    @RogersBiz @Todeey_ Why did met cable and internet disappear at 10pm last night -long after the storm! Absolutely no help available online and have sat on hold for 30+ minutes.

    @RogersHelps I have had no internet, home phone or tv since the technician was in my home since FRIDAY! This had nothing to do with the storm and technical support has been useless! 3 days no service!

    @RogersHelps I've dm'd but haven't heard anything yet. I know it's super busy but perhaps an overall notice to all areas affected instead of trying to deal with every request personally might help. My WiFi and cable are still down? Any ETA for eastern Ontario?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers have sat on hold for 30+ minutes your online assistant is useless. How about at least a regularly updated recording about progress and timelines for restoration. Services were fine until 10pm last night so how come problem hasn’t been rectified?
