    @Syncretiphile @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Yup. I changed my home phone from bell to Rogers. I don't know anyone that has a "landline" anymore. Rogers had never been reliable. It took 5 years to have normal internet service. Never found out why it went dwn all the time. Imagine how bad it will be with shaw added. DARK

    Hey @Bell and @TELUS how about you do the Canadian thing and not charge #mobile customers for going over data during the #outage ? You know you made millions from the customers that jumped from @Rogers don’t squeeze us for more $$$ during an emergency.

    @Scottish_Vixen @Rogers So, I would and will call and tell them you are considering switching. Get sent to customer retention and you may get more.

    @CRTCeng not only did @Rogers cost their customers a significant amount of money (due to being unable to collect payments), they put every single one of their customers lives at risk with the lack of 911 service. There is no excuse that can justify this.

    @RogersHelps I was on the phone with customer retention, seeing what they can do with renewing me as I’m looking at options. They said they will give two days lol slap in face. I guess I’ll be speaking with bell since they don’t appreciate my business @star @cp24
