@RogersHelps before Rogers start to talk about credits maybe you should wait until your service is completely restored. My cell phone service came back about noon. Now I am experiencing a situation whereby some outgoing calls are being dropped after 1 or two rings.

@CBCAlerts The credit @rogers will apply should be the entire month erased from the bill. Don't care that it was "only" a day, it caused unacceptable problems for millions of people. A ridiculous situation that exposes the ridiculous influence they have on us. I am not a Rogers customer.

Rogers ignite internet is working on my laptop and cellphone, but my PS5 won’t connect to it and neither will my smart tv. I tried resetting modem to factory settings still nothing, anybody else with this issue? @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogers

@RogersHelps Took 24 hours to figure out an upgrade caused a nationwide outage and then unplug the affected switch/router? Wow your engineers are super smart. Glad your company makes so much money.

@RogersHelps Out of curiousity are you able to release what the credit for people will be? A nation wide outage including emergency services, banking and government should equate a min of $50+ especially with people losing $100+ for not being able to work from home.
