@RogersHelps After 65 minutes on hold I gave up and resorted to X. If there is that much crime in Ottawa it takes that long to even speak to someone, we have a more serious issue than most realize.

@alancross @Rogers The more money they make the less service their customers get!

Revenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yet theres no more CBC Saturday games and Amazon Prime is a crap shoot on what games you will see on Tuesday. What are my options if i dont want to stream games on a glitchy feed?

@RogersHelps I never got a notification any discounts were expiring. I just got a new bill that went from $60 to $153. Unacceptable Why can’t I speak to a person about this? I’ve waited on the phone for 5 hours last 3 days. I don’t have time to waste my entire day to fix your error

@alancross @Rogers the only time they want to talk is when you cancel service, then they’ll call you 3 or 4 times a day….
