@RogersHelps HATE Rogers. Called again, told new digital adapter needed. Got email after sent out. Old box cut off. Called again. Asked if outage in area--no. Asked if related to new box--yes. Called again with questions about unrelated email info. Got box turned back on.

@RogersHelps Our household just had our internet service restored, at 6:45pm, after an 18+ hourlong outage. There was no place to go to find out what was going on, estimates of service restoration. Sadly, MyRogers was down the whole time, supposedly with maintenance updates 1/

@RogersHelps Whoever is with Rogers you should go with Fido instead Rogers is no good at all they're always having issues and problems that's my opinion and my point of view
