    @Tammy_Ritch @Rogers Just received a call from a @Rogers rep. I will keep name and number private. Asked how our services were and I explained we have absolutely no tv services. Her response was okay and then to hang up. This is what you call customer service from Rogers. 1/2

    @RogersHelps How do we get I touch with your tech for tv? We are having issues with our tv since Friday. All our services have been restored but our infinite tv service has been pausing and going to a black screen-and some channels are temporarily out of service. Would like to know how to fix

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I can't speak for anyone else but I expect to be reimbursed for the value of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Why today? Ignite doesn't work. We all pay far more than we should for things to not work.

    @RogersHelps Since I'm hostage to your terrible service (my apartment building doesn't have FIBE) I can't even threaten to cancel the awful IGNITE TV service. Two days credit is NOT enough, when four days later I still can't watch television. Fix it WHEN? #rogersoutage
