@DaleV73 @RogersHelps TV issues here too; youtube and prime video work fine on the tv, however Rogers tv keeps cutting out. Phone is sometimes wonky too.

@El_Meathead @CanBorder @Rogers I had the same issues. The app was not uploading my info back in April. Happened on 3 separate occasions. Rather than being understanding and helpful to a Canadian citizen, these A-holes threatened me and told me to go back to the US. Had my baby in the back. 😳🫣

@RogersHelps No response from @RogersHelps and now on our 5th day of no internet! It’s frustrating for Rogers to minimize the problem by saying the “vast majority” is dealt with when people are still without service.

@MAAWLAW @Rogers When I sign up for any cell service I understand their could be glitches. When I buy a new car, I realize there will likely be maintenance issues. People are so intolerant of any inconvenience. Its technology, it will screw up from time to time.

@Rogers has compensated for the outage by applying a credit of 7 dollars to my account along side a charge of 29.99 for a 24 hour rental of a “western drama” that i did not order. also, 100$ a month for 30 mbps upload is borderline criminal

@RogersHelps @Rogers Good Morning Rogers. It's Tuesday. Still no home internet. cell out of data. Unable to work for what appears to he a third day.... ABSOLUTELY Zero Response when reaching out for support. Heading to get another providers modem today. We will be canceling Roger's Forever.
