" Evidently not. They've called 2x already with no resolution. A "manager" was to've called by today. They didn't, of course. Is that "happy to help" to #rogers? Cause to me it just sounds like elder financial abuse. What now? We sue your ***? #ScamAlert
