    It's telling that neither @Rogers or @RogersHelps has bothered to reach out over this issue. Normally, I get a stock "How can we help?" response - via this birdapp - in less than 10min. I guess they're "too busy" to actually give a ****.

    This is the second Rogers outage in under a month. The last one was April 26th. What's going on, we should be getting better reliability for the amount of money we're paying! @RogersHelps

    @Rogers Your service is down in Brampton for the past 2 hours.... Most of us are working from home and it affects a lot... You guys cant even keep the internet running
