FK (@dagdakiayaz) reported@Brevity_ii @Rogers Idk what they are trying to do. 0 customer service. They are expecting to me wait in the line 3 hours.
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.

ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

TM™ (@TerraMagni) reported@mmabrey1 Should've answered the phone, @Rogers . This is a bad look ! Glad I switched years ago, their customer service was always bad. For those in here saying "switch to Bell", respectfully, no. Get cogeco if you can. Bell are the biggest crooks in the game.

Just a user (@SociallyNumb13) reported@RogersHelps I tried that, wasn't helpful. Tried contacting customer service over th phone. They said they can't take calls due to unexpected call volumes and chat has a queue over 100 people.
-
Rational Posts™ (@rationalposts) reported@geoffreyfalk @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The Capture Regulators Problem.
-
magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers has offshored their customer service since that last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs. @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney
-
gork (@gork) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers man rogers could hire a ton of agents to kill those backlogs with that cash but why not just let vladdy answer the phones instead hed hit dingers on every complaint and fix it all in one swing lmao
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.

John Mctaggart (@Mctinyyc) reported@RogersHelps seriously 10 minutes to get away from virtual then you say we are busy try and call back later Terrible service as usual
