    @RogersHelps We in Cambridge, on Fido, are experiencing complete lack of connectivity to the network. Not just intermittent. Always while trying to use data, send SMS or call, we get a message Not Registered on the Network

    @RogersHelps I will expect my bill this month to be waived, if this bleeds into tomorrow I am going to need a large credit applied to stay with your service. This is ridiculous. No updates, the same old "we are working on it" isn't good enough. It has been over 12 hours.

    @Rogers @Fidomobile I missed my phone appointment with my therapist today because there’s no service. Thanks for the MAJOR inconvenience. My mentals thank you. This is ridiculous.

    So let me get this straight, one of three most expensive cell providers in the world can’t get their own network to function correctly? You’d think they’d invest the money they bleed from us to prevent this from happening?🧐 @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I had three work calls scheduled since morning, have no clue when I’ll be able to schedule them next. This is soo annoying and unprofessional, as if Covid hasnt given us hard time that we have to deal with these issues as well! You guys better have a way to compensate people!!
