I am Canadian, eh! 🇨🇦🏴🇬🇧 (@trish_proulx) reported@RogersHelps I am a new customer. The QR code I received didn’t connect properly. Curtis Martin (@CurtisMart32873) reported@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps reason i bring that up. its yet another issue where a lack of action led to the exact problem the report was supposed to prevent Canadians need to drop the party loyalty and push for candidates that put forward a plan that actually answers questions not bring more questions

kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@Rogers I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My Rogers Home Internet has been completely down for the past 2 days (flashing orange light on the modem). I work from home and was forced to take leave from work because of this outage. I spent over 2 hours waiting for support, multiple calls, and finally a ticket was created (Reference: i2598853033). Despite explaining that this outage is impacting my job, I was told the earliest technician appointment is Monday. I was also informed that any compensation will only be discussed after the technician visit. Who will compensate me for the leave I had to take from work and the inconvenience caused by this prolonged outage? I expect this case to be escalated and resolved as soon as possible.

Paul Salmon (@pfsalmon) reported@Rogers What a complete failure your customer service is! I called about my business mobile plans. Got transferred to another line, waited then went through verification and then was put on hold for 40 minutes to get different person. This is 100% unacceptable!

Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@Rogers Great to see Rogers cheering on Team Canada. 🇨🇦 It would also be great if loyal customers trying to cancel a line didn’t have to sit on hold for over an hour. Customer service should be as strong as our team. @RogersHelps

A (@Jupadia1) reported@RogersHelps @nestapendragon So you broke it, and now she should fix it. Great to know Rogers

A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported@AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.

Pink Isntwell (@PinkIsntwell1) reported@GlobalBC Do not deal with @Rogers for anything. They are scam artists and they are scumbags. And their service sucks.

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I understand how that may work for just making calls. But if my boyfriend or friends only receive texts via SMS or RCS, but I have no service to text them, how would me using wifi work? Because I’ve tried and it doesn’t send the texts

Jasmine (@xQwirk) reported@RogersHelps Don’t pacify me. Start hiring Canadians that speak English, and enough of them that every damn time I call it is not costing me time away from clients. Maybe I should start charging you my hourly rate.
