@RogersHelps They muted me or something, I've send many messages and received no response. All BECAUSE I tell them exactly how I feel, my frustrations of no Home and Away broadcast feeds, lots of errors, the commercial break in progress silence where it's quiet and blue screen doing nothing.

@RogersHelps I would appreciate a public reply, also. I am finished with the service, and I do not consider this something you can escape when so many people have this issue. A $20 credit is simply not enough and will continue to voice this.

Hey @RogersHelps why are you adding devices to my bill that I never bought? & why does your online support say I have to go in-store to fix that? Kinda not nice.

@BrentJones22 @RogersHelps My internet was connection was going on and off automatically now and then which was impacting my work. Hope you understand this. Rogers did their troubleshooting for 1 month and could not resolve the issue and asked me to check the hanging cables outside my building.

I think it is about time @Rogers and @Bell get a handle on these scammers that are constantly calling our land lines. If not, maybe it is time to cancel the land lines.
