    @RogersHelps I assume that means I have to now waste more of MY time calling, sitting on hold and then HOPING a tech can be sent today? This is just RIDICULOUS!! I'm so furious right now I'm thinking of just cancelling our service! After over 35 yrs? This is NOT how to keep customers happy!

    Day four of @rogers internet outages for a two-day expected upgrade with another planned outage coming up and, if history is any indicator, more unplanned outages between now and then. The only way they get away with stuff like this is because of their size. #cdnpoli @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz @Rogers im so annoyed with your home wifi services that if there was any other mode of escalation i would have taken it. i have been complaining since 11feb on the issue.everytime im told its the region's issue and is resolved but it is'nt!!!!

    @RogersHelps is so bad I have to switch ISP providers and I'M NOT EVEN A ROGERS CUSTOMER! I love @TekSavvyBuzz but they rely on Rogers and I can't deal with this unstable Internet anymore. At least today Rogers admitted there was an issue. That usually takes 3 days.

    @rogers @RogersHelps Can someone please explain why my parents have been without their Rogers Ignite TV for SIX DAYS? They pay WAY too much money to Rogers every month for this crap service. They called for a technician, you guys cancelled it. So when are you guys gonna fix this?

    Yo @Rogers, the annoying phone calls are bad enough, but sending salespeople at my door at 5pm won't get me to switch back to you. QUITE THE OPPOSITE.

    @Rogers company has the worst customer service in the world. 3 days trying to reach them to change my cable package. 3 hour wait on hold. Get thru and after 20 minutes Cynthia disconnects me. I bet I get a call when my credit card doesn’t go through! Keep customers hostage.
