    Might seem as an overreaction but I’m confident that I will be never using a @Rogers product ever again in my lifetime. I’ve been patient and understanding but you cross a line when you lie and deceive customers. BTW you get ALOT more for the $ from bell..

    @RogersHelps 40 mins on chat no response. Thirds try today on chat. Spoke to someone this morning who said I would get an email about my service issues and nothing. 5G at 100 mb and 2.4 at 4 mb when paying for 500 service. TVs get stuck and jump or say no signal. 4 k not wrkg

    @Bell_Support I DMed you. I think at this point I would like to switch to @RogersBiz $205 a month for slow internet and basic cable is not worth it

    After being a customer for almost a decade and now months of poor customer service, total lack of sympathy during a pandemic and numerous price hikes we happily left @TekSavvyCSR and returned home to @Rogers who were helpful, compassionate and professional. #fail

    @Rogers Nope, I stopped using your service after finding over 6 thousand in extra charges that no one in your billing department could explain, I despise anything with the ROGERS name you're a bunch of crooks and will NEVER touch anything that has to do with ROGERS
