Still trying to figure out how in the hell @Rogers exists. By far the worst possible customer service and response times in any business. Wait though. Message @RogersHelps and they will not respond. Maybe shut down the national grid again for the day and give everyone $5. Goofs!

@Rogers really? Email down again and no reply to calls, texts or DM’s? This is ridiculous already.

Sportsnet Now hasn't worked for me in two days. This absolute piece of **** streaming service is driving me crazy. The NHL needs to do better and partner with a 21st century streaming service in Canada, as this is total and unapologetic garbage. @Rogers @Sportsnet

@Rogers Invest in your Internet and Ignite delivery infrastructure. Maybe do your own service calls instead of contracting others to waste our time not fixing anything.

@RogersHelps Like seriously, "if I change my mind" and decide to continue paying for something that doesn't work? What an odd thing to say. But yes, if I change my mind and decide to use something that doesn't work I'll let you know!

loving the fact that @RogersHelps appears to only send outage/upgrade/maintenance notifications to its own customers, and not @TekSavvyBuzz's. it's been a frustrating few weeks of random internet drops when techs are in the neighbourhood ripping boxes apart.
