    @RogersHelps we have been trying to get through for over 2 hrs to cancel our cable. We have been put on hold & transferred to the wrong department twice & now we’ve been cut off for the second time. Your wait times are ridiculous and no one calls back when you leave a message.

    @Rogers garbage customer service. On hold for 1 1/2hrs just to have the customer service rep hang up on me after 25 minutes of “waiting to hear back from her support team.” Received no call back & now I’m going to be on hold again for another hour!

    @brrrant_b @Rogers Bro every God damn time. Lucky you didn't have your call mysteriously drop during the transfer so you could call back and wait on hold for another hour and a half to restart your wait timer again.

    (1) Rant: So at some point early last year (likely when the CRA website was hacked) my SIN number and personal info was used to open a mobility account with @Rogers. I have been dealing with this fraud case for about 2 months now. And it has been the most unpleasant customer

    @RogersHelps Worst customer service I ever experienced, trying to contact regarding billing issue last one month .wait more than hour on chat and phone many days but finally no one answer and disconnected chat automatically.
