So I called and booked a theoretical appointment for the shot tomorrow morning. Except I have to confirm with a code I should be getting by text. But because @RogersHelps picked today to flake out, I can’t get that code. Remind me why I pay out the eyeballs for cell service?

@RogersHelps My grandmother was stranded at the clinic because she couldn't get through to me. Haven't had service for hours. Good to know I'm paying hundreds of dollars for this stellar service!

@Rogers if "we are working quickly to resolve the issue" is to be accepted by us the customers as an update. I purpose that anyone who is late with payment should tell the Roger's employee that calls "I am working hard resolve my nonpayment issue" and Roger's should accept it
