    For the record, @RogersHelps has not yet fixed internet and TV issues. They blame the weather. At first I was understanding. But now I need an explanation why the other providers don’t appear to be affected to the same degree?

    @Rogers do not get Roger's services! We've had an outage for more than 24 hours. Their service is terrible. They're posting about hockey and not any relevant information to their customers! Switch to Bell fibe!@

    Who at @rogers is responsible for sending out alerts that people are nearing data limits and can buy more? Because it seems like bad policy to do this when people are using this data because your other services have been down for days and customers have no other option…

    @Rogers @yayvey I've been having issues for three days now. I don't understand how the power outage affect cable . I have a generator and turn it on thinking I would have internet but no. Rogers is down .

    @rogers should at least make their high-speed wireless data service free of charge until they fix the home Internet outage. I have no choice but to rely on the 4G service.
