    Just spent 3+ hours with @RogersHelps on the phone and still haven’t talked to anyone. It’s crazy when you have limited options for phone and internet and this is the service you get. Been a long time customer of @Rogers which makes it even more frustrating

    @RogersHelps how long does it take to get a "winback" offer? My bell service is not good in some areas where asy Rogers mobile connection was perfect.

    @Rogers long time customer - went to Rogers store to update iPhone Pro Max. Not in stock. Convinced me to get Samsung Galaxy. 16 days later I returned it. Was told I couldn't return it - after 15 days. Too bad. Now I discover policy is 30 days. I want my iPhone back. What now??

    @Fidomobile and @RogersBiz has to be the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen. Thanks for wasting my time and charging me with unlimited and nonsense fees.

    @austonb34uty @RogersBiz Good for you.The saddest part of this that the other devil, bell is equally bad. The time holding is disgusting & we never get the the respect from them. I was calling them for my elderly aunt or I would’ve chucked Rogers today along with Bell to the trash and cancelled it all

    @MattiHaapoja @RogersBiz I’m with Telus in BC, 1.5 up/ 1 down and I pay 105/m. They just released 2.5/2.5 and through discounts It’s 150 area. Rogers is sort of a joke out here, sorry they’re terrible, Matti.

    @RogersHelps It’s not just the fact she was left without service. It’s the fact they were so dismissive to her when she said she had no service. Made to feel stupid. Uncalled for and requires attention.
