@RogersHelps It’s certainly not intermittent unless you gave a different definition....just say it’s not working.... closer to the truth

  • cult_of_tech Cult of Tech (@cult_of_tech) reported

@JackieMPal @Rogers Yup same thing here. All broken.

  • London_xo95 London Doll (@London_xo95) reported

@Rogers after today im switching my services. I lost/missed so much money today. It’s unreal. to pay this much money a month for a phone just to go a full day with no service. So mad right now.

  • Habs_1 Paul Gasparin (@Habs_1) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers If this is so, you must know roughly how long it will take to fix. Why aren’t you willing to give us an estimate of the time it will take?

  • princeps7 Michael Healy (@princeps7) reported

@RogersHelps I need to call the hospital about a test. I cancelled my landline because you gave me a “deal”. Will you call for me on your landline. Will I get a refund for the last day of 0 service?

  • flawedmechanics Michelle Taylor (@flawedmechanics) reported

@RogersHelps and as a former (3rd party) employee, I cant say I'm shocked at this level of incompetence. More that it took you this long. Every single impacted customer better not get charged for today, if you actually care about your already piss poor reputation re: this outage

  • apaul444 paul (@apaul444) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Intermittent outage?? There’s been no service since this morning!!

  • LockTalk David (@LockTalk) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Ok that’s great but when will we have service again... and I’m sure your refund the daily costs to all your customers right???

  • Steph_Querin Stephanie Querin (@Steph_Querin) reported

@RogersHelps Seems @RogersHelps needs a dictionary, “some” and “intermittent” seeing by as everyone I know, doesn’t have access, and it’s been over 8 constant hours with no service.

  • krcraft krcraft (@krcraft) reported

Next up for @RogersHelps : Class action lawsuit from millions of desperate Canadians who couldn't book for AZ appoints today due to network issues. So basically, Bell customers are not only better served, but will be less likely to catch covid. Thanks #rogersoutage
