@Rogers It’s the Ultra 4K. A friend sent this workaround. “I found the solution on twitter. If you select 'Restart' instead of watch live. And then there is a button 'Go to live' and it works” I didn’t need to do that on the weekend

Worst customer experience with @TELUS @TELUSsupport . They don’t tell you about roaming charges until you are already roaming, whereas their biggest competitor @Rogers offers a flat rate roaming option automatically. Now they say they won’t help but appreciate my business?!?

With @rogers reporting my payment. The rep on the phone sounded down and out. Ended up having a casual 20 min conversation, which ended in him being in a great mood. I learned the previous caller was tearing him a new a-hole. That’s never ok. Be kind people. Things get done that

@Rogers is still harassing us and is refusing to leave us alone despite being told multiple times to do so. We are not their customers anymore and have no intention of returning, so please... LEAVE US ******** ALONE!!!

Well this concludes the 3rd straight day of "brief service interruptions" (aka. absolutely no internet) on my @Rogers Ignite internet. Wonder how long my boss will take the excuse "my internet is down"... @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps internet has been down since late last night. Was hoping it'd be back on by this morning but nope, of course it isn't. I work from home so this better be resolved quickly or else I better get a month's worth of internet free for lost income!!! #RogersInternet
