@RogersHelps I tried this and the website reports there was no problem, which I believe is true. But my issue is signal being weak in my street. Initially I thought it was my phone but my wife and I both upgraded out phones and also changed SIM card but doesn’t help.

Hello @RogersHelps! I’ve been trying to get something sorted with an error on your end since a few days ago - can’t reach anyone. Help, please?

I'm really wondering who @sportsnet is responsible for basically destroying all radio & TV content by losing all of the best on-air personalities over the past couple of years. Personally I've gone exclusively to @SIRIUSXM for sports content, the @Rogers sports network sucks now

It's why I ported numbers over to @TELUS. The economics of business show it is cheaper/better to maintain an existing customer than a new one, despite what new activation fees would have you believe. All @Rogers has done is lose out on an on-time paying loyal customer of 17 years

@Rogers I’ve been a customer for 20 years and never got anything but increased rates. Time to switch.

@RogersHelps got a call from (416) 237-1482 claiming to be Rogers Chinese voice service.... not sure if this is a scam call or was Rogers actually trying to reach me?

@RogersBiz Thank you @RogersBiz for your quick response. Further to your recommendation I have called in again and am just waiting for the return call. But since I have your attention I think 50 minutes is a bit excessive to get in touch with customer service.

@RogersHelps would be greatly appreciated that when I call, you wouldn't hang up on me during the transfer to a live person

Hey, @Rogers. I've been begging ALL DAY to get help from you, over your price hike for basic TV/Phone for my mom, in a nursing home. You talk Human Connections but in few months jacked up from $77, to $96.50 to $108.22. In 2 weeks to $142.69. CSR/Loyalty say tough. What gives!
