@RogersHelps internet has been down for more then 2hrs now, can't find any info about outages in the area (L3R), no posts from you indicating that there is an outrage. Nothing useful from you guys. What is going on?

@Rogers ROGERS are the most disrespectful and useless company in Canada. NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER EVER EVER deal with them for ANY of your services. Please do not even contemplate it, not for a split second and save yourself a world of grief and dissatisfaction.

@RogersHelps You guys basically expect me to pay full pop for half the service. Internet disconnects 5-10 times per day. 10 technicians visited. New modem. Still drops 5-10x/day.

Starting a new job. Debating getting @bell and streaming again. Debating taking a break from it all until I'm settled in to my job and maybe just maybe @rogers will fix my internet by then. Haha, who am I kidding rogers won't fix it, but still considering a break for now.

@Rogers, beginning of a long weekend in lock down. Playoffs going on and of course no internet or TV. After over an hour in chat couldn't find a problem except weak signal. Thank goodness I changed to ignite so this could happen.

@RogersHelps Hello, is there a known issue with Ignite home internet service in Orleans, ON (K4A) area? Around 4 pm, electricity went off and back on. However, despite unplugging/replugging modem multiple times since the power outage, Ignite hasn’t come back online. Thanks.
