    Seriously, @rogershelps in order to fix my mother's cable at her LTC you need to send a tech in full hazmat gear? It may not protect her from COVID but it will scare the hell out of her.

    @RogersHelps I was told my issue cannot be fixed because Customer Care cannot reach the Back Office. You need to rework your internal processes and procedures to enhance internal communication between departments. Your service delivery is suffering because of this.

    @rogershelps So why did she hung up on me? How do I hear the offer she had? What’s the point of the list if I’m still going to get calls? How about an email? Text? Something that doesn’t interrupt me and I can get to on my own time?

    @RogersHelps It’s been almost 5 days with constant service interruptions with our services and every time we call we are told they don’t know what the issue is? With 2 university kids (crunch time) and a husband all working from home, how can this be acceptable? Awful!!
